I was placed on oxygen when I caught Covid pneumonia. I was given 2 oxygen tanks for portable use. The guy who delivered them after hrs and my oxygen for the house was nice as anyone could ask for. He told me each tank would supply 5 hrs bc it’s to control how long a Covid patient is limited to be out and about. That’s understandable. What makes me made is both times I’ve needed new tanks I’ve had to send my kids to pick them up. The lady I’ve spoke with is very rude and told me their drivers don’t go out of the county unless they have other deliveries to make. And hung up on me. Very unprofessional!! I had a very positive experience but with office a delivery driver.

I am only giving them one star because I have to. I turned in my prescription from my doctor and explained it was time sensitive 8 days ago. Today they told me they never got the order when I walked in and gave it to them 8 days ago. I called my insurance and they had never gotten a call or anything from Buckeye. Buckeye changed their story when my mom called. Now I dont have a wheelchair.

Do not buy used items from Buckeye Home Medical Equipment. I gave $200.00 dollars for a 6 month old wheelchair,I was told . It last my Dad maybe a month. NO returns. I got on Amazon and give $200.00 for best wheelchair ...New The best thing about this was the gentleman that helped me load it. He gave me proper direction on how the correct way of picking it up .

Ive never dealt with this company b4 yesterday. In a desperate search for a replacement CPAP, Mike delivered both, a cord to hopefully repair my machine as well as a loaner machine if the cord wouldnt fix it. Not only did he deliver it an hour away, he done it after hours. He charged me NOTHING!! Buckeye won all my buissness from now on!!

Terrible company. I am a medically retired disabled vet. I had a CPAP machine already from another supplier in another state, which my insurance was already paying for. I simply needed a new in state provider after moving. This company refused to give me a CPAP machine saying that my levels werent high enough. They refused to give me a machine cause they Dont believe they will get paid for it This is even after I gave them my doctors orders for one since i have other health issues they dont want compounded by sleep apnea, and my insurance company stating to them over the phone that I would be covered for one. An absolute poor excuse for a service company, do not waste your time here. Find someone else who deserves your business. I can not describe what a frustrating experience I had trying to deal with these people. Truly pathetic.

Very rude people one person will say one thing they other says another. Very bad at working with you or insurance. I would definitely say find another place to get your equipment

They try to keep CPAP costs down, unlike some companies.

I called to talk to someone about the c pap I needed, I talked to Whitney at 4:50 and she put me on hold until it was after there closing so she didnt have to deal with my disorder. I am calling my doctor in the morning and asking for someone else to get my supplies. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JERKS ANYMORE.

I was going to change all of my business to buckeye when they told me that they could get my oxygen machine the next day, that was Friday it is now Wednesday. Bad business.
