Cannot begin to describe the amazing care my husband received here. From the manager Diane, to all the staff Deanna, Beth and Jeanne and Dr, Paino delivered the best care to my husband. There are no words to describe our gratitude. If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing people and top notch service!! We’ve been to other urgent cares and no other place can compete. Well done. You all deserve raises!

I went in just to get a prescription renewed since i don’t have a doctor in MO yet. i literally spoke to a doctor for less than 10 minutes and was sent on my way - he didn’t even really help me as much as i needed and refused to give me a medication i really needed, insisting i find another doctor. got a bill in the mail for $420. no exaggeration, $400 for an urgent care visit. and i have insurance. don’t go here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for essentially nothing.

I had been to 2 other clinics from a competitor a total of 6 times after two doctors ordered a simple chest xray and it wasn’t until I went to the St. Luke’s Urgent, my seventh stop, that I was actually seen, and quickly. Within moments my chest xray was completed. I believe Dr. Osmack was my doctor. He was AMAZING. He was caring, and attentive, and thorough. The whole visit, with a breathing treatment, took an hour. Even more amazing! The rest of the staff was friendly as well. Total night and day difference from the other clinic. If I have an urgent need for care again, despite being a patient with another “group”, I will come to St. Luke’s.

Many people today are still confused about the level of care they receive at an urgent care versus an emergency room. Urgent care is mostly for things you feel comfortable handling with your primary care physician; and an emergency room, well that is definitely for an emergency. Ive only been to two urgent cares in my life and I can definitely say that this one had the best service so far. Beyond a few things that my primary couldve handled, I was actually sent here by my primary to handle test results. This place can be slightly awkward to enter. You can either turn in directly which is a bit of a slope or turn at the CVS and come around the back. The latter is the safest option considering the heavy amount of traffic Olive sees. The waiting area is rather small but the Associates here handle people quickly. When you walk in youll see two intake booths with two Associates ready to help you. You know the drill... you fill out paperwork, show your insurance card and then you wait for a few.The examination rooms all seem very fresh and clean, so too was the waiting area. It was believed I had some internal bleeding so I was tested over several days. The ladies here were great at getting me in and out and once youre in the system youre its pretty much a breeze when it comes to registration. It is absolutely liberating to get results back and know that youre OK.Urgent Cares are popping up everywhere like summer time weeds - but rest assured with all the options you have, THIS is the place you should go.

I took my mom into the Creve Coeur location specifically concerned about a potential blood clot because of sudden pain and swelling in her ankle, foot and leg. They did an X-ray even though my mom knew she didn’t injure it. Dr. Samera Majeed sent her home saying she must have injured it somehow without knowing. Wrapped her ankle in ace bandage and sent her on her way. She was able to get into to her primary care doctor the next day. She had an ultrasound done and she did have a blood clot! I’m extremely disappointed that they dismissed her concern about a blood clot and didn’t do anything to explore that possibility. This was a big miss on their part!

My primary care physician sent me to this facility for some lab tests and a chest x-ray in advance of a physical, so I didnt need to see a doctor there. However, the staff I dealt with was friendly and efficient and I was in and out in 30 minutes - unheard of in my experience.

The nurse did a great job today. I pass out every time after I have blood work done, and she was on top of it. She made sure I had water and cold wet towels once she realized I was passing out. It made me feel really taken care of. Another nurse saw me slumped over in the chair and came to ask me if I was okay. She allowed me to lay down for several minutes until I was ready to go. Thank you for being caring and on top of it.

The standard of care here is awful. Of all the urgent cares I have been to, this is by far the worst in terms of speed and quality of care. Granted, there are a few good nurses here and one doctor who did advocate for me, but Dr. Shabaz Qalbani literally HURT me (and made my issue worse) while doing a physical check on my shoulder for a worker’s compensation injury. I had never seen him before and he had 0 knowledge of my case but decided to rip my shoulder up and over my head, while I was protesting and yelling that it hurt. I hadn’t been able to lift my shoulder up for almost a month, but he made sure that it went up there, ignoring the popping and my previous muscle tears. Never coming here again.

This was a referral from someone who had visited the facility so I went to the expecting great service and was given phenomenal. I did not expect the insurance to cover it and was surprised to discover they did but I am not sure that is the norm. The entire staff was professional and very attentive without rushing me out the door. The best part is they have everything on site to figure out what is wrong and provide medication if you need it, that was a huge plus for me.

I went this Urgent care this morning to check for influenza viral infection. I insisted to my provider to check for influenza. She was not willing to do that. I was treated by an incompetent NP who told me there was no influenza out break in St. Louis according to CDC. I understand CDC gets influenza out break data from local health care providers when they check their patients for influenza. This NPs reply doesnt make any sense at all. She asked me to take Tylenol for every four hours. I know how to take over the counter medicine without her advice. I insisted her to give me a cough medicine prescription to get relief from my severe cough. Finally she did it for me. I felt that it was waist of time and money to visit this Urgent Care.

The doctor Mary was not helpful at all! I would NOT go back! She was very sarcastic and basically told me she couldnt help me. So it was a waste of my time visiting the urgent care for my high blood pressure. I would go elsewhere for u want better results. Then I received a bill of $290.10 for them only checking my blood pressure and to tell me to go home and meditate. $ 100 and something for St.Lukes and $100 something for the Nurse Practitioner to just look at you. VERY PRICEY! Id give them no stars if I could.

I went to this Urgent Care after a volleyball game where I thought I broke my finger. They were able to do x-rays, the doctor looked at them, gave me her initial assessment that the x-ray showed it was not broken, but based on how it looked on the outside, she sent it to a radiologist to confirm. While I waited for the radiologist to confirm, they gave me some crackers, water and pain medicine to help with the pain. The radiologist confirmed that it was not broken, they gave me a splint and some follow up instructions and I was in and out in about an hour.Lots of complaints on here have been on billing, and my husband and I have both experienced them charging an ER visit for urgent care services. My insurance (BC/BS) has told us that is an issue with our insurance plan, and all urgent care visits get billed as ER, you just have to call and explain that it was urgent care, and the insurance company will take care of it. Expensive trips are apparently not the fault of the provider, but an insurance issue.

Went into this urgent care feeling absolutely miserable, they looked in my ears and throat and listened to my lungs and decided I was perfectly healthy. They sent me home. The next day I was still feeling terrible so I went into a different urgent care and they assessed me and tested for influenza and strep. Both came back positive. With how common both the flu and strep are right now I feel they should have at least tested for these before sending me home.

No apology about my wait until I was halfway in the parking lot, Dale yelled it to me from the door since it was now raining outside. I felt like I was bothering Cathy by being there. My receipt rolled into a cup of water and she even cursed about that. After all of that, I couldnt even get the prescription that night (my whole purpose of going to urgent care) because they did not complete it correctly. I dont know if this was just an off day for them or what but this was the last thing I needed when I was Ill and not feeling well. Where was the compassion and service?

DO NOT GO HERE. They billed me $300 to see a doctor about upper respiratory infection. I was in the building 20 minutes. 10 minutes in the waiting room, 5 minutes with a nurse, and I was only with the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Tried to fight the bill, but I was informed by St Lukes billing staff on the phone that the minimum facility fee to walk in the door at this location is $180. Minimum. Regardless of care. And, to beat it all, what he prescribed didnt help. Awful customer service, they kept trying to blame my insurance. I was in-network with very good insurance. It wasnt the insurances fault that this place bills outrageous amounts. They sent multiple threats to send the bill to collections, all the while they were close-minded about even the smallest reduction int he billed amount. Finally I paid it to be rid of them. A $300 lesson learned. I wont go back to any St Lukes facility. Healthcare at its absolute worst. DO NOT GO HERE.

TLDR: DO NOT GO HERE!Was here for my son in June 2017. He was 3 years old when this happened. AVOID St LUKE altogether if possible. They are scammers, they are deceivers, they are liars. Will charge for doing NOTHING!Now the event:My son hit his chin to the edge of the bed while running around and was bleeding. His chin opened, so we had to do something otherwise it would leave a big scar. We did not want to go to ER, since ER makes you wait for hours, and charge a lot of money for even the tiniest thing they do.First thing, the nurses see the child bleeding, but still are busy with paperwork! Wait 15 minutes for her to fill in my info. I already gave her my drivers license and insurance card. Hey my son is bleeding for god damn’s sake. You already have my info and cards and id. Just help him first and I can sign your damn paperwork later. But NO! So we waited, he is still bleeding.15-20 minutes later she is finally finished with her dissertation 😊 and brings me a paper to sign. And we get in. 5 minutes later the doc comes in. And they do a glue with a nurse in just 3 minutes. Easy! We are told to make him sit a much as possible so that the wound sticks together. We get out and I pay $25 as a copay. For 3 days we really made him sit down and watch cartoons. 3 days later the wound is already old and the glue falls off. We see that the wound is not exactly closed, there is some opening. We decide to go back there in case they can fix and think they are at fault. The nurse tells me that the wound is old and probably there is nothing to be done. I ask for a doctor and of course she doesn’t show up. Another nurse tells me that something might help, it will clips the wound. So I am hopeful and say yes let’s do it. I again sign another paper. Hell, they make sure they are getting paid there! We go in. Another doc comes. Guess what? She looks at it and tells me that there is nothing to be done. Hello??? Couldn’t you tell me this 2 minutes ago. No, they will charge me for this! Easy money. She talks for like 10 minutes, holding us there for nothing. She also tells that many of these kind of wounds do open up. I am not sure whether she lied there, but I trusted her. She puts some ointment on the wound and let us go. I even forgot the little tiny package there. A damn ointment!! They receive it probably for free or for very little. I know what is coming towards me, but let’s see. After 2 weeks or so I get the first bill. But the unexpected is this: After another 2 weeks I receive another bill, this time for the second visit. Guess what: it is twice as much!! In the first at least they did something. In the second one they did not do anything at all, and I still get charged, even more than before!!! I am just speechless. By the way the total charge for each of them is around $1000. After the insurance pays some, and knocks off around $800, it goes down quite a bit. Lol, charging $1000 for chatting! How fair is that?(Another interesting thing of the healthcare industry in the US. You are charged a large amount and the insurance knocks off or does not accept a significant portion? Then, that portion was not worth charging to begin with, right?)After complaining, they put me into contact with the Royal St Luke complaint line which stole an hour from my life talking to me. Lo and behold this also didn’t solve any problem at the end. Wasn’t expecting anyway. If they were decent, honest persons they wouldn’t charge me at all for the second visit anyway, or charge me a tiny amount. Her talking to me was worth hundreds of dollars! So this is my experience with this St Luke Urgent Care. You wanna get scammed, go ahead and visit this place, or this hospital. Good luck!

Sure enough, I had septic and toxic infections in my sinus and they had been poisoning my system. The lump in my neck (which had become a cancer worry) was simply the toxic overflow.
