Dr. Gilmore is amazing! You must be prepared to wait, because she takes time listening and talking with each patient. Its an effective strategy, because patients with endocrine problems often do not understand their diseases and need encouragement to make medicine and lifestyle changes to better manage their conditions.

I arrived at my 4pm appointment at 3:45 being a new patient.Nobody greeted me, waited 15 minutes and I knocked. .. The Drcame out and said she was with a patient. She came out 1/2 hour later, herpatient left and she never acknowledged me. another 1/2 hour went by I asked her how much longer? she said doing paperwork. I had been there for over an hour. I asked for my file back and I left. Waited 1 hour 20 min without even an apology or a time when she was going to be available. Extremely rude. Also my first impression when walking into the office was there was manilla files everywhere , stacks of them. I am assuming records. Very unorganised and cluttered. I wouldnt recommend her at all!

This place is horrible, i had an appointment for 4pm and the Doctor did not see me until 5:50!! Another lady that was in the office when i arrived at 3:45 tild me she had an appointment for 2pm!! And was still waiting to be called!! Stay away unless you have all day to waist in a waiting room
