All information available, including from my insurance provider, indicated he is taking new patients. When I called to arrange an appointment and said I was a new patient, I was asked for my full Social Security number instead of other basic information and insurance information. When I declined and suggested I give my SS number when I arrive for my appointment, only then did the person say that he is not taking new patients. When I suggested correcting the inaccurate information about taking new patients that existed in various places in order to respect the time of everyone involved, she appeared disinterested and rushed off the phone.

Dr. Carpenter did not take the pain in my arm seriously. He told me an X-Ray wasnt needed and that I needed to continue to exercise it. It turns out I learned over a year later when it still wasnt better that my scaphoid bone was broken and never healed due to low blood flow in that area.
