Love being able to walk in and get seen! Only downside is they never answer the dang phone. Still, the pros outweigh the cons. Its a busy time for all of us! I will continue to come back!Thanks Total Care Crowley!

Very business like….which means money first….TriCare/military insurance they can care less. It could be that tricare doesn’t care but personally I still think they (total care employees) should at least acknowledge that they still have patients waiting for someone to talk to them.

They took me as a walk in an hour before close, they went ahead and did testing since I was sympathetic even though they usually stop testing an hour before close. Super nice, and got me taken care of the same day.

I waited so long in my exam room that the lights turned off. I had to come out to the nurses station and ask if everything was okay, where 4 nurses sat chatting. If your patient is waiting over 30 min to see a provider it’s common sense to come and check on them and update them on the progression of their visit.

I have never experienced such kind staff at a doctors office. From the front desk staff, nurses, and doctor they were all so pleasant to work with. I also love they are a christian place. I will be telling my friends about this office!

This place was a God send for me. I obtained a mouth injury out of state, and was worried it may become infected. Carenow wouldn’t see me and I was pretty stressed. Total Care got me right in with no wait time and were SO patient with me. You could tell both the doctor and nurse honestly cared about their job. I didn’t catch the nurses name, but I did hear the Dr. referred to as “Dr. Keith.” What an awesome guy. I was really lucky to have landed in his care. Covered all the bases for me and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I can’t recommended this place enough. Thank y’all again!

Everyone on staff is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The clinic runs very smoothly and the hours and appointment times are extremely convenient.Stephanie and Sarah are a great duo and always listen to any issue that I have and remember details from my previous visits.

I went here for over 5 years. In that time, I have experienced many off-putting things.1. Prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy more than once.2. Having appointments and still waiting over an hour in the waiting room.3. Doctors reducing their hours to the point getting an appointment is impossible.4. Being asked repeatedly to schedule appointments after 5 pm when they charge a higher price and insurance doesnt cover.They had me coming in every three months because I am diabetic. Never once used my yearly physical allotment from the insurance company to get a free visit (like better doctors do) they dont care about the patient like that.Every three months they said my sugars were high and then didnt change anything. I started asking for a specialist about a year ago and they gave me insulin instead. They did not give me enough to last to my next appointment. I called them multiple times a day for a week with no reply. I left voicemails on every option available in their phone system. No-one called me back. They dont care.They made me insulin dependent and then failed to keep my prescription current. CVS called them multiple times and they didnt get a reply. Nobody cares about you at Total Care. I had to notify the state board before they would call me. Two weeks after running out of insulin the state board called them and magically I had insulin and a referral to a specialist in no time.The office manager called me and said they have new people that need training and apologized over and over. I begged to speak to someone higher up than the office manager and they said that was impossible. See? No one cares! But, to see their reply to the state board you would swear they did all they could... Except answer the phone or return a phone call.Today I get a letter from Dr. Saade (whom I have never met) stating they feel their goals conflict with my goals and they dont want me as a patient anymore. My goal is to not have high blood sugar and run a risk of death. I guess that conflicts with their goals.It is really not that big of a deal since one visit to the specialist has my sugars down. It was nice to work with a knowledgeable doctor who knew what they were doing. Their prescriptions make it to the right pharmacy. Their medicine made a difference. It made me reflect that after about 4+ years of Total Care guesswork, I feel better and have started living a better life. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. Dr. Saade cannot be bothered with people who need medical help. That conflicts with his goals.

5 ⭐️‘S for the back office staff, and providers. Only issue I ever have is with front office, take the time to train your FO more.Insurance is not that difficult, you can not get all your information from a online breakdown. Sometimes you need to call to get a full breakdown. Would I have not known how to get my own breakdown, and known my own OP I don’t feel I would have ever been told. If you have issues reach out to Erica, she was very helpful after I caught the issue.

I will never come to this “clinic” again. I called ahead of time to make sure I could get in right away, they insisted I could die do my symptoms. I was in the waiting room with fever and throwing up for 45 mins(with other people in the lobby) and they got in no hurry to do their jobs. The whole 45 mins+ the nurses and staff stood around talking and every time I asked how much longer, I would get told “oh not that much longer”. I might just be coming off as a KAREN to these nurses but I was very concerned with what I had, could I pass it, and getting back to my life. This staff is friendly-at least- but My time and health is a concern to me and should be a concern to you as a nurse/medical staff.

I called and asked about making appointment and the person that answered said you can’t make an appointment but you can walk in. I get there 15 minutes later and they say, sorry, you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I said I just spoke with someone and they said to come in. I even showed them my call log. I’m guessing the person didn’t realize the time. Rule of thumb, get the person’s name so when they call you a liar, you can prove them wrong.

I love everything about this office! My family and I have been patients for over 15 years, and every doctor I have seen here has always gone out of their way to make sure all my questions are answered and address any other health concerns I might have. Courtney in the allergy department is AMAZING! I recently had an issue with my insurance and Amanda in billing came in, took charge of the situation right there in the office while I was on the phone with my insurance company. She explained everything every step of the way, and got it handled. She has the knowledge and a passion for her job and it translated to pure EXCELLENCE! Well done Total Care for employing such remarkably amazing staff members!

I drove from the Fort Worth clinic to this clinic because FW didn’t have a provider. When I came in the lady at the front was not friendly! I told her I was in a car accident Sunday but I don’t think the other car had insurance, I was in pain and I just wanted to put it on my insurance. She told me she couldn’t do that because “my insurance won’t pay and it will come right back into me”. She then just stared at me, I said so I can’t be seen? She said I could if I paid $130. I have never heard this! I went to my car and called Blue Cross Blue Shield and their representative said no, that’s not correct. I asked her if she would talk to the lady at the desk and she said yes no problem. I came back in and said BCBS is on the phone and they said they would cover the visit. I have a BCBS representative on the phone if you will talk to her and then she says “well that’s our policy because insurance companies won’t pay”. I again say here talk to BCBS and she said no that is our policy you have to cash pay $130. I said so you lied, it’s not about my insurance. I have never seen medical providers refusing service for an insured person in pain. I went to iCare on Sycamore who promptly saw me with no issues. I highly recommend you do NOT use Total Care if you are looking for honesty or compassion.

Really good quality care, low wait times (usually) for those with appointments. Allergy services provided here. I switched to Total Care for my primary care needs. Always wonderful, prayerful people at Total Care Crowley. Im so grateful for their service. May God bless each one abundantly.

If you do not have appointment, avoid this place at all cost. Looks like some one said even if you have an appointment as well back in 2018. AVOID THIS PLACE. my co pay is always 20 bucks, they love to say 29 always. Poor service. Waiting for 100 min. Just Avoid this place.Update, left without seeing a Dr. After 110mins. The front staff member was quick to refund my money, when I told her we are leaving. Patients service is a joke.

My daughter and I have been a patient of Totalcare for YEARS. We moved to North Fort Worth and still traveled to Crowley because they use to do a good job. But, I will reconsider it after August 31, 2020.I packed up my very sick daughter and took her to their clinic to have her seen. I filled out the paperwork for the covid stuff, and because she had a few of the symptoms they refused to see her. She didnt have a fever, havent been around anyone that had been positive for covid. She just had a bad headache, body aches, nausea, chest hurts, and stomach pains. They told me I had to pack up my sick kid and take her 30 minutes away to have her tested for covid. Asked about my insurance and such. They are a doctor office and they would not see her.I said forget it angrily and took her to a clinic close to home. They saw her and discovered she had a severe sinus infection, which the drainage caused stomach problems and chest problems. Go figure that real doctors figured out that it wasnt covid and a severe sinus infection. This makes me angry.

I was Ill, was sent home from work, due to being a walk in patient, I was informed by the PA that he had limited time to spend with me, not able to address all of my issues. I end up going to another office later in the week, was informed that I have pneumonia, bronchitis, since that time Ive received several phone call from this place regarding test results, wanted to send me over medication. I explained to the first person that I was getting home from Dr. Visit , needed to give them medication that I was already on, didnt want it to interfere with whats already going on. THEY dont read notes, call on prescription on the previous day, I get a call once again today regarding the same issue. Needless to say I didnt get a discount on my office visit, has been out of my going to another place.

Everyone I encountered at Total Care, from the front desk, nurses, doctor, lab tech and all staff were warm, welcoming, educated, compassionate and certainly knew how to make people feel good! While I like my doctor I saw, getting someone to call you back here is a joke. The staff is lacking good customer service skills and they never follow through with telling you test results in a timely matter. They have an app but it was never updated when I would log in.

I have always enjoyed my visits to my Totalcare clinic. They are always nice and friendly. They have Biblical literature and only play wholesome movies with good moral lessons. However, on my most recent visit, I was not quite as pleased. I had some blood drawn for my annual physical on 10/16/17. When I explained I had fasted the nice young lady explained that I didnt need to for this particular order. I thought it didnt sound right, but went with it; I should have followed my gut. When I returned for my actual appointment on 10/23/17, they discovered they hadnt drawn the right amount for the specific test for an annual physical. The PA proceeded with the physical and I need to return to have the remaining tests run. Outside of this, I have always had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had an appointment today with Jan Bradley, a nurse practitioner. Everyone was SO kind, from the front desk, to the nurse, Jan and her assistant Christina, and the sweet woman who did my lab work. Jan sat down and talked with me and asked about my symptoms. Im really pleased and hope to get a better idea of whats going on, once we get a few tests run. Thank you!!

My family and I have been coming to the Crowley clinic for several years now from everything ranging to school physicals, allergy treatments, sinus infections to pneumonia. Weve received excellent, consistent and high quality care from every staff member. All the doctors are very thorough and compassionate.....something Ive not always found at other clinics! I would highly recommend Total Care to anyone for both short term and long term care. They are the BEST!

Overall, very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Good medical care. My only request is to limit the time it takes to be seen by a physician to 30 min after you are checked in by the nurse. (This would get 5 stars with wait time less than 30 min.)

Billing won’t take responsibility for sending a claim to the wrong insurance. After speaking with the insurance myself, was told that they just had to resubmit to the correct one but total care refuses to resend because they couldn’t get a paper saying it wouldn’t be denied. Was now told I couldn’t see my doctor until I payed the balance out of pocket. Nightmare to deal with for the past 2+ years of going back and forth with both. Won’t be paying for/ can’t even afford a balance that at the time of service, I had 2 insurances to cover it. Beyond aggravating that I now have to find a new primary physician after years of coming here.

I brought my son here a few times during the span of about 6 months. Before anyone even looked at him, I explained that its my personal conviction not to vaccinate him and they said it was no problem. It’s a “christian” business, and they do not discriminate. During this time, my son visited about 3-4 times for what we later discovered was a milk allergy. At his last follow up, it was determined that all was well and he was completely back to normal. A few weeks later, I enrolled my son in daycare, which required a signature from the last physician that saw him simply stating that he is healthy. The daycare center did not discriminate against him not being immunized, as long as he had a clean bill of heath and notarized affidavit. We were told that the doctor would sign the form if we provided him with the affidavit. So we provided all of the proper documentation, and after getting the run around, we were told that although our son is healthy, the doctor just didn’t feel comfortable signing the form. Why did we have to provide all of the documentation if he was never going to sign it anyway? They called another doctor who would be in the following Sunday and she said she would be fine signing off on the paperwork. Sunday comes, and of course the paperwork was still never signed. After overhearing the young man who answered the phone that day called me an a**hole, while he had me on “hold” to check the status of my paperwork, this was the last straw. We found an amazing doctor in Aledo, who is now our go-to pediatrician. Total care was not comfortable signing a form stating that my son was healthy, but they were definitely comfortable taking our money time after time.

Friendly staff, genuinely caring doctors and excellent availability (I needed a place that is open later so I dont have to miss work for things like allergy shots). I know they see walk-ins for urgent care (and Ive taken my kids there when we couldnt get them in to see their pediatrician), but my primary care doctor is there too. The allergy shots have really helped me.

I would like to update what happened after my appointment.... I was contacted by the office staff and was asked what they can do to make the situation better. I am changing my review from one star to four because of the follow up call from their office. Thank you Total Care for following up and for making all efforts to ensure quality service.Original comment: I have an appointment for 4:30 on Saturday. I get there in time. No cars are in the parking lot and no one in the building except staff. I wait 30 plus minutes...... for what??? I ask nicely what the wait is about and no direct answer....

Dr. Petty is who I see here at the clinic. She is always very friendly and will answer any questions or concerns that I may have. The back and front office personnel are also friendly. I have never had a bad experience here at this facility. Sometimes, there is a bit of a wait and other times you get right in. It just depends on the day.

I have been going to Total Care for many years. The Doctors, NP, nurses and staff are all wonderful. They greet with a smile when you walk in. They take time to see what you needs are and you are usually in a room within 25 mins. The facility is clean and well taken care of.

I might lost my job from these people dropping the ball more then once. 2 weeks waiting on an MRI now they wont even give a simple note for work as I still wait for them to fix THEIR MISTAKES. DONT GO HERE.Update. I was mad, and in pain. Not more then a couple hours after my mad review I was contacted by Total Care, and everything has been made right. I love this place so much. Every time I call they answer my questions in a timely manner and they always bail me out in the 11th hour since I wait until the last minute to get my stuff done. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Hennette (Beyoncé) and she made my day. She made me feel special and took the time to cut up with me for a bit as well. I needed that after the day I had and she just ended my day on a positive note. I have been going to Total Care (Hulen and Crowley) for about 5 years now. I have been seeing Dr. R for the past two and consider him my primary doctor now. He is a great doctor and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone I know! He works out of the Crowley office exclusively now I think.

This is such an amazing place! My work made it hard for me to stay at my appointment so I kept going back... eventually I because hysterical, because my fever, and blood pressure was so high. Unfortunately I started having a panic attack because I was so overwhelmed... they helped me calm down and breath... saying they are amazing is an understatement!

These doctors are out to make a buck. After moving to Crowley, they seemed like the only game in town. They wont give you long term prescriptions for maintenance medications. Instead they require that you go back after every two refills to be re-evaluated. They do this so they can bill your insurance for an office visit. I have had doctors all over the United States, but none that wont provide multiple refills on maintenance medications. I am Doctor shopping because I wont go back here.

Total Care Clinic has been a blessing for my 11 year old daughter. Over the past year, we have been taking her to Total Care for allergy relief. Dr. R has been so great with her since day 1. He treats her like her voice is important and we like that. My daughter had major allergy problems all through elementary school. She was so miserable and couldnt concentrate on her school work until the day Dr. R tested her for allergens. Now, she is a brand new kid!! The staff is always very helpful and friendly also.

Wont be returning to this clinic.Went in for a physical as I have not had a health screening in a while. The first nurse took down my family history/concerns. I saw Keith Gilbert in the exam room. First of all he got my name wrong. Second all he did was check my breathing/mouth/ ears. Barely talked about a chronic pain I had with me and then left. Addressed no family health concerns or any thing else. I was really made to feel as if I was impeding on more pressing business he had. I was supposed to get an all over skin check, which he didnt do. Overall I spent an hour in the clinic of which less than twenty minutes was w/ the physician. No blood work done, though the lab tech came in because she thought he had ordered some done. I had to tell her he wanted me to wait. I felt as though he had other people to see, or maybe he was running behind or something. I was really expecting to be spoken too about maybe some preventative measures I could take because there are health issues in my family. Overall it felt like I was on an assembly line and not with a health provider. Like I said, not going back.

As others have stated in their reviews I consistently have issues with the staff. They struggle relaying information from the doctors, dont provide helpful instruction on getting information for referrals, and have challenges answering questions such as do you need to be fasted before a blood draw. I really like doctor Ragland but she is leaving in June 2017. Ill begin looking for another provider immediately.

Dr DE LA Torre doesnt seem to want to give refills on medicines. I have gout and its on going and I got zero refills on my preventative medicine and I am going overseas next Month and I wanted to get a refill on my preventative and on a medicine for an acute attack should I have one while Im away. I have called three times and have yet for anyone to call me back let alone refill. I talked to a live person once and then left two more messages. I dont know if its the doctor I have seen or the practice but at least call back. Its been over a week since my first call. Seems a little ridiculous and their message says they will call back next day if after 2. I have not received any calls whatsoever.

Ive been a patient here for years and had no complaints until recently. No one returns phone calls and I had to threaten to change doctors to get a call back about my refill for my medicine.I recently took my daughter there for a physical and some issues, they prescribed a medicine and she started vomiting and broke out in a rash. We called numerous times and finally discontinued the medicine ourselves.

I would give a zero. Turning away a sick kid is beyond messed up. So I told the lady my son had Medicaid but that I also had BCBS insurance. She told me that they do not accept Medicaid. Thats fine I have insurance they my work on him too. Nope they cant see him because they will get fined or something to that affect. I told her I thought it was asgianst the law to .ttturn away a sick patient and she said have a nice day...... nice to know that helping the sick isnt really what they care about

Always double and triple booking. You will never spend less than an hour here regardless of your appointment time. They try to run as many people in and out as possible for revenue.

It was my first time to go there. I was disappointed. For being a Christian establishment I was not impressed. Front desk staff was nice. Once in exam room waited over 2 hours to be seen. Felt rushed by Doctor. Lobby stinks like moldy carpet.

I am 51 years old and i have never met a staff or a Doctor (Dr. Del La Torre)like these. I cannot tell you all the things this Doctor has done for me. After my heart attack he gave me THE BEST care a Doctor could give. I was on a medication that cost me $450.00 a month. He put me on a generic that does the same thing. He is not a drug company puppet but cares instead of the patient. This is a place where patients come first from staff to Doc. May The Lord Bless this place. Amen.

Walk in side. Extremely slow. If you go in at opening you are in and out quickly. If you go in towards lunch time expect at least at 2 hrs wait. As the techs and nurse will eat lunch while you wait! Staff is nice but the wait around lunch time is ridiculous!

Im so sad to some of the negative reviews because my husband and I have been there twice and Ive always experienced a great service, patience and a warm welcoming environment! I moved to Burleson from a much larger city so it was new for me to see that this urgent care facility provided Christian literature, prayer from the staff on a weekly basis on a weekly basis and bibles to their patients as an option to read during their visit. That would have pretty much NEVER happened in the city we moved from! How encouraging! It makes our visit much easier knowing were in such an environment to be seen by physicians. My husband and I both need to go and get our physicals soon and well be getting them here!! Thank you owners of Total Care for providing such a place for the Crowley community! -Rashida Jackson

THEY ALMOST NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!! It’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone there. Very poor service I love Dr. Del la torre but Im out of my medication and I’ve tried to call about 30 times in the last week to schedule an appointment but no one answers or returns my calls. This is extremely frustrating. They won’t even answer the phone. Very poor customer service.I had an appointment with Dr. Del la torre (I think that’s how you spell it) and it was overall a great experience for a doctors office. They really seemed to genuinely care about what was going on with me and treated me with respect and kindness. Will definitely be returning for any future doctors visits I or my family might need.

I visit the clinic on a holiday and had to wait 3 hours but the staff was very helpful and even though most of the staff was out sick or had been sick they did the best they could, I have visited this clinic several times and there has not been one time the staff was not friendly or courtesy. Thank you for all you do.

I have been going there for my urgent needs the past couple of years. I went with a severe case of the flu, barely able to stand. I wait in the waiting room to be seen. Then I am told they will not accept my insurance unless I switch them to my PCP. I asked why and they told me because they are a family practice, not an urgent care facility even though their sign is posted with "URGENT CARE" in big bold red letters.

09/29/17 I took my daughter to total care (funny name) with a ear infection . Before we could go back they said I had to pay $110 ok no big deal I played they called us back weigh my child took us to room 4 nurse came in took vitials so far everything normal . The PA comes in introduces himself looks I my daughters ear and says we are not equipped to wick her ear you will have to go to ER sorry about that. I was there maybe 20 min did not offer a refund so I asked there response was you saw the provider. I held my anger in leaving knowing I was just wronged but I did have more pressing issue with my daughter. So buyer beware they will charge you for service and for nothing in my case nothing oh yea I got a school note.

It seems every time I go there there always errors made. I had to wait for this so call ambien. The pharmacy wasnt helping me left repeated message to office manager that did not do good. Before anything got rectified I had to file a complaint. This s is not a way run an establishment. I have very little faith in this facility.

I will never use this facility and would not recommend it to anyone. Not only do they have long waits when no one else is the the lobby but the Drs are always in a rush to get you in and out when you finally do get to a room. At my most recent visit the dr whom I have never seen before was not understanding to my situation and not willing to give me other options. I have been sick and not much has helped. Im currently breastfeeding and limited on what I can get to help. He told me I would need to stop breastfeeding for a week so I could get a steroid shot I told him I couldnt really just stop feeding my child he then was like well thats what we got or a nasal spray. He was very rude and inconsiderate. They should be more understanding of breastfeeding mothers.

I have been here 3 times in the last 2 months, with and with out an appointment. One was my toddlers 4 year well check... I wait over 2 hours every time. Having an appointment doesnt seem to matter. The staff is very kind but with wait ties like these, its just not worth the hassle. I really wanted to use one of the doctors as our primary because she so sweet but 2 hours or more each time- not sure if its worth it. Also, wanting to use this doctor as a primary, I called to day to get my sick son an appt. and was told there were none and to come in as a walk in. Not feeling like waiting for hours and hours so it looks like we will be moving back to our pediatrician.

I have had good and bad experiences with this office. But honestly what office is perfect? Ive seen all the doctors and the nurse practicioner here at some point in time and Id have to say that my favorite is Dr Ragland! Though Ive never really had to deal with any kind of rudeness from this office, I always request Dr Ragland when I make my appointments because she is very attentive and super sweet. There is one particular person person (i will not name names) that I definitely dont ever want to see me after several bad experiences, probably due to lack of experience. So just insist on Dr. Ragland and you shouldnt have an issues.

Do not EVER go to TotalCare or allow a family member to go to TotalCare! I was first seen, by TotalCare (Dr. W) in Crowley, in January or February. The doctor, whom I liked fine, wanted to see me back in one month. The follow up was made for the end of March. They had done a blood draw...but every time I called to get the results of the blood draw I was told I needed to see the doctor. I had a follow up scheduled already...so I didnt want ANOTHER appt. Finally, I went in to get my results. The nurse advised my lab results were WAY off. She would have the doctor call. NOPE after calling and going up they gave me a copy of my results. When I finally went in for my follow up I was told I would have to pay extra for my visit since the office scheduled the one month follow up on Good Friday. I said no, to the girl checking me in, as the office scheduled my appt. I didnt have knowledge when they scheduled it that visits made a month out would be charged more as it was Good Friday. I left that day. Called the other office (Hulen)the girl there said I had every right to be upset. She told me to call the office manager, which I did. I was NEVER called back. I went in for a follow up another date. Explained to the medical assistant how rude the girls at the front desk were and that the office manager didnt call back. One week later I called to make an appt for a sinus infection and found they had cancelled me as a patient. I guess my explanation to the MA that the front office staff is rude was enough to get me terminated as a patient. The girl that advised of this, over the phone, took my information to have the manager call me. NEVER HAPPENED!! Not happy with Total Care. I feel I was very misinformed. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone because of my experience. I called the referral desk and specifically asked if their phycians worked with patients with aniexty disorders. Because, there alot of doctors that dont. I was told by the man at the referral desk...Yes, all our doctors treat for that, I would recommend any of them. I told him of our past experiences on this matter. He assured me, the doctor would listen and work with us on what meds had worked in the past for us. That was not the case after spending $110 on an office visit and another $120 on meds that made him extremly nauseous and light headed. I called the clinic to inform them and was told that someone would call us back. 24 hours later not even a commom courtesty call back. Now we are back to looking for another physician, because our son is having panic attacks again, but at least I know not to use the TOTAL CARE in Crowley again.
