Dr.Mendez is great. I have lymphoma. When Im mad at my oncologist and other Drs. He calms me down. I have been seeing him for years. Hes my primary physician. The staff is great. Cheryl and his nurse Beatrice are outstanding and very caring. Love Dr Mendez. Never had a problem at all. Dr Mendez even will call the other Drs to see what is going on.

Dr Mendez is a doctor that really takes time with his patients and take good care of them. But, Ive been having problem with the office service. Ive never had to wait fir a doctor to be present in order to get prescribed shot by a certified nurse, not even for allergy shots. Well, here, Ive to.Im off on Friday and never had the opportunity of having my shots onthaon day of the week. (!?!?!?) 😲

Dr. Ana May Manuel is the most unprofessional physician I have ever met! She belittled my concerns and antagonized me by saying You dont have to be nasty sweetie pie. I then told her I was not being nasty at all and only addressing my concerns and she continued to make smart remarks to me! I got up to leave out of the room and she told me I was fired after saying There you go There you go. I have never in my life been treated this way by a medical professional. Its pretty sad when I told an employee up front about my experience and she was not surprised because this has happened before!!

I was referred by my ob to Dr Vincent Mendez however I received a call saying that I was refused. I called back to see if they were still accepting new patients, yes they were. Was Dr Mendez accepting? Yes he was, so I asked why I would have been turned away when I have tricare insurance, was referred, and am looking to get a general Dr to start a base line. Was told they would ask and call me back that was bordering on over 48 hours now. I called again this morning was told she sent a message back to the Dr asking but have not received any response and that usually if he refuses it because he doesnt treat a issue you have. Oddly enough the only issue is I am a breastfeeding mother. I gave my family history as that was asked for in the new patient paperwork. I am fairly healthy so what exactly does he not treat that I dont even know I have?!

Doctor Kubly is amazing!! She really takes her time with my daughter. The building is always clean.

The receptionists there have no idea of what theyre doing. Multiple times weve been seen and then made new appointments while there and when we come in for the new appointment they tell us our appointment doesnt exist and was never made even though we made the appointment while there. The receptionists are rude and ignorant and clearly arent even capable of putting down appointments.
