The office staff here is terrible. If you need referrals or medication refills good luck. The doctors here are great but the office staff is horrendous. Nothing gets done, everyone is incredibly rude.

Ive been coming to this office for a few years. I have a primary doctor, and have seen other doctors in office if mine is not available. And I have never had anything less than amazing service! The front desk is helpful, friendly, delivers messages to doctors (Ive always gotten a personal call back), communicates well, and has even gotten me same day appointments in times of urgency! The doctors and nurses in this office are **amazing**. Very knowledgeable. This is the first time Ive been to an office where I felt like I wasnt being rushed out like I was a number or insurance claim. They take their time and the appointment is extremely thorough. My doctors have even pulled up their computers next to me and researched medical information and shared it with me. To ensure I understand their recommendation. Im 28 years old, have had a couple abnormal growths and the doctors have taken it seriously, got me a quick referral into Radiology to rule out danger, and followed up with me about it. I will be a committed patient for life, I am so thankful for this office. Ive seen some of the previous reviews posted. Give this office a chance. I promise they will surprise you as this is a talented group of professio als. Thank you so much Cromwell!! 🙏

Im just a typical college-student and already dont have much money. Sadly I was charged $355 for a 10-minute physical. My insurance covered a portion of it but I am still charged $190, almost $200. I find it to be a very greedy act to charge people almost $400 for a regular physical that I could have done to myself, quit frankly. Took my blood pressure, heart rate, and weighed me on a scale and that costs almost $400? It truly is unfortunate that physicians can charge so much money and that the healthcare system is centered around over-charging people. Thank god for health insurance, but really?

Front desk is rude and ignorant. I have 2 kids with me, while they are playing at the child areas, I went ask a question. They dont even look just tell me to go in the side door to ask the question. And while I want to explain I have kids, they dont even look at you. Only I gave a 2 star because the doctors are okay.

I wish I could give 0. They have weird policy noone knows. If you do not show up in your first appointment as new patient, they tell you are dismissed. They sent no reminder, no paperwork and they gave an appointment after three months since you are a new patient. If you try to get an appointment again, they will NOT accept you in their practice and other Middlesex primary care locations. I had my insurance call them. Still, they said I am dismissed and I have to find somewhere else. Thank God, I have a primary care physician with Hartford Health Group and I think I will keep them. Now, you are dismissed, Middlesex Health Primary Care-Cromwell and Portland and all other locations.

I really like this practice. It is huge-- quite a few doctors and lots of nurses-- but it seems to run really well. Administrative things (like forms filled out for school, etc.) are done quickly and well. My doctor was Dr. Lamphier and he was great, but hes just moved away, and I havent met my new one yet. The nurses are fabulous with my six year old, very patient when he needs vaccines, etc.

As a new patient, my first impressions of this office are very poor. I had my first appointment today. Upon arriving for this appointment, I was told by the receptionist that due to the snow the doctor was running late and they would have to reschedule my appointment. A common courtesy would have been to give me a call before arriving informing me of the scheduling conflict. I did not receive this call.I asked to wait anyway (about another 15 mins) as I had already rearranged my schedule for this appointment. The receptionist told me that the doctor already had patients scheduled for that time and my appointment would need to be cancelled. When asked to speak to a manager, he/she was unavailable at the time. I asked the receptionist to make sure the manager gives me a call back. I have yet to receive this call.I found the way this was handled to be very unprofessional.

New to this practice. I’m very happy with Dr. Brenza I feel heard during my visits. I feel like I’m being cared for. And I’m very comfortable. Everything you are supposed to feel in your care.

Nurses and front desk are the WORST. Their whole attitude changes if you’re male or female.Finding a new doctor simply because of the front desk. God forbid you ask them for help because they’ll treat you like a 2nd class citizen.I called and asked to see if they could fill out my immunization records. Before this, I called my last doctor in VA, dreading having a conversation with Middlesex hospital, and was told I must go through my current PCP. They already have a release form from my previous PCP.“NO. WE CAN’T DO THAT.”After going back and forth, I’m told there’s going to be a $10 fee. Fine. Whatever.Fax it over and a week later I get a call saying they don’t have my records they need a release form. WHAT?Finally gave up trying to speak sense into this person who somehow has a degree, and asked, “Ok. How do I get my records to you?”“I don’t know. Call your last doctor. Bye.”Also, I’ve been dealing with a back problem since January. It’s almost August. After trying medication and that not working, I was told “oh well.” I was recommended physical therapy, but anyone working a full time job doesn’t have time for that. Instead of trying to fix my problems, they just move on. Worthless. My family and I will be finding a new PCP.

Doctors are great but the front desk is extremely lazy. They have you call around and do their job instead of them doing their own job themselves. Unbelievable.

I have been to other doctor offices and this is the first office that has not had me wait for an appointment and the doctors spend quality time with me every time I go. The doctors Ive met are all amazing especially dr williams. The staff all across the board were incredible. I will never go anywhere else.

Doctors here are great and so are the staff, they are usually very busy seeing multiple patients at a time. Expect some delay trying to see a doctor sometimes, bit that is more due to the amount of patients rather than staffing.

I am writing today this message on the review board and rating this establishment with 1 star as a result of the physician, specifically, Jonathan Siegel and his practice manager Shannon for termination of my being a patient. This was due to an incident that occurred last Friday. Involved was practice manager Shannon and myself. She told me that this is normally the way Dr, Siegel does things - meaning tell the patient one thing and it is not done when the patient arrives. We were told to come to the office to pick up a script by 5:30. I actually showed up at 10 minutes till 5 pm and the elevator was on the 3rd floor. As soon as it came down I got on and pushed 3 and it would only flash. Idisnotknow what that meant as I have never seen it before. So I get off at the 2nd floor and the lady in the office below says to go up the stairs and go Thru the door. So - I tried. The door was locked and the phone on the wall was not working that was on the 2nd floor for emergencies. Therefore, I hobble back down the stairs to floor 2. Please note I have a cast boot on my left foot and a brace on my right knee, walking with a cane and have a back brace on to help support my injuries from an accident. When I get back down to the 1st floor on the elevator around the corner walks a lady that I recognize from Dr. Siegels office I asked her to help me and she aid no they were closed. I explained to her that I have. Even here for more than 10 minutes going up and down the elevator and it would not work. She told me she was just turning the elevator off as they were closed. I tried explaining to her the situation and she appeared as though she could really care less what my needs were and that I had just went up and down stairs in the brace, boot cast, and cane and back brace.Shannon said wait and she would go up and see if she could find what I was here after. She was also carrying someone else in the elevator with her. That person has a stroller. After a few minutes she comes back down and tells me that it was just as she figured Dr. Siegel only did has to work. She constantly asked about on this with him on the weekends especially on Fridays he leaves things have done. I could not believe that his office manager was telling me that basically hey boss last without finishing his work for the day and she reiterated to me that this is a constant situation. She has to battle this every Friday. She was very rude and acted as so it was my fault that I was late when I was there at 10 minutes before 5pm. I actually met a lady as I was getting onto the elevator who is just leaving Dr. Siegels office on the third floor and I tried to go to the third floor and it would not allow me to. I explain this to her in great detail and told her I was doing what I was told to do and its really frustrating that we continue to have these type of things happen Im told one thing and another thing is what really and truly happens. I asked her what she please pass a message along to Dr. Siegel and tell him that I was asking pissed I never used a curse word with her I never curse at her I never curse towards her I only said what she leave a message and express my concerns to Dr. Siegel. She said that she would leave a message for him in case he worked on Saturday and the script would be ready for me to pick up on Monday and I explained to her thats fine my mom wasnt having dental work done it wasnt a problem I can pick it up on Monday but I just did not appreciate the fact that they have me over here walking up and down stairs and trying to get into an office when I was here in plenty of time and it was closed early. She said she was just now closing the elevator down. When in fact the elevator had been shut down since 10 minutes until five when I got on it the very first time and then had to get off at the second floor and walk up and down the second to the third floor stairs I tried the emergency phone that was on the wall and it was dead nothing work I tried to call their office and all I got was answering machine.I will continue more.....
