I dont know much about funeral homes, but sadly I been into a few and I have never seen an unorganized crew before, seemed nobody know where to form a line to check in, issues with the microphone nobody can hear a thing. Honest opinion as a guest .. it was a messy show.

I dealt with Robert JR, he made a very sensitive situation 10 times worse with his combative attitude. He obviously got the job because of his family.

Still angry and sad to this day how unprepared they were to deal with my family members funeral during the pandemic. I understand all the restrictions in place due to covid and I understand if things couldnt run as smoothly as previously done so. But it just seemed like someone either wasnt communicating with the church or each other, or they just didnt care. And for those of us whos family member died alone in the hospital and werent allowed to say goodbye, we really needed this to go right. And it didnt. So thanks for that lifelong guilt.

It is understandable that due to the current pandemic, there might be some restrictions how many people are allowed in a funeral home. Unfortunately, this funeral home was ill prepared to handle the services of our family member, those who were left to wait out side in sadness were barley comforted by the small speaker that could barley emit the service occurring indoors. They did not attempt to fix the issue with the speaker so that we could all mourn respectfully, when it was time for the burial funeral director i formed us that only 15 people could go to the burial grounds, when some of the closest friends and family had left to the repass to wait, we revive a call that this i fact was a lie and more than 15 people were allowed to go to the burial ground. We are deeply upset with how things were handled it could the service could have been handled better, with respect to those had lost an important person in their lives.

The Nardolillo Family does an exceptional job with funeral services. They have done so more decades in Rhode Island. I highly recommend them.

They were the most helpful and caring team of people. At a difficult time they ensured you were taking care of and mostly handled you with care. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Anthony is the most poised and classy gentleman and much respect for him and all the staff.

I have reason to write a review here because my experience was positive and nothing like this one lone reviewer below. I have to say our entire experience for my grandmother was fantastic. The room we had the wake in was comfortable, quiet, and ample for everyone to spread out. The lighting was relaxed and made my grandmother look great. We had a digital slide show playing on the flat screen TV from a DVD. The next day the Nardolillo team was amazing, ushering our 60+ party with ease from cars pulling up, to calling us out to our cars for the procession. The whole experience from the church to the burial chapel was very smooth and very professional. I actually mentioned that a one lone reviewer gave poor remarks on google maps and vowed Id leave a more serious realistic recap. As far as I know we have absolutely no complaints and are grateful to having made our grandmothers service respectable and memorable.

Funerals and the process is never easy. I find that Nardolillos makes it as easy and as comforting as possible. They will lead you in the direction that you want and not push you in any way. They are kind, caring and careful.Our family has worked with Nardolillo through a few generations and nothing changes other than making it more seamless. I would recommend them to anyone and will not work with any other funeral home.
