I was referred to Dr. Hands by a friend after a car accident. Dr. Hands was always very friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that when it was time for me to see another specialist, that he was the person who pushed for it. Because of him, I got to the surgeon I needed. He was also there to help me rehab after surgery. Hes also always flexible with scheduling. I love having a doctor like this in my corner!

I injured my back in 2015 (herniated disc) and saw MANY chiropractors and physical therapists without any improvement. Finally in 2018 an acupuncturist told me about Dr. Hands because she thought he would be able to help me. With regular visits to Dr. Hands over just several months, my herniated disc was completely healed. I know this because I had an MRI of my back at the start of my treatment with Dr. Hands which showed a badly herniated disc, and then I had more imaging two years later for something unrelated and it showed the disc was no longer herniated. He taught me which muscle groups I had to strengthen on my own with specific exercises in order to complement the chiropractic adjustments and this was probably my favorite part because it made the treatment more effective and lasting. I also saw him throughout the second half of my pregnancy and I never had back pain once even at 41 weeks, which was amazing since I had such a bad injury several years prior. My husband also has visited him with great results and we tell everyone about him now. Thanks Dr. Hands!

My hip was really bothering me since working from home in a sub-par office chair. I couldnt stand for more than 30 seconds without some serious pain. After a few adjustments and stretches, Dr. Hands has me pain-free. Not only that, he has helped me to know what I can do to prevent the pain from coming back, including exercises to strengthen those muscles and advice for working at a desk all day. Excellent care. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Hands to everyone, especially if you have a difficult issue. After being is therapy for years with two different therapist for my shoulder, I gave up in 2018 of ever being able to touch anything above my shoulder again. But Dr. Hands has gotten it so I can touch the top of my head and my face, which I havent done since my injury in 2014. Even though it was difficult, he didnt give up and encouraged me to keep going. On top of that, he has a top notch staff.

EXCEPTIONAL! Before experiencing the care that I received from Dr Hands and his staff, I was highly doubtful about chiropractors. I started receiving treatment here when I found there was an alternative to ulnar nerve release surgery. In only a few weeks I have had tremendous relief and feel better than I have in ages. I have been able to increase the workouts that my ulnar neuropathy previously limited significantly. My neck and trapezius muscles have also been relaxed and loosened with dry needling. I recently went to see Dr. Hands for the second time, this time after a neck injury that made every micro-movement extremely painful. As an RN and mother of four, I needed to be able to function- and fast! After taking a fall on some stairs I had pain that resembled sciatic pain with tingling down my leg and into my foot on the side I had fallen on. I was referred to Dr. Hands from a friend of a friend and I couldnt be happier with the professionalism and expertise Ive received. He asks lots of specific questions and really listens to whats going on with you from visit to visit. Week after week I was regaining my range of motion feeling less pain and discomfort. Dr. Hands is the second chiropractor whose care Ive been under. What I appreciate about Dr. Hands practice is that he doesnt just rush you through for an adjustment and traction and send you on your way. He actually takes time with his patients. He sent me for an X-ray and then later for an MRI. My former chiropractor didnt even broach the subject. Dr. Hands explains how his treatment methods are supposed to fix my structural skeletal problem, not just give temporary relief. Admittedly I cant comprehend a lot of it, but its not my field of expertise. ;-)Another thing I like about this practice is that Dr. Hands incorporates physical therapy exercises into his treatment. He shows me exercises that I need to be doing at home to complement the chiropractic therapy I receive in the office. My primary doctor (on the Eastern Shore) really liked hearing this and said he would recommend other patients he may have living in the Crofton area to Dr. Hands for this reason.Sometimes the wait times are long. Admittedly, I almost didnt stick with him because of this, but within a couple appointments I decided to stay and realized the times can be long because of the personalized care he gives. In our culture, we are always in such a rush. Its actually nice to have a doctor that takes the time to properly diagnose and treat his patients.

Out of all the chiropractors I have seen, Dr. Hands is by far the best. He honestly cares about each of his patients and I have never felt like a dollar sign like I have at other practices. It is never hard to go to my appointments as his staff are friendly and they are always able to accommodate my schedule. He has been the only doctor to help my TMJ (that gave me horrible migraines), which has been a godsend, and I couldnt have gotten through my pregnancy or recovery afterwards without his care. He is very knowledgeable and explains why things hurt/ache and how what he is doing will make it better (again, not something I am used to from other practices). If you are having pain you wont regret seeing him.

Recently I found myself in such excruciating lower back pain that I was unable to walk without crutches. In less than two weeks, I was back on my feet as a result of both Dr Hand’s treatments and the network of providers Precision Chiropractic teamed with to resolve what was a life debilitating issue. Being in pain leaves a person impatient, especially the pain I was in. I went to Dr. Hands without getting a second opinion. After the first few visits I felt slightly better but was still hurting. I also never went regularly because of his previous receptionist who kept “forgetting” to set appointments. Being impatient and not liking my results, I stopped attending my appointments, only to feel worse. After visiting a new doctor, I started to feel better. Dr. Hands reached out and asked how I was doing, even offered to give me my money back that he didn’t know he had, no thanks to his previous receptionist. He does care and wants to see his patients get better, even if they go to another doctor. Good man and good doctor. And a better receptionist!

I had neck and upper back pain from an auto accident, that were causing migraine headaches. Before seeing Dr. Hands, I was having headaches about 4 times a week. After 3 visits, I was able to ditch my heating pad at home (for my neck) and headaches are greatly reduced! The dry needling has worked really great for spots that were particularly tense and painful. I appreciate that Dr. Hands takes a holistic approach to the treatment, and gives exercises and practical advice to use to prevent further injury and promote continued healing. He helped to ease a bad experience of being in a car accident with his great bed side manner of explaining the process and always letting us know he would only do what we were comfortable with in this new territory. Hey Dr. Hands is absolutely the best. I was in pain and it was his day in the office for paperwork only, the receptionist put me on hold and told him of my pain and he saw me that day ( new patient ). If only ALL doctors were this attentive to people because remember I wasn’t a patient yet. I love his practice. Oh and he got my pain under control too

Excellent Chiropractor!! Dr. Hands provides alternative methods and exercises to strengthen those areas that may be plagued by chronic pain. He also listens to his patients with open ideas and suggestions and doesnt waver from his own experience and knowledge and hell best prescribe his patients with the best care and professionalism money can buy. As an long distance runner and competitive dressage rider, Dr. Hands is helping me be the best at my active pursuits. He helps me through a combo of chiropractic care and physical therapy to address the muscle imbalances I have developed over the years. He comes from a competitive sports background which I think is essential for those of us who strive to pursue what we love. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to perform their best - even after being temporarily sidelined by something you brought on yourself. He got me back on track in the spring helping me run a marathon PR and a Boston Qualifier, and now hes working to ensure I get to the Boston Marathon in 2018.

I absolutely love this place. Ive been seeing Dr. Hands for about 3 months and I feel great. I feel like I can dance all night (if I were ever challenged to..lol). I have been to several Chiropractic Offices within the last 13 years (I know, I know) however Precise Chiropractic the best and will ALWAYS be my go to. The office is clean and so welcoming. Dr. Hands is the best doctor that I have ever encountered. He was very caring and understanding of any issue. He called back when he said that he would and was very professional but not a bore...lol. He has a great sense of humor and made sure that you were comfortable at all times. The staff, Pamela who is no longer at the office, and Arnisha who does a great job is a reflection of the warmth and professionalism that you’ll receive throughout the duration of your treatment. I tried Dr. Hands after hearing praise from several of his patients. They were 100% right. I am amazed at how quickly I have regained movement. Dr. Hands has a relaxed and pleasant demeanor that puts one at ease immediately. After an exam, Dr. Hands will suggest a mutually agreeable treatment plan with a target treatment end date. He also assigns exercises to strengthen the affected muscles over time. I felt results after the first appointment. When I mentioned my previous treatment from another local Chiropractor, Dr. Hands immediately gave me positive feedback on the other Doctor’s reputation. Impressive. Dr. Hands and staff are professional and accommodating. Easy to set up an appointment and not overbooked. Very little, if any, wait time even if there is more than one client being seen by Dr. Hands. He is efficient without rushing and spends enough time to connect with his clients. I went in with a back issue and discovered Dr. Hands was able to help with that plus my tendonitis, as well.
