The staff is very friendly. I’ve been her patient for over 19 years. She’s delivered two of my children. Any time I had concerns and called they would send a message to the dr and would then call me back. Dr Johnson takes the time to answer any questions and concerns at each visit. You don’t feel rushed and she tries to make you as comfortable as possible.

She is Wonderful. I have been her patient for 25yrs and just Love her. She is honest and cares. Very Good Dr.Great office staff also.Great place to go for care ❤Caryn Green 🙏

Went to her for pain I was experiencing. I cried when she tried to give me a physical exam because I knew it was going to hurt. She then refused to do an exam until I talked to a counselor because I was acting like an abuse victim. I was floored. I went elsewhere and found out I had endometriosis, got it removed, and am now living pain free no thanks to this place.

I dont know what any of you people are talking about. EVERYONE in this office is the most friendly people I have ever met. Including the lady that works the front desk. They are welcoming and sweet as can be. Dont let any of these people fool you. And lets not forget everyone has a bad day. You cant be rude and expect to be treated like gold. 😂 Anyone who goes to this office will not be unsatisfied. That is a fact. 😘

I have been a patient for years, and EVERYONE has been so friendly and welcoming. I know going to the Dr. is not something you look forward to on a normal basis, but this is DEFINETLY NOT THE CASE HERE. Everyone has been extremely helpful from scheduling my appointments to making sure I know what to expect for the next apt and such to following up and making sure my insurance has approved the medication I need. Simply wonderful people and great place to receive the care you deserve :)

I went to Dr. Johnson for the first time about a month ago, and she took care of me. She listened, she was very understanding. All of the staff was wonderful. I would say if you have a bad experience here that its probably your own fault. Cant walk in with attitude and expect to be treated like gold.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth and genuinely listens to your concerns.

I gave her one star only because I have to. Called to make an appt and had a question whereas they referred me to the Breast Center. The breast center needed a referral but she wouldnt give one for some reason??? So when I got upset after being on hold for 30 mins she said she wasnt going to see me anymore. Never liked her very much to begin with but this tops the cake lol.. Drs these days care about nothing but the money.

I was extremely pleased with Dr.Johnson and her staff. I highly recommend her as a gynecologist.

A lot of people have a problem with her cause she tells you how it is she doesnt suger coat it BUT she helps more then you think she helped me like no other doctor could have done more than once while pregnant she even saved my life by finding my cervical cancer before it hit stage one no matter what anyone says as long as I live in crossville I will have her deliver all future children and be my OB

After being new to Tennessee I was worried about how the health care would be out here.but she is awesome.
