The office environment was clean and friendly. I have never had such a complete hearing exam like the one Dr. Gauthier gave me. I am very confident in her knowledge and look forward to a good hearing relationship.

Dr. Gauthier is wonderful. She is very thorough in her exams and explanation of her findings. Her office staff is also very helpful. I called back the day after my appointment with a few questions. Nikki was so kind and patient and quickly responded to all of my concerns.

I found Dr Gauthier to be very thorough in explaining everything from options to care and use to many follow up visits to check on my use and care. She also swapped out my hearing aids at no extra charge for an upgrade that came out a few weeks after i started using my first set. The upgraded version seemed to be an improvement. She pointed out all positives and negatives about hearing aids, their care, and use. She was recommended to me by a friend that had much experiences with other audiologists and I was just as pleased with my choice to go with Dr Gauthier. Her staff was very pleasant an thorough. If you are even thinking of getting hearing aids then you should consider Micheline Gauthier at Atlantic audiology. For me it has been a very good experience on all aspects. All The appointments were on time and I was given plenty of attention, encouraged to ask questions and was offered as many appointments as needed to feel comfortable with the purchase of the hearing aids and I was given supplies for the hearing aids as well. As far as the hearing aids are concerned they are great. I can hear really well in all situations, the voices and sounds are clear and The tinnitus is much calmer. Takes about a month to really get used to them but it is worth it because it improves your life.

I had my first contact with Atlantic Audiology summer 2018 when I got new hearing aids. All dealings regarding these have been pleasant and timely, even getting replacements (thru the included insurance) after losing them. I also took my elderly mother to Atlantic Audiology so she could try using my old hearing aids (shed never had any before this) after Dr Gauthier reprogrammed/fit them for her. That went well enough that my mother recently got her own state of the art, rechargeable hearing aids and is very satisfied with the entire product and service. Sorry to say i got same answers as an app on my phone. She went to long with another person so i got basic hearing test with NO ANSWERS except to see another dr. For tunitis.So i guess she isnt one by her answer !! Go to beltone same service is free ,what a waste!! Top dr in r.i. thats sad.Did not spend the same time with me!! And calling me trying to blame me for going early !! What a waste .

Found the new audiologists to be very cold, non caring , and nasty. Would not recommend her for even my dog. STAY AWAY. George previous audiologist was a very warm and caring person, she’s not even competent.

The service is outstanding. I have been wearing hearing aids since 2001 and this is my third pair. The technology of hearing aids has changed remarkably. My new hearing aids do the following via Bluetooth: (1) receive and place phone calls and (2) receive any audio output from your smartphone to your hearing aids. i.e. YouTube, Pandora, etc.
