Ive been here a few times i do like it it my only issue is they have toxic plug it ins in the wall outlets. Thankfully Im not a cancer/chemo patient I am just really sensitive to scents/chemicals I had a migraine for 2 day after leaving there and felt awful while waiting in the waiting room. A office such as this definitely shouldnt have these in there nor anything toxic. Its known to even cause cancer let alone those with low immune systems just breathing them in.
Having been an infusion patient for several months, I have found the agency to be poorly staffed and poorly run. An example:The billing office was handling prior approvals for medication, unheard of! No return calls from the staff, needed to call multiple times and still no return call. Only one wheelchair for the whole facility, and it is in poor shape. Front desk staff is rude, the list goes on.The infusion nurses are separate from the clinic, they are wonderful and caring. Why they work there I will never know. The organization as a whole is horrible, left due to inept handling of just about everything.
Dr. Iyer is a wonderful doctor. She was incredibly knowledgeable and confident in her approach. She also takes her time to listen to you and explain things patiently and in detail. I didn’t feel rushed one bit and I felt seen and heard. Thanks Dr. Iyer!
Where Dr. Iyers is an excellent Dr. trying to get hold of her is horrid, if not impossible. The staff there is incompetent beyond belief. You have to call literally 20 times before you get a call back. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
