Gifted my partner a facial spa for her birthday and she came out glowing, refreshed and rejuvenated. She said she loved it being her first time getting a facial. She said the atmosphere was calming and the certified tech Michelle was very nice and gentle. Definitely will have to try it and recommend.

Roenell was great! She listened well and ensured my comfort throughout. I havent had a massage in a long time but she put me at ease. Shes kind and knows what shes doing.

Dianne is a great therapist. She is always making sure she knows just what I need whether tight/sore muscles or stress relief or total body relaxation! She is also very nice.

I have not felt so relaxed and, in a few achy spots, relieved in ages. I signed up for a membership on the spot. You should too!

I had monthly prenatal sessions with Davin through all my pregnancy. She is wonderful! Very attentive to my needs and preferences, very gentle. Just what I needed. I would definitely recommend her.

Chelsea was the first one to give me a facial and I loved it. Very relaxing. We just hooked up again yesterday and it was better the 2nd time. I will continue to have her do my facials. Can’t wait for the 11/2 hr facial.

My overall experience with Massage Envy was AMAZING. The staff in the front including the managers were great, very attentive to greeting me in and giving me all the details I needed to know. Janet was a straight 100 if I can rate her more I would. Very knowledgeable and professional. Massage Envy would be a place that I would go back with no hesitation.

Terrible business. Hour massages were barely 40 minutes long. Had gotten 12 months of massages. Asked if I needed to do anything to close membership on last appointment. I was told by someone at the front desk I was all set. My wife gets charged in January. She calls and they tell her they cancelled charge and cancelled membership. She gets charged for February and March. She calls again they never reversed charges and had no record of her call in January. Leah guest liason tells me shell reverse only March and I need to sign a form ending membership. So we get charged for two months because of poorly trained staff giving out wrong information. Terrible business practices

I will never sign up for a membership here again. I had a 3 month membership that expired on September 2nd so I went to a massage envy and cancelled the membership on August 22nd which is within the 10 day cancellation policy so I thought I was fine. 5 days later I get an email saying I didnt cancel my membership within the 10 day period. The paperwork clearly has the 22nd on it but then they say it needed to be canceled at the location I signed up at. I was never told that by the lady who took my cancellation letter. So I speak to a woman and she said the general manager told her to bill it because it didnt get to get location until after the 10 days. So I say please have the general manager call me. To this day I still have not received a call. This is a pretty poor way to treat customers during these times.

Overcharging on the tips. The therapists are all great... But it seems like theyre trying to pad the tips most likely to offset their low wages.My massage was $65... And my 20% tip should have been $13. But sign said $29. I questioned it, but went ahead and paid it. But it was too much. Very dissatisfying end to an awesome massage.

In a covid world having to cut back on expenses after a loss of income is a responsible thing to do. I called the location and let them know of my job loss. Unfortunately Luis had no care or compassion. He states well you are in a contract so you cant cancel. Not wow I am sorry to hear this, let me see what options are available in your time of need. I asked for a manager. She got on only to tell me that they are a business too so canceling isnt an option. She said I can tell you are irritated. I mean that is obvious. The resolution was being told they will send me a freeze of service paper to fill out and return. I requested a number to speak to someone about the services I had just received. I was told there was no number. I can just pass a message to the assistant manager. I wont do business here anymore after today.

Went and got a chemical peel the 1st time it was a little peel the second time no peel at all! Didn’t work ! No changes .. they expect me to pay for membership . I changed my card number and never went back

I occasionally get massages and facials here. I used to have the yearly membership but it was a bit of a commitment every month. The $65 a month fee its great if you take full advantage of the services. I now stop in here and there & although its a bit more $ without the membership in my case it works a lot better. Great staff and location especially if youre like me and enjoy some shopping and then a massage.

Ive NEVER wrote a bad review but Ive been cancelled on 3 times in less than SIX MONTHS with less than 24 hour notice. When once my husband had to cancel for first time ever after years of membership with 23 hours notice and we still got charged. Details below:I bought into massage envy a few years ago with the selling point of members being able to make last minute massages with the last hour of the day being for members only. Since then its impossible to get massages but that is the smallest of my complaints...In the past 6 months I have had three massages cancelled on me... Three! All from the same massage therapist, Nicole. Now you may say why do you keep booking with her. Well they only have 2 prenatal therapists. The other one Ive had (Susan who is great) but she is always booked up. The first time I was sad because I already paid for a babysitter. But they said they could fit me in for a 90 minute facial. Problem #2- I was in and out of the facial in 70 minutes! Dont put me in with someone if they dont want to be there. Ok great you only take 1 session instead of 1.5 but the problem is I was already cancelled on and your solution was someone who rushed through and didnt want to be there.Then a few months later I get a voicemail at night that my morning massage is cancelled. Second time now with less than 24 hour notice. Solution ? Free enhancement and no payment for two months. Great but still no massage (which is my ultimate goal of making an appointment.... Crazy I know 🙄). A few weeks later I have a massage with Susan... Shes there and is great. But Im so behind on massages because there is hardly any available appointments unless you book two months out and the ones I make keep getting cancelled. So I take the chance and book one more. Figures Susan is not available before my due date so I only have the option if Nicole... No way will I get cancelled on in less than 6 months. Jokes on me!She cancels for a third time? When? The SAME morning of my massage that is supposed to be at 1230. Are you kidding?! I ask to speak to a manager all he can say is sorry. I ask for corporates number but says they dont have it. But I was told sorry the first time and sorry the second time and sorry for the rushed facial. I dont want free stuff I just want a massage. Insane.

Best place for a massage, as they have so many therapists you can just cycle through until you find the one for you. Pricing is reasonable as well if you are a member.

I just had the same experience as the gentlemen:s review below. My wife gave me a gift card. The next thing I knew I was asked for my credit card and license. Why I had a gift card??? Totally undid any therapeutic benefit of the massage I just got!! I said I have a gift card so why do you need an credit card. Then came the contract that they said I should sign. Why? I have a gift card. I probably will not go back.

The overall environment isnt very soothing like other spas. You wait in a room which has massage chairs before your actual massage but its not very relaxing. The massage itself was great!

Massage envy in Cranston has a great staff! And you cant beat having a membership. Especially if you do alot of physical labor. This would be the place for you! The one thing that bugs me is the terms for the membership. They make it sort of a process to cancel the membership. They also make you sign up for a year and you cant cancel unless you pretty much pay your year off... So when new bills come up, a membership there could be an issue. Its a love hate relationship with the membership for me because I love the low priced massage but I hate being committed to an annual bill with little ability to opt out.

Bought my fiance a gift card. She went and said the massage was relaxing...but at the end before she left she said they kept trying to get her to sign up for a membership. After many times of her saying she wasnt interested they kept pitching her different ways to become a member even though she told them she had no interest. When I asked my fiance how her massage was she said after all the attempts from them trying to sell her stuff all the relaxation from her massage quickly disappeared. I feel like it was a waste of a gift and a waste of my fiances time. I do not recommend and i will be calling them to express my disappointment.

I am a member at Massage Envy in Cranston and have been for over a year now. I signed up because I am a machinist by trade and work the night shifts 11pm - 7am 5 nights a week. I have a stressful work schedule and once a month I go for a massage to relieve all of that stress. The massages are usually incredible. Terrence gives the best massages although he isnt always in this location. Ask for him if hes available for the best work. I also go for facials so I dont look like Im dead tired all the time and its very good for you. The facials here are excellent. Great aestheticians who work with you for what is best for your needs and your skin. I love all of the people who Ive gotten facials from. The place is quite relaxing with great music and massage chairs in the waiting room. They offer aroma therapy for massages which is always awesome. For the most part I really enjoy my membership since it saves me a lot per massage and facial. However, the one thing that is a bit off putting is their need to upsell their beauty products and other services. I am willing to pay quite a bit for getting rid of stress because I have the funds but the products are expensive and they offer after every service. Still, I enjoy being a member here and the hot stone massages are the best. Definitely worth a try. Might not be for everyone with all the upselling but overall a great place.

Best massages I have ever had!

The Therapists have always been great but I am a member and my credit card expired mid term. I still had 1 More massage paid in full on my account…..I got my massage, was cutting it close for an appointment right after and on my way out said I should be all set as I already tipped the girl in cash! WAIT YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED BECAUSE YOUR CC EXPIRED! Yes but I still have a paid in full massage on my account and will catch up with you next time as Im running late for an appointment. NO….YOULL HAVE TO PAY FULL NONMEMBER PRICE OF LIKE $100.00 IF YOU DONT GIVE US YOUR CC INFO. It was embarrassing and I was late…. I will let my membership lapse once expired because of the rude and inconsiderate behavior by Andrea. Not happy with this corporate conglomerate…..going back to private therapists where Im treated like a person not an account.

The service is ok but try to terminate the contract... haha good luck with that and after all they charch you for another month that you cant even use ... so they are a head either way.. never go back there again.

Well Im sorry to say I should have listened.....an hour before my appointment and the therapist had to go to the hospital. I was told if I cancel I would be charged full price but what if they cancel???? I had a day planned around thos massage and it was ruined.

I received gift cards for my birthday over $200 to use for service at this place, the sales person was very pushy and i felt pressure to purchase a membership with my gift cards, i did mentioned to her many times that i didt want to commit to a membership because of my busy schedule, but insisted and convinced me, unfortunately i missed the time line of the membership and called to make app for services , I didt realized that the membership expired less than week and they didt honor me the any services.
