I have been going to Advanced dental for over 20 years. I constantly get comments about how great my teeth and my smile look.Dr Michael Maroon is a progressive dentist and over the years has always been on the cutting edge of new technology. He has a phenomenal staff and practices painless dentistry. I highly recommend him and his staff at Advanced dental!!!

First visit.A great experience so far. Megan particularly was caring, patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. Scheduled for follow up visit for comprehensive treatment plan and to-date I can’t come up with one negative. Highly recommended, ( again, so far).

It was my first time there and it was a very last minute, urgent cosmetic fix for one of my front teeth. I called in tears because I had broken my tooth and it was on a Saturday. My normal office was closed for the weekend. They had been so kind to me and got me in right away and even stayed an hour late for me to leave happy and stress free. I highly recommend them.

Staff very friendly and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Hygenist Edyta was beyond nice!

For me this was an extremely emotional and difficult appointment and I cannot believe how amazing, compassionate and caring the ENTIRE staff and Dr. Maroon were! This is very clearly an office where the standard of care is extremely high and it comes from the top! These people- EVERY SINGLE PERSON- treated me as though they had known me for years despite this being my first time in. I was never rushed, they answered all my questions and put me completely at ease. I don’t have the words to express how grateful I am for each person I met today. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but in particular, Shawnesa who was with me from start to finish and engaged me in conversation when she could see a distraction would help- and also followed me around with a box of tissues (did I mention I was very emotional?) deserves to be recognized in a big way. Also Catherine who was so kind and so patient working through the options with me until she knew I was comfortable with the plan.I am so very grateful to have found this place and I am comfortable knowing these are the people I am moving forward with.

Ashley was incredible as always with my cleaning and x-rays. Everything was in order when I got there, very clean, following covid procedures. Little to worry about! Reception was also very nice and accommodating as usual too. Highly recommend. A+ service all the way.

What a great dental experience I had and continue to have at advanced dental!!From the beginning with all the pictures they take to help you come up with a plan based on your own dental goals to how quickly I got in to get the work done.My dentist Lysa and assistant George both truly take pride in their work and work hard to make sure your comfortable and happy with results.

She made it easy to feel comfortable with the service that I was receiving.Then Horray took over, sharing with me exactly what I was about to experience. His patience answering all of my questions and concerns. Very nice prople..very thorough

I’ve had my fair share of dental issues since I moved to Cromwell and Dr. Maroon and his team have always been so quick to accommodate my every need. Absolutely phenomenal. He’s even gone as far as to call in a prescription for me at 1 in the morning so I could get my pain meds as soon as the pharmacy was open.

Everything was thoroughly explained prior, hygienist was very nice and informative.

Every time I go in from routine cleanings, the office is clean, everyone there is great to deal with. Ashley is always so nice!

I have now been to both the Berlin and Cromwell offices and I couldnt be more pleased with the consistency of cleanliness, pleasantries , and knowledge of all the staff.Today Ashley cleaned my teeth and was so gentle! The whole experience was great!This practice is so up to date with everything it makes my old dentist seem archaic!

Today was my first time at Advanced Dental and I cannot even begin to express how happy I was. For years I have been absolutely terrified of the dentist because I’ve never had a good experience, which led to me avoiding them unless an emergency came up. When I made my appt with AD I definitely wanted to cancel at least 10x the day of, just out of pure fear. Due to covid (which they have a great set up, as well), when I arrived my hygienist, Megan, came out to get me. I instantly started to feel a little bit better with her. She’s by far the most kind, gentle and knowledgeable hygienist I have ever had. She knew the fear I had and made sure to explain every step we were taking. She didn’t sugar coat anything, but her delivery was still caring. I was embarrassed about how much I have neglected my teeth and Megan never once made me feel ashamed. I am so thankful I didn’t back out of my appt and for Megan for understanding my fears and making sure everything went smoothly. Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming, I absolutely believe that I found my forever dental family.

Ever since I started going to Advanced Dental I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned! Best friendliest staff. They rock!

Got me in quickly and took great care of me.

Today was my first visit and consultation at the office. I was very pleased and impressed with the whole experience. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They answered all of my questions. The exams were very detailed and painless. They were very upfront with all costs and possible finance options and everything was completed then and there. I initially went in to just get an implant of a front tooth done but I am now considering changing all of my dental care to this office.

The service was courteous and informative I was not intimidated or scared, I will be going back.

Ashley is a great hygienist. Keeps my smile looking bright. I was a little nervous going today because of COVID concerns but felt very comfortable and safe with the new processes in place. See you in 6mo.

I found these guys while at work and receiving a flyer. I was already looking for a dentist after a bad experience with the last couple of places I’ve been. I went in for my first visit yesterday and I instantly loved it. Staff is kind and informative. I had all questions answered and I didn’t feel rushed out. I definitely recommend this place! I think I found my lifelong dentist FINALLY.

I could not be more thrilled with my new smile makeover from Dr. Mike Maroon at Advanced Dental!Admittedly, I needed extensive tooth restoration completed on the vast majority of my teeth; all but one needed crowns. My alternative was to loose my teeth at 37 and that was an exponentially horrifying and overwhelming possibility.I initially went into his office feeling extremely overwhelmed, embarrassed, and anticipatory. I had received 3-4 different opinions from other dentists who made me feel ashamed about how bad things were. However, Dr. Mike and his team immediately made me feel at ease. He was undeniably the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. He explained to me what we would need to do to save my smile. He also gave me options and was willing to work with me on this costly endeavor.Dr. Mike is hands down the best dentist Ive ever been to and I would HIGHLY recommend his expertise and knowhow, especially for those needing extensive restorative and cosmetic work. Honestly, Id never go to another dentist ever again and would probably cry if he ever retired.Everywhere I go, people are commenting on my, million dollar smile, and for someone who had very damaged teeth, nothing could feel better than hearing such kind words.Dr. Mike far surpassed any expectation I had and his entire team is beyond stellar. His office staff and dental assistants are incredible. The customer service and personable atmosphere is unparalleled to any other. I love the team at Advanced Dental! They always take great care of me and my family.

My husband has horrible dental anxiety. He hadnt been to the dentist in years and had some plaque and calcification that developed. His wisdom teeth were hurting him badly so he finally let me schedule him an appointment. He went in at 8:30 for an appointment and had a cleaning and exam. His wisdom teeth were infected and they removed them in office that day. They made sure he was comfortable and he urged me to post this review on his behalf because he said they were so professional and caring. As I said he hates going to the dentist and they did an amazing job!

Megan was extremely thorough and skilled!

This practice told me I had 10 cavities & that the bill was going to cost me $3,000 out of pocket... but they DO take my insurance. The Dr was rude and the practice calls/texts me constantly.I went elsewhere & was told I have 2 soft spots NOT TEN CAVITIES, and that if I wanted to fill them, it would be less than $150.DO NOT waste your time or your money.

Just to inform you that advanced dental of New England local charged me over $1200 to replace 2 fillings which I question if it was necessary.
