Dr. Horsely is an amazing doctor she has been my doctor for over 20 years. She is incredibly smart, thinks outside the box, and truly cares about you as a person and your well being!

Do not trust Glenda the PA. She does not research what she prescribes. She only does what she’s told like a good little sheep.

When I first went to this office I remember them telling me they had one paid office staff. I was hoping this would not matter. I had called the office for a refill on a rx for thyroid medicine and they told me I needed an appt and labs. No prob. Went and got labs and called several times during business hours for a follow up appointment but I could not get through to anyone. I left two voicemails on two different days. I received no return calls. A week later I got ahold of someone only to be told I needed an appt and labs. I explained again I got the labs and was trying to make a follow up appt. so I could get a rx refill because now I was out. The guy said someone could call me in a couple of days. I got frustrated and told them I was out of medicine and asked for a return call back from the office manager. I waited till end of day, called back and talked to the paid staff bc I got no such call. She said several times , Do you not hear me that you have not been to the office in a year? I told her I would do anything to get my refill bc I was out and all I wanted was to make an appointment. She said that I must not have understood what she said. At a loss for words, I asked for my labs to be emailed so I could take them elsewhere only to find out that for my thyroid-specific labs they had ordered only a tsh, no t3, no t4, and no free t3 or 4 either. Now I get to get labs drawn again for the things left off the order. If I could give zero stars I would. This office was a total letdown.

Dr Horsley is amazing up beat !! The receptionist is mean,nasty,rude..and smarted off to not only my mom and I but to the doctor! I dread going with my mom when she wants me to take her!

Ive seen Dr Horsely for 11 years. She is always on top of her game!
