This is an airy and light Whole Foods, with a lot of offerings. It is organized very differently than the other Whole Food markets in our area. One of the most wonderful things about the Cranston location is the fact that you can still get allegro brand whole coffee beans there. They have lots of soap and other health and beauty supplies, in addition to the usual meat, vegetables, fruit etc.

Everything you could possibly need from childrens Bible books to statues, crosses, etc. Very friendly helpful staff!

Unfortunately this may be Warwick’s best.Location inside Whole Foods in unfortunate, especially if you’re there on a busy weekend morning seeking your first coffee of the day. Not a clear line and there was only one worker there when I visited, understandably struggling to keep up with the line and customers seeking the coffee grinder behind the bar for bagged coffee.If you’re looking for the true third-wave experience, you’re better off trekking into Providence with its many excellent options (e.g. Bolt, Dave’s). This isn’t as freshly roasted, and the experience is less than desirable, unless you also seek the market’s many ready to eat food options.

I dont shop here as often as I wish I did. I love all the health alternative brands they carry here. Fresh produce. The most all natural products for a big grocery store. Surprising selection, and if youre an amazing prime member you can get a discount and have orders delivered right to your door. Ive done both this past week to test out the customer service and experience. I was impressed. Will use the Amazon ordering option again soon.

The whole foods in Cranston has a highly knowledgeable Staff that is very helpful, and considerate acting more like its their vocation rather than job. The fresh foods from Meat Department to Produce Is excellent, competitively priced including Organic. The 365 Whole Foods brand is something you cant go wrong with. The computer at checkout at Whole Foods is never wrong!

I shouldve taken photos. I didnt think Id write a review on this. Well here it goes. This Whole Foods appears as if it was recently built. The floors are squeaky clean. The quality of food there is really high and a lot of it is pricey. If that saying is true (you pay for what you get). Only get what youll use or eat at organic. Otherwise your bill will shock you. This Whole Foods is very spacious and a lot more room to walk then to be cramped unlike the one closer to me and thats how Id prefer to do shopping. Theres a lot of selections of food and other products at this one. Take a look.

I found since the store was purchased by Amazon, the quality and atmosphere of the store has degenerated considerably. What made Whole Foods a special place to shop seems to have vanished with the purchase by the Amazon.

I like to visit this Whole Foods location because I know some of the day shift staff for many years. I have a few staff members who are my friends in this location and I get treated very good by them.

It looks like wholefoods management is trying to promote self checkout pretty hard. There was just one regular checkout counter which had a long queue where the resources are standing by to help people at self checkout counter teaching them how to use technology. It’s fine but there should be some kinda balance. After a tiresome day at work the last thing you wanna do is to find the teeny weeny item numbers on the produce and punch them on to a screen!!

Purchased some fresh bananas and within two days, they not only were spoiling, but were rotting inside. For a chain store that prides itself on good wholesome foods, I was disappointed. The rest of my experience at this store was good, thus the three stars.

EV charging station does not work. Still shows up on the chargepoint map as a valid station. According to chargepoint reviews, this station has been out of service for well over a year. Completely unacceptable for a multi-billion dollar corporation.

Went to the florist at Whole Foods hoping to get flowers for a relative. Wasn’t quite sure on what to pick so I approached the florist behind the counter who’s name is Shelbie & said “Hi, May I ask you a question please?” After she acknowledged my presence with a short “can I help you” before I could ask my question Shelbie proceeds to tell me what the prices were for what with an attitude as if she was annoyed with me being there. I said “that’s not what I was going to ask you” and Shelbie replies “what were you going to ask me?” widening her eyes at me. I stood there and just stared at her for several seconds because of the audacity of her attitude considering I’ve never been treated like this at this location before. She asks with a smirk “is there a problem?” I replied “you know what Shelbie, never mind do your thing” and I went on to look at what flowers they had available. Shelbie responds with “I apologize if I ASSUMED I knew what you were going to ask me” (still with an attitude) & I say “Yes you’re right you did assume.” Another patron walks up to the counter and Shelbie was sweet as pie to her, I don’t look like the other patrons that regular that store. Shelbie then goes on to call her manager and he comes over and as he’s approaching she looks at me and smirks again & they talk. I called the store after leaving and low and behold he answers and gives me the customer service guide book reply of “I apologize, that’s not what we do here” in the most insincere tone without saying he was going to speak to Shelbie about her lack of respect and behavior towards their customer. The two stars are simply because of Shelbie, other employees there were and are always pleasant to me.

Sadly theyre getting to be too expensiveto go to. 3/4 of what I need I can buy at market basket now and yes it is organic.I highly recommend you check it out, youll be quite surprised. Warning you will have to search for things, but it is there to get. From milk, to meet, to produce. Happy hunting and Good eats

Prefer to go whole food over any other stores due to having variety of organic produces and diary products. Customer service is good. This store is mostly busy throughout the week. Prime members get some additional discounts on few of the groceries you purchase. Only concern sometimes are that most of the diary products are not available if you visit the store later in the day.

Amazing selections for GF/vegan options. Great location, very clean. With online ordering/delivery its even easier to pick out what I need & even indicate what substitutions Id like if something is out of stock.

Always a great selection. Can be pricier than other markets but the quality is on point. I love to shop here and the prime discounts are a plus!

Since the summer this store hasn’t really been counting or controlling the amount of people in the store. Everyone is on top of each other. We stopped going here for regular groceries and are going to Trader Joe’s instead. We only come now for specialty items. Trader Joe’s is much better organized and safer.I’m updating this, it’s gotten worse here. The place is overflowing with Amazon shoppers for deliveries, and no one is counting the number of people in the store. Someone should report this place to the state, they are operating dangerously.

Nicest looking ribeyes I ever bought. Always great cheeses and huge assortment of specialty and healthy items, including fresh, wild caught salmon, which can be hard to find elsewhere.

Im a vegetarian and also a lover of Natural Foods. Its nice to walk around in a store where everything is natural and has so many options for vegetarians. Also the interior is beautiful. Dont worry about feeling uncomfortable if youre not used to grocery stores being this way. The people in there are so nice :-)

Good store. The customers are terrible. Straight up rude and almost backed into me while walking through the parking lot. Find one in a less populated area.

Adequate selection but the store is always mobbed. The staff is usually friendly and helpful and can give you a good recommendation when it comes to alternate products. For some reason, and this isnt the stores fault but is just the nature of the location, the people who shop here are God awful slow. Either they cannot decide from the decent selection or its just the people from the area, but often youll find yourself stuck behind many people standing in a single place for a couple minutes. Dont expect to get in and out quickly, avoid 5pm-8pm.

Great store clean, quality food. Last Saturday September 5th I was at the meat counter around 10 a.m. when an angry man came out from behind the counter yelling who put this barcode on the displayand the next time he sees this someones going to get written up. please if you have problems with your help pull him aside and talk to him dont yell at them in the middle of the store.

Great supermarket. My wife and I moved out of the area and do not have a Whole Foods anywhere near us now, so we drive 45 minutes each way on Sundays to go grocery shopping here. You can actually notice a difference in how you feel eating the better quality food from here. Highly recommended.

Since the Amazon overtake, I have to say the changes are for the better! There are more selections available than there used to be, and they just filtered out the things that were not selling. The prime member discounts are great and well worth having the membership for. There are more organic choices available here than any other grocery store, and the prices are reasonable. Awesome!

I had a sincerely delightful experience at the Whole Foods Cranston on Sunday evening, November 3, 2019. I was helped by friendly, professional, caring staff. These folks seem to really care about doing a good job and are clearly well trained. I asked one rep where the riced cauliflower was and he walked me across the store to find it. When he realized the store was out of stock, he walked me again across the store to another option. And at checkout, one clerk noticed I was overcharged for an item. He told me to go to the customer service counter and a friendly young woman there gave the product to me for free. This whole experience is a true example of delightful customer service. They all should be commended.
