Brightstar Care of West County provided care for my father-in-law after he left the hospital. Everyone was very conscientious and provided great care for my father-in-law until he was able to live on his own again. I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again.

Since I turned to BrightStar Care West St. Louis County I have been fortunate to have some wonderful people help me care for my mom. They have been professional, competent, and willing to work with me as schedules and needs change. Caregivers like Johanaliz and Dennisha have been great, wonderful helpers and friends to my mom as she is nearing the end of her time. Their top-notch skills, kindness, and compassion have enabled me to provide the best possible care for my mom and have eased a great burden on my family. I was lucky to find them and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing assistance for a loved one.

Tried 4 other Home Care services,-all had compromises in terms of basic skill sets and in terms of performance.BrightStar Care not only met all my skill set requirements; they exceeded expectations in every measure of performance. Good management and competent personnel held training time to a minimum. CNA s are eager to help and show up on time every time. RN visits any time of day.

The staff at this location couldnt be nicer and more helpful. They seem to do a very good job at all they do! I would personally recommend ignoring the negative reviews which do not accurately reflect their services in any way, shape, or form.
