Doctor never told me what the problem was.Was told to come back in in a couple days if I still wasn’t feeling well, called back because I was still running fever, was told there was nothing they could do. They really should work on their organization and people skills

This isnt a fast urgent care AT ALL. chairs are also very uncomfy

Wow, I had the same COVID test experience as Ally Mae who wrote a review a month ago. 15 minutes does not mean 15 minutes at thisfacility. I just paid $120 for a rapid COVID test. I elected not to wait at the facility and they agreed to call me with the results. After 45 minutes I called and was told someone would call me back. After an hour I drove back to the facility, where I received multiple excuses as to why I had not received a call. First Im told that the phones werent working. Answer: Well, I had called in, so that excuseisnt going to work. Next, Im told that the physician/physicians assistant was the only one who could give me the results, but she had been busy seeing patients and working on straightening out the phone lines, so she didnt have time. Answer: Well, that’s interesting because a young man hadfinally called while I was in the parking lot after I had gone back. So apparently she wasn’t the only one able to call me. That excuse isn’t going to work. Next, I’m told that I could have waited the 15 minutes at the office to get the results. That’s the final answer.Their failure is my fault. When I left I said that I would be seeking urgent care elsewhere in the future. They told me that was okay.Really? Thanks for giving me your blessing.

Dont bother getting tested for covid here, probably just avoid coming here in general, ive been tested twice at different times and theyve forgotten to contact me with my results twice. super responsible during a worldwide pandemic. putting people in danger and making people miss weeks of work all because of negligence. very cool guys :)

My family and I have used this Urgent Care Center for at least four visits over the last couple of years. The people have always been very courteous, and the service has always been very quick. Even though we were in and out quickly, They have always spent all the time we needed to explain the treatment options and care that they administered.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly. “Follows company protocol regarding school excuses” although doesn’t follow state regulations regarding masks being worn by staff that come into contact with the corona virus. What’s even more concerning is the medical specialists were given degrees to treat patients.

Awesome place. The staff is great, especially Ms. Brandi she was so kind and courteous. By far the best nurse i have encountered. Thanks Ms. Brandi and Fast Pace.

No deductible on daughters insurance. Charged 130.00 anyway. Happened early January, still trying to get my money back.They charge 135.00 without insurance. Medicare by Wal-Mart, 100.00. Better service and nicer.

Absolutely phenomenal service- for myself and my 3 year old. So glad to have somewhere we can go and feel confident knowing that we are being taken care of to the fullest extent! Wait wasn’t long, staff was great, beautiful facility! Thank y’all for everything!

I brought my 3 year old in. Dr. Bobby was amazing with him. I felt like he was checked out very thorough. Everyone in there was very nice. We will be back, if we ever need!He got to paint his hand on the wall and pick a toy out. He hasn’t stopped talking about his handprint on the wall!

Nice people, professional service, and quickly helped me. Told me how much it would be before we started so that I knew what to expect. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very happy with the service.

Rude people called twice before driving to be seen only to be told I couldn’t be seen because my doctor seen me today so my insurance wouldn’t pay. However the person answering the phone knew this. Poor service.

The staff at Crowley Urgent Care was very friendly! Great atomosphere! I believe the Dr. I seen was named Adam, I loved his pants! Ill definitely be using them in the future!
