Unless you enjoy sitting in the waiting room for hours, I suggest you go somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous waiting times.

Have used Dr. Villaruz for 3years now. Always very thorough. Your appointment will always be late, and youll spend time in the waiting room. He does however spend as much time with you as needed. Hes friendly and has a sense of humor.

He recently neglected to notify my mother that her stress test was abnormal. So she ended up having a heart attack because she needed a stint for an artery that was 100% blocked. Almost one week to the day after the stress test she had the heart attack. I called his office to ask about the test after she had to be rushed from Crossville ER to Parkwest in Knoxville for the stint. The report was still in draft mode because he had forgotten to sign it. Seriously this is unacceptable.....if he forgets to sign a report what else will he forget? We will continue using the doctors in Knoxville for her heart needs in the future....

Absolutely horrible time management skills. I am looking for another physician after 2 aborted office visits that totaled more than 5 hours in reception. If he had been at the hospital this might have been understood but he was in the building both times.

Spent much time and attention..thus running behind. Fine thoughtfulness. Excellent care!
