The whole office is great from the doctors to the clinical ladies to the sweet ladies upfront. Beautiful office. And have helped me personally with so many different things I had going on. Are very good at getting you in within that day or the next.

Never disappointed when I go there. The staff is always cheerful and the therapists gentle. This visit Mickey Mouse ears were everywhere. Fun group too!Dr. Patrick is great at what he does. I first went for pain from overdoing it. Now I go for maintenance. I recommend them to anyone looking for good chiropractic care!

As a newcomer to the area, I was referred to Crawford Family Chiropractic in Crossville by people doing work on my home. Upon arrival at my appointment, I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, and the cleanliness of the offices. I felt that I was welcome and my concerns and well-being were important to them. Doctor Crawford spoke with me before he actually worked on me and I felt confident that he understood what I needed and was used to and that his methods were similar. I was correct and walked out of the office feeling better than I had since leaving my former home state. I look forward to maintaining the musculoskeletal aspect of my health with the help of Doctor Crawford and his staff.

This was my very first time at a chiropractor. The office is beautiful and so clean. The staff was friendly and cordial. I was given a tour of the facility upon arrival. I was also given a welcome bag. Dr. Crawford explained everything to me and how he could help me. I had a very pleasant experience and I look forward to working with Dr. Crawford and his staff.

Dr Crawford’s the Best. My daughter, granddaughter and I were up from Florida and needed adjustments. He was able to fit all three of us with an appointment! The staff are exceptionally nice I always feel comfortable, and when I leave I’m feeling so much better than when I got there! 10 stars in my book!!

Dr. Chris at the Kingston office helped me through some significant sciatica pain. He told me at the outset that I should expect to see improvement in 4 to 6 weeks. Through initial therapies at the office, similar guided home therapies, and weekly adjustments, I am pleased to say that improvement came as he projected it would. Dr. Chris and staff are great! I hope to not need them again, but if I should, I will not hesitate to revisit them.

My first chiropractic experience after suffering from back pain and physical therapy for over 30 years. The staff and Dr. Crawford were so welcoming and friendly. I was not expecting an adjustment for the first visit but that first adjustment eliminated 80% of the tightness and pain. Additionally I found that Dr. Patrick does dry needling which is the only thing that has given me relief in the past. I did not think anyone in Crossville did dry needling. Bottom line I thank the LORD for leading me to this wonderful clinic!

I went in (after being away several months dodging Covid19) as I had been having foot pain, then sprained my ankle, then a week later twisted my back. It took a couple of weeks, but I am pain-free! Dr. Chris and the Kingston Crew are wonderful. Always friendly and very helpful. I dont know what I would do without them.

Recently I went to these folks for the first time.I actually was shocked, surprised, or whatever that there is NO mask requirement here and I saw none of the staff wearing masks.I brought this up with the Dr that I saw and I was told that if you Google the subject of masks that you will find that they are of no real value.I then asked if that is the case how is COVID being spread?I am not a fan of masks and have not always worn one BUT since Tennessee and in particular, Crossville has become one of the epicenters in the country for the spread of the virus, wouldnt you think they would be doing their part to help curb the spread?Remember when a lot of people in the Rose Garden ceremony for the Amy Bryant Supreme Court nomination at the White House came down with the virus? Not many masks seen there.Crawfords is all staffed by young people and as it has been seen a lot of them in the country are not wearing protection. In a business establishment like this, there are a lot of people coming and going during a day.To get this virus killed I believe it is the people doing what is needed and the vaccine that will get us out of this mess.Just Sayin!!!!

Had my first consultation/appointment last week here. Had never been to a chiropractor before due to fear that something would go wrong or get worse. After a leg injury, I had been dealing with severe lower back pain due to re-learning how to walk. I will say that I may not have felt incredible walking out but a few days later, I definitely feel a difference. Back today for a check up and to get next steps. Thankful for the welcoming and upfront staff here! Will be sending all my loved ones here.

I felt the difference right after the 1st visit, today will be my 3rd visit. My 1st visit I got a great tour and got to get familiar with the lovely caring ladies that work up here. It was my 1st ever chiropractor visit in my life and the ladies did great at putting me at ease. Dr Patrick is wonderful and very professional. He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and answered ever question I threw at him. Lol. Come down and at least take the tour and meet everyone.

I have gone to a Chiropractor since I was a child, this place by far has been the best place for my personal needs. The staff are all wonderful and Dr. Patrick knows what adjustments I need and when. I highly recommend this place for all your Chiropractic needs! Love love love them!!

This practice is nothing short of remarkable! The folks are gifted at putting their clients at ease. They are welcoming and listen well. Therapies are administered before adjustments, making the adjustments silky smooth. Dr. Crawford was able to release a block in my neck that had seriously restricted my range of motion for years. The fact that they accept Medicare for payment is icing on the cake.

They are a busy chiropractic practice. The work they do is okay, however every time I go I am charged a different rate and have no clue why. And when I have an appointment at a certain time I expect to be seen in a timely manner. I understand sometimes they get behind but waiting an hour to be seen after my appointment time is a bit ridiculous.

They have excellent staff. They also get the job done for chiropractic needs. You should really make them your primary chiropractor.

When I first visited Crossville Family Chiropractic, I could barely move my neck due to the severe pain. Within a very short time, I had use of my neck again... pain-free! Most surprising was the way, little by little, my visits were reduced from once a week to once every 6 months. I highly recommend them - they are very good at what they do, theyre not just after your money, and they treat you like family.

I had not seen a chiropractor in several years and I was referred to Crossville Family Chiropractic through the VA. The staff is very professional and welcome me by first name every time I visit their office. Dr. Stoll has helped me tremendously and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I was experiencing severe lower back issues due to ruptured discs in the lower lumbar for the past 11 years as well as experiencing light headedness on a daily basis for about 1 1/2 years. Doctors found no reason for the lightheadedness and suggested I see a chiropractor. A good friend (who is a retired chiropractor) recommended Dr. Crawford. Dr. Crawford is getting my back into great shape and my lightheadedness is SO much better! I cannot thank Dr. Crawford and his staff enough!

I have been going here for going on two years now, that alone should speak for its self. None the less this is an amazing group of people made up of pure professionals. I have never received four star care here and I go twice a month. From the time you walk in the door youre greeted with smiling faces and friendly greetings they go above and beyond to ensure your comfort even offering you a cold drink. And both doctors actually listen to what you have to say and tend to your needs, they have never tried to upsale me on anything and only made recommendations that I have benefited from. They only move what needs to move unlike some doctors that force adjustments and leaving you feeling sore. Also they are more than willing to work you into the schedule for emergencies or your sudden schedule changes. If you need a chiropractor be sure to give them a call dont wait like I did. God bless.

I went here several times, my first visit took 3 hours. I started going because my lower back hurt but IB profen would help until I started going here. Now i have pain constantly going down both of my legs. I feel uneven when i walk and everytime i went back it only got worse. Now im barely walking and IB profen doesn’t help. I regret the day i ever went here I am wayyyy worse off than I was!
