I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr Fazini. I was not in pain but just knew something was not the way it should be. He took the time to see me again and make things right. I cant say thank you enough....

Great office. Friendly staff, never have issues making or rescheduling appointments, and they did a great job with the few fillings that Ive needed. Worth going out of my way for.

I had no wait time at my recent visit to Cranston Dental Associates. The hygienist was very professional and efficient. Additionally, she had researched my insurance coverage and reassured me that it would pay for the x-rays and procedures. The dentist examined me and explained the need for future procedures and various options.

Very happy with the staff who always do a great job. Still surprised and disappointed whenever I need x-rays that the office does not yet have readily available equipment that fits comfortably in my smaller mouth. This would be a good time for the ownership to invest in smaller in-mouth x-ray equipment to add to the present one size fits less than everybody equipment.

My visit today to see Dr Fazzinni was fast and efficient. The dr. took care of all my needs and was pleasant.

The hygienist was curt and unfriendly. She cut me short whenever I was talking. At one point during the deep cleaning, she managed to get water on my face and then laughed over it. When I asked her if any special precautions need to be taken for brushing, she looked at me as if I had asked something silly. The earlier hygienist was so nice. If Dr Rogers is also not there, no reason why I need to go again.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor made me feel at ease. What a great office!

I’ve been going here for at least 8-10 years if not more. My family has gone here which is why I have been going. The assistants and hygienists are the nicest people in the world and if they could be the actual dentist then this place would be the best. I’ve been a patient of Fazzini for a long time and the past few years I’ve noticed he does not care too much about patients or the others he works with. I recently went in with extreme tooth pain,(on a tooth that had a crown that he put in) took some X-rays and after complaining and blaming the assistant that he didn’t like the X-rays he only suggested to himself half talking to me ,the patient , that it could be either a possible extraction (fine with me) or could need a specialist (fine with me) but let’s go ahead and schedule a filling for the tooth next to it that’s not in any pain (okay...I guess?) then leaves me alone with that information. He does not explain in any clarity what I’m supposed to do...I’m in severe pain...does not think it’s a possible infection (which it was after I went to a different dentist) does not give any antibiotics or pain killers (even ibuprofen or Motrin would be fine with me I literally couldn’t sleep at night it was so bad)Other reasons I do not trust his judgement was during cleanings or him putting a crown on my tooth he routinely insisted I did not feel pain in my teeth when I clearly expressed that I was and even the hygienist expressed her opinion which he shot down rudelyI feel bad for the workers as he always seems to talk down to them and belittle them in front of patients and that never sat right with me. Once the office opens this week I will definitely be canceling my future filling and cleaning appointment due to negligence and lack of care for patientsIf you don’t have to deal with him this place is absolutely wonderful

Doctor Rogers is top notch. She is gentle and explains everything which will be done. Recently had a crown replaced, and there was a perfect color match to the adjacent teeth. Had a cleaning done the other day, and hygienist was super friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Front office staff is great as well, very accommodating when it comes to reschedule of appointments.

I always have a great experience at Cranston Dental Associates. During COVID they have taken every precaution imaginable to make me feel safe. They are always courteous and professional!!! Felicia and Mary Ann are the best!!!

I think the service and professionalism at Cranston dental is excellent. Dr. Rogers is not only a great dentist but she has wonderful bed side manner and I believe she really cares for her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing dental work.

This office is run very poorly and they only care about money. I made an appointment for a cleaning and to have a broken tooth looked at and when I got there they claimed it was only for the broken tooth, so I had to make another appointment for the cleaning. When it got close to the cleaning, the broken tooth had started to hurt. I had a root canal for the next week and asked if I could move the cleaning to after the root canal. They would not allow the appointment to be moved without charging me $50. I went and they only cleaned part of my mouth (because of the broken tooth) and only did part of the cleaning (blamed covid, somehow). They charged full price.After the root canal (which was elsewhere), I had to go back for a crown. They gave me quotes they could not explain and which didnt match the insurance EOB. When I called to ask, they just assumed it was due to insurance downgrading the procedure, but didnt bother to look into it. Eventually, I discovered they no longer were in network with Cigna, but their office staff had no idea that was the reason for the discrepancies. They did assist with waiving part of what the insurance should have covered, but the whole situation was a mess.I cannot recommend a office who will insist on a cleaning for a patient with a very broken tooth when its only for their profit. They clearly value money over the health and pain of their patients.

This was my 1st time here. When making my appointment & setting up my account the receptionist was very pleasant/helpful. My hygienist explained everything & was awesome. Dr Rodgers was very nice. So glad I found them on the web & met up to the reviews. :-)

The staff is friendly. Dr Fazzini shows zero emotion and never introduced himself to me during my first visit. I felt like an object, not a person. Looks like he’s burned out. Don’t know how competent he is but I know he’s rude, uncaring. I had swollen gland under my tongue. He said ‘let me see’, grabbed my tongue and said ‘ just send him to the oral surgeon. 10 seconds and out the door. You have to make your own appointment for the referral. Twilight Zone stuff.

Ive been there three times now for cleaning and a crown. Very professional and friendly staff. They explained what they were doing and what to expect throughout the procedures. They handled the insurance. Proces were reasonable.

I just recently became a patient here and I was very impressed. All of the staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail to me and they have a beautiful new office with lots of windows. I had a cleaning and x-rays and Dr. Rogers identified an old filling on a tooth that had been bothering me for awhile and recommended a crown. I went in for the crown and I was a little nervous, because at previous dentist the Novocaine didnt always fully numb my tooth. This time I had zero pain and the procedure went as smooth as possible. Definitely the best experience that Ive had at a dentist office.

Dr. Fazzini & his staff from when you walk in the door you see all smiley faces. AND they are ALL great,awesome and amazing. I am so pleased with Cranston Dental that I even made an appt. for my husband. this IS the place you want to go. I am so thankful I found them. I see us going to Cranston Dental for a long time.

I’m a total chicken when it comes to the dentist, and avoided going for many years. The staff at Cranston Dental Associates are top notch! They’re friendly, on time, and gentle on your teeth. I first saw Felicia for a cleaning -she was so gentle and my mouth felt like a million bucks! Marilyn the dental assistant is great - she offered me headphones during a cavity filling and it was a great distraction. I really appreciate Dr. Fazzini’s conservative approach - the goal is to keep all your teeth for life.I can’t recommend this crew enough!

Me, my husband & kids have been patients of Dr. Fazini for years. We wouldnt go anywhere else. All office staff and hygienists make any dental procedure relaxing.

Very quick and efficient. Dr Rogers and her staff are very good. I have a new Delta Dental out of California. Most Dentists around here dont accept them. CDO did, although my deductible for other procedures is thru the roof, at least CDO covered my basic cleanings exams etc. Painless and on time. Nice job. Ill keep them.

Not even the necessary precautions re: the Coronavirus caused my regular visit to be uncomfortable.

The best of the best was what my husband Mike said to me on his arrival home this morning. Mike went to see Dr Fazzini this morning for his first check up and x rays here. Upon an exam Dr Fazzini noticed that 2 teeth needed immediate attention, one needing a deep root canal and the other a filling. Dr Fazzini did the work seeing the immediate need to save the tooth that needed emergency treatment. Mike will return for more work needed next month that was missed by our previous dentist in which our time there was short lived. I am a patient of Dr Rogers who is just as superb.Thank you Breana for your kindness and professionalism Mike said he received from you . ( and for dealing with a nervous wife on the phone).
