Everyone here was so nice. The location was clean and they took proper precautions. I took my young child in and the provider Susan was knowledgeable, kind and explained everything fully. The woman Terry at the front desk was also kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this location!

This place has been a lifesaver, I honestly prefer going here as opposed to my PCP if I can. The staff is great; everyone from the receptionist, the nurse and physician were welcoming and knowledgeable. Also, I always feel listened to and comfortable enough to discuss my health. The Physician Phoebe Romero really took the time to make me feel cared for as a patient and a person. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews but I had such a pleasant (and painless) experience today that I felt compelled to do so. From the moment I walked into the office until the minute I left I was treated courteously - from the front desk, to the assistant, and straight to the doctor. Actually I wish I had names so I could call them out individually, they were that good. Incase you’re wondering COVID precaution standards are HIGH at this practice too. I went in for a work physical, but I’ve been here before for minor illnesses when my PCP couldn’t fit me in. I truly can’t recommend them enough.

Thought it was weird that I had to have a full doctors appointment for scheduling a Covid test and that I had to talk to three different people not including the lady at the front desk. It also took three phone calls for them to tell me that the $250 out-of-pocket is for a rapid test not for the regular test if the third lady other phone didn’t say rapid I still would’ve never found out. And the non-rapid test is covered by your insurance. Felt a little bit misled there. Also the wait time felt long for someone who booked an appointment with only one person booked ahead of me.

Worse place on the planet. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go here. They do not know how to diagnose. Horrible staff. They do not communicate with each other. This place is a joke !

ATROCIOUS. This place is a TOTAL SCAM. I took a COVID test here and they tried to charge me $296. I confirmed with my insurance company that they cover COVID tests 100%. My insurance company confirmed that they didnt receive anything from this center, and when I called the center to ensure that they provided the necessary information to my insurance company, the woman was insanely rude and told me that this COVID test would not be covered by my insurance and refused to provide the information for my visit to my insurance company. The woman then said this was on me and that their mistake was my fault and that I would now have to pay $296. Then, she hung up on me. This center is trying to rip people off in the midst of a global pandemic. DISGRACEFUL

They do not have rapid testing as advertised on their website. Additionally they don’t test patients for Covid if they have symptoms, despite guidance by the CDC that such individuals should be tested. Terrible customer service, do not trust this clinic with your healthcare needs especially during the Covid era!

The nurse and PA were both amazing. I wish my experience was better because I would see them again, but this place is so disorganized and does not communicate with each other when there’s less than 10 people working in the office. I showed up without an appointment right at 8am to hopefully be taken in quickly. They take walk ins regularly so i didn’t think it would be a problem. The receptionist took down my info and told me to wait in my car because there were too many people in the waiting room (that’s totally fine) and they would call me when they were ready. After an hour and a half of waiting in my car, I called to see how much longer I would have to wait. The person who took my information down never put me on the list of patients waiting. They had no idea I was waiting and weren’t going to call me. I would’ve waited all day if I didn’t call to check. Once I walked in and filled out the forms, no one at the front desk apologized for their horrible error and making me wait for so long. I wanted for another 45 minutes in the waiting room even though they knew I was there before everyone else. Once taken in, it took 5 minutes and like I said the nurse and PA were both awesome. They also both apologized for an error they didn’t cause or know about. Do not go here.

Called and made an appointment after asking about Covid tests since my son has cold symptoms. Drove 1/2 hour with appointments and they said they don’t test anyone with symptoms and turned us away...even after confirming on the phone. Just a heads up so you don’t waste your time as well.

Very good experience both times I’ve been and quick test results - first time was the next day and the second time was over the holidays but the results still came back reasonably fast.

Really great spot ! CLEAN ! Fast, efficient and caring group. They really were helpful in getting me the Covid-19 test I needed - even though it wasn’t rapid instant test - it was within 24 hours! PCR gold standard.

Went with a cough knowing it was bronchitis and was almost refused to be seen, was finally seen by a doctor and told to come back in 5 days if symptoms didn’t go away, went back day 6 still coughing and was not only refused to be seen but ridiculed by the people who worked there. Always thought doctors took an oath to care for people. Apparently not at CT Urgent care. What a disgrace to actual doctors.

Had a great experience using Solv and registering for a Covid test at CT Urgent Care Centers in Cromwell yesterday. The PA I saw, Cheryl Drezek, was terrific and the turnaround time for results was so much better than expected. Highly recommend.

Do NOT SCHEDULE AN “appt” online for covid test. Is just a regular walking clinic! You wait for ever in a tiny waiting room full off people that are either coughing up a storm with no mask, and a line out the door. Only a staff off 2 people! One of the staff members stated that the website was misleading and to make sure everyone knew. So I am here doing my assignment. Do not waste your time.

I am extremely disappointed. I made an appointment. Got the text reminder to show up 10 minutes early. I arrived over 30 minutes early. When I called to say I was there, they told me there was no doctor there today. They cancelled my appointment verbally AFTER I arrived at the clinic. I have checked my messages- text and email, and they never sent me a cancellation or rescheduling request.

Do NOT go here!!! Made an appt for my mom and when we got there 30 min before, they said there was no such thing as appointments. Place was packed, no social distancing, the technician was not even there. We had to wait more than 2 hours with my 75 yr old mom with an appointment to get her covid tested. Terrible!

The office told that they wont be able to do Covid-19 test for patients with Covid-19 symptoms and that they only do Covid-19 test for patients with no Covid-19 symptoms.People without symptoms of COVID-19 who haven’t been exposed to the virus shouldn’t get rapid tests to see if they are infected, according to guidance Friday from the Food and Drug Administration.

Made an appointment online through Solve.healthcare for a covid test. After driving 30 minutes, parking, checking in and almost completing paper work online, they call my cell phone to ask me what symptoms I was having? What the visit was for? And then just said, our office is too small for the covid test, we are not doing them here.... I understand not all clinics are handling covid test.. why is it that your site states that you are in fact doing the rapid covid test on site as a drive up option? Pointless waste of time and energy. With all the stress of the covid people shouldn’t be lead on in this type of way. Make it clear online that you are not doing covid test !!

So let me start by stating I am a critical care nurse. I am writing this because I am appalled at the care they gave my girlfriend. She went in with a horrific cough. They did not check her temperature, they did not check for flu. They did prescribe amoxicillin. When asked about the fact that she cant sleep they told her to take teaspoons of honey. Then they sent her out without a summary of service rendered. What do you need to get good care? How negligent. No one in my house will ever go there again. Oh, and she has a fever of 102. How incompetent.

I wish i could give this place no stars. I used to go to the Urgent Care located in Cromwell and was always satisfied until last night. I went with my one year old son because i had just came straight from work. He was playing around the office like any other curious one year old. He wasnt being loud and the only 2 patients in the waiting room with me were interacting with him. The nurse tells me because my 1 YEAR OLD SON cant sit still, I have to wait in the cold hallway with him out of consideration for the other people. One of the patients at that point asked who was bothered because he was fine. I took my 1 YEAR OLD SON in the hallway with the doors to outside in the middle of winter to wait until someone came out to get me. When I finally got to see the Dr. I started to explain what happened and she cut me off and told me they had a very intense day and they had alot going on. I asked her to let me speak because she cut me off and that was not OK. I explained how horrendous I was treated and it was extremely unprofessional. She then proceeds to tell me she herself is a mother of 6 and out of common courtesy she would have automatically sat in the hallway and if I felt uncomfortable there are plenty of other urgent cares i can go to. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a place that is supposed to help others. When i called this morning to get a corporate number for my attorney I was told there is no corporate because its privately owned and there is no one else I can speak to.What kind of business is this???!!!

Watch out -they charge your credit card randomly 2 months later instead of sending a bill... incredibly unprofessional and was not explained in the paperwork very well. The PA was nice but I will never return because of this shady billing practice. There are many other clinics that do not operate this way and I will take my business elsewhere next time.

Love this clinic! I have been here multiple times and always receive fast and courteous treatment! I have never had a problem. In regard to the review below.....I happened to be there at the same time as the lady with the one-year-old. Let’s just say it was busier than usual, everybody was not feeling well and this child proceeded to run back-and-forth like a little animal screaming and disturbing everyone! His mother was to busy on her phone to control him!! The nurse politely asked her to wait in the HEATED hallway until she was called which was a relief to everyone ...thank you!! In closing this is a great place to go for quick and great treatment.

I’ve unfortunately been to this terrible establishment more than once out of the sheer need for my families health. Not only do they charge a ridiculous amount for minimum care, but the staff is not friendly by any means. Modern day crooks exploiting the circumstances of ill people with their medical license. Only come here if you’re willing to pay a few hundred dollars for a 5 minute visit.

I went here today to be seen . Never been here before. I walked in the door not expecting anything because I was not feeling well at all .The location is perfectly located too everything.I was greeted with a huge welcome by the receptionist was so nice . She took the time to explain things to me with paperwork and insurance business part .Moments of handling over paperwork. Then I was in a examine room then minutes later after vitals and explanation why I wanted to be treated. The doctor came in all both were amazingly nice and informative impatient as well as explaining things and the doctor took the time two address issues and medication. Very good visit. Will use them again. Doctors to staff is wonderful as well as caring bedside manner is so hard to find.

I had to come in on a Saturday morning - the facility is very up to date, clean, and they helped me almost right away. Excellent service, and they followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was feeling better. Definitely recommend.

The doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude. The last thing you need when you are not feeling well is a doctor making you feel like an idiot for coming to get yourself checked out. Will NEVER return to this place.

If you must go here, pay in cash!Not super professional, I have been there twice and each time the staff seemed very confused as to what they were supposed to be doing. The kicker, though, was almost 2 months after my last visit (having paid the copay in full at the time of each visit), they randomly charged my card $150 with no explanation. This was on a Friday, the billing person had left for the day, they promised to call me back on Monday. No word on Monday so I had to call them myself.

Please do not go here. They are not good at keeping records of payment and it has been a headache to deal with 3 months after already paying. The doctors are fine but the billing department is terrible.

Brought my daughter in with an ear infection. She is 5 and was in a lot of pain. They were relatively quick and did a great job. Also talked to me about what to expect in great detail and what things I could do at home to help her in addition to the medicine.

I walked out of here feeling like it was completely pointless to have come in the first place. My symptoms included nausea, sweating, dizziness, loss of appetite, etc. My blood pressure was taken and it was 145/85. I was told that they couldnt figure out what was wrong with me because my exam was fine. No blood or urine tests were done. I called my doctor to get a second opinion, and I was diagnosed with late stage dehydration. It was neglectful of them to not run any additional tests and just send me home. Instead I was sent home and told to just monitor my symptoms even though theyve been persistent for almost two week. Save yourself the time and go to an actual physician because the physicians at this place clearly do not know what theyre doing. If I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely would!

Everytime I bring kids or I have to go always a good experience. I could barely even talk my throat was so swollen and I felt so awful plus had an ear infection. The dr she is so sweet and kind. I am already feeling ten times better!!! So happy thank you!!!!

Terrible. The Dr herself was nice however my daughter was prescribed 5Ml of the medicine when she needed 9Ml. Needless to say she got worse and had a terrible ear infection on our flight back home and still had a fever of 102. Our Dr gave her the right dosage once we got home and she was better overnight.

I was in and out in 30 minutes! We went around 7pm for my 15 month old, we did first time paper work, exam and diagnosis in that time. Phoebe was very caring and concerned and got right to it. They sent a script right to CVS and we were home in no time. Highly recommend!

Called before I came in. It was for getting hurt on the job which I explained twice before being treated. They ended up billing me. The woman who seemed to just have started was extremely rude when I explained that its workers compensation case and I have my companys insurance. I wont return due to the billing problems. Not something someone wants to go through while they are hurt. Also the receptionists were all texting and on their phones while I was explaining this. Probably why they messed up because they werent even professional.

Wouldnt even see me because, Dr felt uncomfortable since he didnt know me. Wish I was joking. Wasted an hour of time just to be turned away by the doctor because he didnt know me. So dont bother going if you arent a regular. I had husky insurance so I think that had more to do with it then the comfortability of the doctor.

I stopped here yesterday while on the road for my job. I had a very bad cold and was having trouble keeping up at work. The usual things (Dayquil/Nyquil, fluids, Vitamin C) were not working. I found the CUCC on my Google maps app and stopped in to see if they could help. My first impression was how new and clean the facility was. The receptionist was very friendly and there was almost no wait. When I saw Dr. Pheobe, she took the time to talk to me about my symptoms. It turns out I did have a bad cold...that was headed for bronchitis. Instead of turning me away (since antibiotics do not work for viruses), Dr. Pheobe offered me a breathing treatment and prednisone to help open me up and let my body tackle the virus. I am very grateful for the kind and compassionate treatment I received at this facility yesterday. If I am ever in the area again and in trouble, I would go back in a heartbeat!

I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the wait. I had a 12pm appointment and wasn’t seen until almost 1. However, the service is well worth wait; from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor; all are very thorough and compassionate. I know they are exhausted from the extra stress and volume covid has added but they still provide top notch care. Great facility; great staff; would definitely use again if needed.
