The office is friendly and courteous. The Dr really listens to your needs and evaluates you accordingly. I am very pleased with the quality of my care!

This is my first time going to Pain Management, I’ve heard good and bad things and came with an open mind. It was easy to make an appointment. The wait in the waiting room was a little long but they took as much time with me as I needed them too when it came my time to see the Dr. I’ve seen Dr C twice now, He is very nice and is gentle. Very professional and really cares. So happy Dr Mendez sent me to him

I have been going to Pain Consultants Of West Florida for over a year now and am extremely happy that I ado, the staff at both offices Crestview as well as Pensacola are very helpful, kind and will do all they can to help.My doctor at Pain Consultants is Dr. Concepcion, if not for this amazingly Godly man I would still be in insanely amounts of pain daily. God has blessed him with the knowledge to help each and everyone of his patients.I can not give him and his staff the amount of stars they truly deserve. I have been seen twice at this office. Dr. Steichen and her staff, provided exceptional care and bedside mannor. I work in a hospital, in a clinical setting, and understand how patients should properly be treated. They exceeded my expectations, great experience. I do recommend.

Dr. Steichen and her assistant Pavel are concerned and caring, thorough and well informed. I came to them from another practice and was relieved that they didn’t take any pre-determined diagnoses as gospel . Instead they did their own exams and reviewed previous treatments and radiology results to determine an appropriate treatment plan based on their own findings. I love these guys and highly recommend them!

Dr Carrie Steichen is at the top of her field. She genuinely cares about her patients. Theyre not just a number to her. She has seen to my care for the past 2 years. I suffer from chronic back pain. She does what is best for me, not for herself. The result is, for me, less pain. I trust her and her decisions implicitly. The staff, likewise is hard working and have your best interests at heart.

My first time visiting a pain doctor and really disappointed I chose this place because of all the good reviews I was hoping to finally get some relief Im not able to do much or even work because of my neck and back pain they offered no help no suggestions except to take alieve wow really... does absolutely nothing for me. They want me to come back in a month to maybe try some shots after they see my MRI results which is in a week. They clearly dont understand how pain works, a month is an eternity when your in pain. The staff was very friendly but I do not feel like they even came close to understanding and helping me complete waste of time. On top of all that Im pretty sure he didnt even look at my x rays I sent them none of my actual issues were brought up

My wife has been going there for years now and they are very compassionate and kind. They sincerely take time to listen ton her concerns and they work hard to try to find a treatment that alleviates her pain. I would recommend them to anyone that is suffering from chronic pain.

I have had nothing BUT a positive experience. Dr. Steichen listens! I came to be in severe pain and was at a breaking point. She adjusted my meds and I just saw a surgeon who told me of numerous issues in my back that will have to surgically be addressed. My pain is real and Dr. Steichen listens. She is very thorough and has a good bedside manner. I would highly recommend her!

When I needed them they was there for me, the doctor always took his time with me, I ask questions he would always take the time to explain to me what was going on with me. The staff was great . I was treated with respect and smiles always. When i needed them they was always there for me no matter what. If ya need a great doctor they are the ones to see. Thanks y’all for your time. I was accused of mismanagement of my medication falsely!!! It was the doctors fault for not changing the dosing instructions with my pharmacy!!! I hope this can be corrected in my records!!!

With the situation of opioid addiction growing, it took time and patience to develop a relationship with the staff at WFPC. In the beginning it was intimidating and mentally frustrating. Its like any other doctor patient relationship. The longer you go the more they get to know you. When you finally hit that magical moment you realize they are there to truly help you. They know from simple twitches, frowns, and toe tapping to smiles and pleasant demeanor if youre having a good day or bad. Your health and wellbeing are their number 1 priority. They want to give you the best care possible for your individual situation to keep your pain under the best possible control to give you the best quality of life possible. Ive learned over the years that my pain will never go away, but it is under control to the point where I do have some resemblance of quality of life. They keep in touch with my primary care provider as well as with my specialty care physicians to give me the best possible care for my situation. But as with anything good it came with patience and time. I would recommend this group to anyone who has issues with ongoing chronic pain. Give it the time it needs for your individual case and they will have a care plan tailored just for you. Theyre the best by far and Im completely satisfied with my plan of care.
