Ive been on the same medication at the same dose for years, but this Walmart repeatedly failed to stock enough to fill the prescription, and didnt notice that they didnt have enough until after I was out and due for a refill. Also, they usually gave me a runaround story, telling me it hasnt shown up on my Palm Pilot yet so it must not be ready, and If you drive over to the store now, Ill put you on the customer waiting list and fill it now, but in reality, it turned out that they didnt have the medication. The first time, I actually did this, they said they would text me when it was ready, I waited an hour in my car, then went back in. After more runaround, the pharmacist admitted that they didnt have it. When this happened for the third time in 8 months, I transferred to another pharmacy.

Takes way to long to fill your prescription.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. By far the worst customer service and rude manager I have ever dealt with. Not only was she rude and lied to me she was also rude to the doctors office. How in the world she is the manager I will never know. I hope corporate takes care of this issue.
