Had 2 outlets put in. They left for 2 hours yet charged us for that time. Didnt seem sure about what they were doing. Slow as molasses. Will never use the again and will advise others not to. We feel like we were ripped off. Drfinately feel scammed

I would like to thank John at Eberhard Electric, I called him with an issue with a grinder sewage pump. We didn’t have power to it. We had tripped and reset all the breakers and still no power. John took the time to have me read to him all the breakers and there were two breakers for the hot water heater, so he told me chances were they ran a quad leg to the hot water heater and then did another box with a separate leg off to the sewage pump and that is exactly what it was. I called many electric companies and Eberhard was the only one tried to solve it. Everyone else was too busy. They are too but he was able to trouble shoot it. He solved my issue over the phone. They have a servant heart concerning people. Thank you, Eberhard Electric.

Was given a acceptable service call rate, then given a acceptable hourly rate.What I Was not told is that they would send two employees and charge the hourly rate for each employee. This was not disclosed until I received the Bill in the mail.

Eberhart electric wired up my 3 phase air compressor.They connected to my power box 4ft away and installed a breaker. Cost me $392.70
