Dr rivers is very direct. He calls you mrs or mr..very professional. When he pulled all my uppers he only used shots, he had already told me thats all he used. I had absolutely no problems. He gave me pain pills I used one just in case. He called me the next day to check on me. He was very confident which put me completely at ease. I never had one problem with payment..I went with my insurance info, which he also had. Everything about my billing was to the penny. He comes from Knoxville on Tuesdays, so the office isnt his office,. Im 100%satisfied with dr rivers, and would recommend him. My regular dentist recommended him.

I was so very impressed that not only did Dr. Rivers answer the phone when I called and by the way, let me add that this was after hours when I was calling was overwhelming. The most important thing Id like to preface is, Dr. Rivers asked me to call his office and validate my Duel United Healthcare Dental Insurance which enabled me to finally get my complete Upper and lower dentures which that process begin May 18th of this year through another provider.. What killed it was a collage of Dr Rivers didnt have ALL INCLUSIVE OFFICE to handle EVERY PART of being compliant with United health only catch is the entire process for the Duel care of everything done must be ALL IN-HOUSE. NO out source of any kind cannot be done outside of Dr Rivers Pevine Dental Center. This has been my cliffhanger since finding a all inclusive Resort so to soeak. Living in Fairfield Glade does have its benefits with Dr. Rivers Pevine Dental Center Locations. The CAVEAT was Dr Rivers actually called me back the next day to validate Insurance. Im impressed how diligently Proffesioal Dr Rivers was. This is what I call a mover and a shaker. I went in to see about having two jaw teeth pulled. Went in, xrayed my teeth. He stated i had two other teeth that pulled too. I agreed to 3. He had my friend go to get amocacilin down at the pharmacy, I waited in chair. Friend got back 20 minutes later, took 4 -500mg of amoxacillin. 10 minutes later, hes pulling my teeth with this 1920s teeth extracter. 90 minutes later, 3 teeth pulled. 4 more hours past and i am in hospital. Had a heart attack caused by infection in blood stream. Went in to explore my heart, none of my heart valves were clogged. Heart attack was due to infection in blood streamand trauma to my heart. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN!
