I felt very comfortable going to garden city eye care during this pandemic. All protocols were in place. Dr Lakin is the best. She makes you feel very comfortable and takes the time to explain everything to you. She is a sweetheart. Don’t hesitate to go there. You are well taken care of.

Most of the time eye care is routine with a minor change in prescription due to time and age. But......my change was a bit complicated and required what I considered to be an exotic lens. Garden City handled it well and made several adjustments until both staff & patient were satisfied. Always service with a smile.

My son and I have been coming here for years. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is serene, its conveniently located and not to mention beautifully decorated. My son is very sensitive to eye exams and Dr. Medina has been an absolute angel to work with, so patient. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing eye care. Top notch!

I chose to stay anonymous because I am still a patient here, however Ive been coming here for years and I couldnt recommend these doctors enough, they are exceptionally skilled and experienced. I consider their office one of the best in Rhode Island, on the other hand the receptionists are extremely rude and give me attitude every time I have came in. I switched eye care for a few years in the past because they are so disrespectful. In my experience, if they do not like your jobs that much Im sure someone else can fill their positions. Amazing doctors, less than mediocre receptionists.

This place is great! They focus on your care and provide answers to any questions you have. The entire process is made very easy due to the kindness and work ethic of the staff.

My experience at garden city eye care came from my neighbor who referred me when I had an emergency eye problem....Dr. Louise came in on off day off (weekend) to me meet and treat me .....I never had any doctor go out of those way ....the care, sincerity made me feel good ...most doctors would have referred me to another doctor on call ....good old fashion care ... BRAVO !!!!

Dr.Pastore is a highly skilled and experienced clinician. She is compassionate and empathetic.Office staff is friendly and courteous .Highly recommended!!

Optometrist was great and knowledgeable. Today on September 6 2018 I have been waiting for almost an hour to pick up my glasses. I shouldn’t have to wait to pick up an item which has been paid for already.

Dr.DiChiara Pastore is incredibly thorough and skilled - excellent! She takes the time to give you the best care, and goes out of her way to address any eye issues or concerns you have. All the staff is polite and helpful. Id go nowhere else but Garden City Eyecare.

Dr. David DeRousi is an excellent doctor. He has been my eye doctor for many years.I have coworkers and friends who now go to him for their eye care. He is knowledgeable, caring and patience.

The optometrist there is awful and kept me waiting in an empty room for over 30 minutes. I walked out. Hint: ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERICE NOT DOCTOR SERVICE. I wont be going back.

They pulled a fast one on me and wasted my time and money and I never got my contacts. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. The least they could have done after stealing my money was provide me with some trials. Pathtic.
