The first words (besides Hello and pleasantries) I heard from Dr Bramson were What do I need form him as my Dr. I was in love. The office staff is compassionate, empathetic, and truly kind. True, it is an extremely busy Drs office, but if you are 🤒 they get you what you need. Only praise and kind words for them here. You reap what you sow and they sow a lot of good!

Dr. Bramson and his team are the most compassionate and efficient medical team in Southern California. I am happy I chose him as my primary physician. This doctor will give you the peace of mind you need and the care you deserve.

Dr. Bramson is one of the few doctors I have ever been to that actually takes the time to listen to his patients and appreciates their input. You will probably have a longer wait in the waiting room but that is because he is taking the time to listen to the patient before you. Knowing that I too, will have ample time once I get in makes it worth the wait. He is a excellent doctor and I have total confidence in him. His staff has been wonderful in the ten years I have been going there.

We love Dr Bramson,he is thorough, actyally listens to you and is kind beyond measure. His staff is most kind as well. Our old Dr in AZ treated people like cattle. One patient every 15 minutes.. this is like the days when people were cared for.

Front office staff is incredible, most caring women Ive ever met. Nurse Kristen was so sweet and caring and was so happy to be at work, even on her birthday! I know this sounds dramatic, but thank you ladies for saving my life today 😘

Dr. Bramson is a friendly, warm, knowledgeable physician who gets things done in a timely manner!After I met with him, lab work & a full physical was scheduled immediately & done in his office... was very impressed with him but not with a lot of his staff...If you want to deal with a “control freak” at the front desk, you have one... If you want to wait months & months for his office staff to schedule a referral for a specialist, call this office! & they won’t let you know when they have sent the paperwork over there either... You will have to call them up to find out when they sent it in & then call that number to set up an appt. They do literally the “bare minimum” because they seem to want to crawl out of having to do anything...Even If you call to ask for a refill on a prescription or want it transferred to another pharmacy, expect to go through “hoops & ladders” to do that, too... Ifhis staff can make things “difficult” or “time consuming,” they will... Was told today that my pharmacy had to fax over the prescription to the doctor to get it refilled... So, the doctor can’t just call it in??? Never ever had another doctor do this...Also, if you require serious painkillers, don’t waste your time going here! My girlfriend’s husband had serious back pain & he wouldn’t prescribe him anything & told him to take Motrin which didn’t begin to cut the pain😟😟😟I am “over” this “nightmare”... I was told he had a 5 star rating! Well, maybe he does but his staff certainly doesn’t... they definitely are not on the top of their game😟😟😟 making this a positive medical experience...

Have not been to a nicer doctors office than this. Staff got me in same day request (they were booked solid)! Got my daughter in who was pretty sick. Great doctor. Such a nice knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff. Soon as I signed my daughter in we had a room. Definitely most welcoming office we have ever visited (have been to several and come from large medical background family)! We have visited many offices from down at Sharp in San Diego, to Loma Linda Medical. This doctor is highly recommended.

I have been going here for years. On the rare occasion that I have something serious, they get me in same day, despite this office being popular and busy. The staff are wonderfully kind and understanding! Very happy!

GOLD MINE at first I thought it was not going to be a good visit, being from a big city and being ignored and mistreated by most service people, but the genuine care of the doctor and the front desk gals was perfect! I hit it rich!! Dr Bramson will spend whatever time necessary to make you comfortable and informed, and is very through. The nurse and front office staff is incomparable! Top notch in all ways. It took me a long time to find a doctor for my family that would meet all my expectations! Dr. Bramson gave me answers to all my questions that I had for years, he is the only doctor that never said I AM THE DOCTOR AND YOU SHOULD TRUST ME, I WENT TO SCHOOL FOR IT. Dr. Bramson gave me sooooo much information and if he didnt know something ,he was honest to tell me that he didnt. Always takes his time to listen to you and find the best solution! His staff is amazing! Neved did I ever have any problems with neither of them! Always treat people with respect and kindness! And even though we live about 45 minutes away from the office, I do not mind the ride knowing that well get exceptional care!

Rude lady that answers the phone. I asked if I could have a word with the Dr to see if he could help with my ongoing medical treatment, but was told the doctor does not take patients phone calls and that Id have to come in and pay for a consultation.Not going to bother with people like that.The Dr could have simply called me back when he had a free moment, and I would have been able to judge if hes qualified to treat me. This would have taken 5 minutes, but instead, heres an honest review.

Dr. Bramson is very considerate and a thoughtful doctor...like out of the old days. His front desk staff could be nicer though. Perhaps some manners training?

I just love Dr Bramson and all the staff. Have never had a problem being seen. I love the fact that he actually sits down and talks to you. Dr Bramson was the only aft who listened to me when I was having problems with my hands. This is when I found out I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. My Drs with Bever Medical Group ignored my complaint with my hands. Not Dr Bramson. He order the tests and had me referred to a Rheumatologist.

My husband goes there and the doctor is very good

Dr is nice and friendly, would be nice though if his staff was the same. They hardly answer the phones, not very polite to patients, and they dont take you to see the Dr till bout 3-4 hours after you show up. Theres people that will show up for appointment at 9am and then they dont leave till 2pm cause they dont put you in a waiting room till 2-3 hours after your scheduled to show up. I went up there from San Berdoo to get my billing statement for my attorney to fax over to the car insurance company, they told me I wouldnt have that on file sir, I already faxed over the billing statement to your health insurance company so youll need to call them and have them fax a copy over to you Does that make any sense? Prefer to take my business elsewhere if Ill be treated like this
