Ive been a patient of Dr. P for over 20+ years and I trust Dr. P with my eyes closed when it comes to my vision. Now my children and husband also get seen by Dr. P. His professional and friendly demeanor towards us all, makes us feel like family. My kids enjoy their eye visits and that to me is priceless, thank you! In addition, Kayla is doing an excellent job, the Crestwood office needs more personnel like her. Thank you Kayla, you are professional, courteous, and patient. Dr. Peterson was great! I got an emergency appointment, I was experiencing an issue with my eyes and was getting ready to travel out of the state. Dr. Petersen fixed me up with some medication and made me feel confident that I wouldn’t experience any issues while on vacation.

Great place! I was looking for a new optometrist because mine moved and needed glasses. I found this place on Google because of the good reviews and I see why! I saw Dr. Peterson and he was super thorough. I thought maybe I couldn’t see far and that was it, but he explained why I was getting headaches and that my eye needs were a little more complex. The front desk staff was also great. One staff member helped me pick out glasses and explained insurance stuff I had no idea about. Now that I’ve had my glasses for a few weeks they’re definitely everything I needed. Definitely recommend!

I went for my annual visit with Dr. Peterson which is always a pleasure, at my age it was nice to hear my eye health was actually improving. I needed to pick out new glasses,Kayla was extremely helpful & knowledgeable when it came to insurance coverage, and all the new options for lenses, tinting, thickness, bifocal tiers...etc. Just a wonderful place, I live in Wisconsin and make the drive every year for my appointment. 100% thrilled with my familys experience here! Our appointment began right on time and everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. We saw Dr. Taryn. My daughters felt comfortable with her right away. Personally, I was having a hard time getting the right prescription from another doctor in the past. In need of glasses for me and my son so we went over to Absolute Vision since they were a Premier Provider on my insurance network list. We had a good experience with the eye exam, frame selection and purchase. Ive had to take my sons glasses back on a couple of occasions because he broke the frames and very pleased that the frame was under warranty and replaced for free. The doctor and staff members at Absolute Vision are very welcoming and professional I would definitely recommend this place if youre in need of vision care.

I was one of Dr. Oswald first patients in Crestwood. He was an amazing professional! Since his retirement in 2010 the level of service has gone downhill, especially customer service/communications aspect. Lost a lens, called to order a replacement, was told I had to prepay before they ordered from the manufacturer. Ok, I get it. Used my old lens until I could get in to prepay. Got busy and soon received a 30 past due notice for a lens that I never received and was never ordered with the manufacturer! Plus, I never got an original bill prior to the 30 days past due! Went in, paid the bill, a month goes by with no confirmation that the lens was ordered, no phone call, email or text that said my lens was ready for pick up! No one in that office knows whats going on and I dont see much leadership. Will begin searching for a new optometrist. Wish Brian hadnt retired.
