Doctor stein has been my pain doc over 2 years now.He has always done me good except today!! I have been diagnosed with Ankyloosing spondylitis severe and hes been treating me for it for the last 2 years. He blatantly told me he honesty doesnt believe I have AS. This is upsetting. Im in so much pain!I was diagnosed 2 years ago by one of the best rheumatoid doctors in the Florida panhandle. Doc Rachel brown. It upset me because his opinion is like taking my car to a tire person and asking them to replace my camshaft. Man today I was treated horrible

Dr. Stein is awesome, spends time talking with his patients and answers any questions you have. His staff is friendly and helpful and it shows that they care about their patients.

Dr. Stein is really nice as well as his staff. Listened to me and went through all medical history. Was surprised he was knowledgable about my rare medical condition.

Ive been under Dr. Steins care for years and he is a true professional and the only doctor I trust with my back problems.

In the past ten years we’ve lived from CA to FL and a few places in between and we’ve seen many doctors. There are very few doctors that actually take the time with their patients to listen, explain and show that they care. I’ve been seeing Dr. Stein for nearly three years and he has always been very caring and compassionate. It cannot go unsaid that his staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Stein and Dr. Tunke are amazing! Informative and very supportive! The ladies who work there are awesome.

I received the worst pain management care from Dr. Stien.Bedside manner F.Procedure was awful and also receives an F.He hasnt got one caring bone in his body.Im still so disgusted, that Im not able to put in to words, the disgusting care I received here at this time.I have since received the same procedure through another facility and theres no comparison. Think twice before going here.

Simply amazing. Dr Tunke is fabulous as is her staff. I had Facet block injections today and they were the least painful Ive ever had. Honestly recommend her. Thank you

Dr. Stein is just another one of the physicians so invested in fighting the opioid crisis they gaslight by assuming all people in pain are merely drug seeking addicts and treat them accordingly. He told me outright that my does not treat fibromyalgia and the best he would do with my other pain is refer me to someone for a hip replacement but in the teeny tiny chance that I really was in pain he would order some tests. One of them happened to be an MRI. Well, not only had I told them I had a pacemaker they even made a copy of my card. I told the nurse practitioner and she was in the room with the doctor when he ordered the MRI. Neither paid any attention to me and my limitations. Having an MRI with my type of pacemaker could be fatal. At minimum it would cause me serious problems. I am going elsewhere.

The staff was very personable and professional from the front desk to the RNDr Tunke took her time with me and thought outside the box with regards to my further careI was so impressed on my way home i called my primary care physician and told them that anytime they had to send anyone to PM i highly recommend Dr TunkeI have been seeing my primary care for 10 to 12 years and this is my first time Ive ever done anything like thisWith regards to the low reviews the individuals posting had to have ulterior motivesIt was my first visit and you dont have that big of difference just like thatIve never met them before and have no reason to not tell the truthIf you truly need PM this is the place to go

Deena Mathews, the nurse practitioner, is awesome! Most of the front office staff is great too. One is pretty rude and uncaring and actually likes to try to pick arguments with people and down you. In reading other postings from patients who have had this same experience, dont let that stop you from making an appointment. I am not where I want to be pain wise but were working on it. I have to say I WOULD NOT be able to live life without the help Ive gotten from Deena Matthews, the pain is so debilitating otherwise.

This is an amazing staff, and Dr.Tunke is a highly trained professional! She is very personable, doesnt make you seemed rushed, always taking the time to explain what she sees, and what she is going to do .I have been in severe pain for over 14 months, dealing with Workers Comp , Dr.Tunke did my procedure yesterday, and I was feeling better before I left!!!! Tears in my eyes....it has been a rough road....now after her notes to Dr.Kerns, he will do the surgery to make sure the results are permanent. Instead of just doing the surgery 1st. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THESE PEOPLE, I TRULY FEEL, IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET BETTER, AND NOT CHASING PAIN MEDICATIONS, HERE ARE THE PEOPLE TO SEE !!!

Deanna the P.A. is very understanding and compassionate. The nurse is very nice also. Dr. Norfleet is a very unique docotor. He takes a individual approach to reach patient. Great staff all around.

Love the ladies is this office so professional and take care you like your the only patience that in the office.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. This medical team is by far the worse. Deena has no compassion or empathy. She uses the high horse of being the only pain mgmt office in the area. So, if you dont like their unprofessional style they will gladly tell you to hit the road. So to all the Seniors looking for pain mgmt, dont waste your time, money or dignity.

Great staff. Dr. Tunke is thorough when explaining problems, procedures, and solutions.

We waited for over a month and a half to get an appointment. I called to see what the timeframe was on the appointment and the lady in the referral department was so mean and nasty that I wanted to cry. My husband has suffered unbelievably over the past few years due to a horrible illness and then to get treated so rudely by someone at a doctors office that is supposed to be helping you, its just insult to injury. This lady was so unprofessional, mean, nasty, and down right rude. Its not right. She should be ashamed of herself. I think her name was Diane at Dr. Norfleets office.
