My experience with Ideal Image was not just good, it was amazing! I came in for lip filler. My technician was Olivia. She spent a good deal of time evaluating my face, discussing what I wanted, and working with me to achieve the exact results that I was looking for. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable and professional her demeanor and personality immediately put me at ease. I can honestly say it was over before I knew it began. Olivia is that good! If you are considering lip injections….make an appointment and ask for Olivia.

I have had a great experience with my laser hair removal at the Cranston location. Sam and Rachel are the nicest and always make me feel so comfortable, especially in a situation where Im exposed. Briana at the front desk is very sweet and accommodating with appointments.

I’ve been so happy with my laser hair removal at Ideal Image. Appointments are quick (which is nice for something like this). Olivia has been taking care of me throughout my treatments and I HIGHLY recommend seeing her. She is friendly but also professional. She takes the time to describe what she’s doing, where she’s doing it etc. and she makes you feel very comfortable even when working on “sensitive” areas for women. You can’t beat the price for laser hair removal here too. It’s a great deal and they’ll space out the payments so it’s not a huge hit all at once. Also, it’s very clean every time I go! The vibe was not welcoming at all. Very rude and unprofessional. All of them. Down to the nurse who did the video chat assessment with me. Either I came on a bad day or they treat certain people that way. I actually walked in high spirits. Excited. Really nice. I had a wonderful talk with the woman who did my consultation and set up my appointment. I was really really expecting that same sweet upbeat energy from the ladies at the office. The nice lady who did the consultation with me over the phone even told me to ask for skin care samples. I asked and was told all they had was these tiny spf lotion packets. I was thinking to myself like ooooooook!!!! I started to doubt choosing them for my procedures.

Laser hair removal is definitely worth it. I had great results on my lip and under arms. Then, I had a baby and my raging hormones made some rogue hairs reappear. I got a touch up treatment for $85 for both areas with the lifetime guarantee.People at this facility are nice and professional

I went to Cool sculpting a few years ago , and months later it looked like I had just canceled the appointment I had never been there not even a 1% improvement. I would like to know is it possible for coolscope and not to work on everybody because I was not told that I dont mind spending the money it would be worth it cuz I was promised I would look Beach ready and it didnt change a bit it look like I never kept the appointment. Very disappointed but I must say the staff that took care of me was great

I have received laser hair removal treatments (originally at the Grand Rapids MI now at the Cranston RI branch) 6 times now, and the results are phenomenal! So far all of my interactions have been pleasant, however this last visit today was strange. My nurse (tech) )I don’t know what the title is) never told me her name, which made it a little difficult during the session. I should have asked but by the time I realized she didn’t tell me we were in doing the removal process. So definitely get your nurse/techs name before the session begins. Makes communication much more fluid.

The staff are courteous and keep me informed regarding procedures and the progress of my treatment. On my latest visit there was a scheduling error but I was impressed by the nurse on shift who corrected the issue forthwith, taking me in at the agreed upon time rather than the time the secretary accidentally entered.

I went in and the girl told me I had 36 units and we can play and use them all. I said fine. Well upon leaving the girl at the front said I only had 18 left and I had to pay around $250. It would be one thing if I known ahead of time and then I could of decided if I wanted her to do extra areas. I was not happy about that and Im not sure I will ever go back again

Tiffany Myers was an absolute joy to have had my first zoom meeting with. She was jus maaaaaaad chill, nice, friendly and you could most definitely tell she knew about what she was talking about. My first appointment is August 9th & because of her I have never been more calm about any treatment I was about to get. Without knowing I suffer from an anxiety disorder she made me feel like this was going to be a breeze and I truly appreciate that !!!

I got my lips filled for the third time at ideal image. It always has been a pretty seamless process each time I have been. Rachel injected me this time and she is the absolute best!!! I cannot express enough how kind and caring she was throughout the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable, she made the experience so amazing for me. I am petrified of needles and she knew exactly how to keep my nerves calm and get me through the appointment. I will only trust her injecting me going forward. She did a beautiful job my lips look so natural and plump!

Casey Aubin has been very professional focused and attentive to my level of comfort during ultherapy sessions. We have worked through many of the ultherapy sessions with the outcome providing highly improved results. Her insight and recommendations were helpful as we navigated the process. Yet on another note maintaining consistent appointments has been difficult to maintain with Casey due to the break down of the ultherapy machine causing more than a lengthy delay. Without the delay the experience at idealimage is great.. just greatly disappointing that the company did not choose to trouble shoot this machine breakdown more wisely.

I was gonna give this a 5 star because person who did my treatment was SO NICE and HELPFUL. The receptionist on the other hand was not accommodating and not friendly at all. And Yeah while me trying to figure out by asking her question instead. i was kinda hoping she will give me an answer. Im glad she said youre welcome at the end though.

The girl at the front desk is extremely rude and dismissive. Half the time she isn’t even at the desk when you go/come out from treatment. She’s always in the back. Very unprofessional to have nobody at the front desk of a Med Spa and I have to stand and wait for her to come out. I didn’t catch her name but she was African American and had dark hair. Aside from this, the lady who does the laser is absolutely amazing. She explains the treatment very well and makes you feel so, so comfortable she was truly a professional.

I bought my laser hair removal package in December of 2020 being told by the sales rep that I would be contacted by the clinic to be scheduled within a week. I have PCOS which causes abnormal hair growth on my face and is very embarrassing. The clinic never called me and so I called them three weeks later to see what was up. They told me they couldn’t schedule me until the end of March. I was upset but there was nothing I could do so I scheduled my first treatment for the end of March. I spend 6 weeks not plucking and growing out my facial hair. The few days before I get numerous appointment confirmations, which I confirm and get ready to finally get this hair taken care of. Thank god for masks! The morning of I get a call saying they need to reschedule me because the provider called out and they can’t reschedule me until the end of May. So basically 5 months from when I purchased my package. Six weeks before this appointment I grow my facial hair out again and receive multiple confirmations. This appointment was today….I get a call this morning that the provider had an emergency and won’t be in and they have to reschedule me. Uhm…no. There is no way that on both of my appointment days the same thing happened. This is legit the poorest run place and if I didn’t have a contract I would be getting all my money back and taking it elsewhere.

Experience was pleasant. The tech was super nice and friendly. I did get a pretty bad bruise that still hasnt faded and I am on my 4th day. Also one eye looks much better than the other. Gonna give it a few more days then I will go in for a touch up if necessary.

Last time I went to Ideal Image, it was the first time I had been in since the covid outbreak, they decided to use the lightest strength laser since I hadn’t been in for a while, I wasn’t told it was my last service until I had left. Now it’s been over a week and I have zero results from my last treatment since the strength of the laser was so weak, barely any hair has fallen out. I have to pay for more treatments since they were unsure if I was eligible for more treatments or not, since the reason I wasn’t able to come in was because of covid, AND my hair is still coming in thick. If I had known it was my last session ahead of time I would’ve asked her to use the regular strength laser that I usually get. I’ve paid a total of $2,700 to make sure I am hair free, and I’m still growing thick hair. Extremely disappointed.

Cancelled my appointment on me 3 times. Not even notifying me the last time, so I had a babysitter and drove an hour for them to tell me not only did corporate cancel on me they cancelled my contract too. Dont bother with them, theres much better places with the same prices.Nobody contacts you in 24-48 hrs. They write that on these so it looks good on their part.
