This place is sketchy. Its basically a legal trap house. The staff are rude and the director is not a good person. They prey on vulnerable people. They wouldnt give me my records once I asked. I dont know how they manage to slip through the cracks, somebody must be getting paid at the state house.Unbelievable.Go to a reputable doctor or treatment facility, or ask people in the program where they go.

I have been at AR for 14 years! If not for this program, i would not be here alive today. The quality of care and personal attention I have received there has greatly helped me and further my family life. The quality of care and personal and professional attention I get has given me the structure to get my life back and regain everything I lost and more. I could give no higher recommendation then to say, don’t hesitate to go to this place. There’s nowhere, anywhere better than AR!

It was good for me when I had no insurance but got very expensive. They work with you and help save you money on the meds. It’s not a bad place it was helpful and helped me. I just couldn’t afford it anymore despite their willingness to work with me I just couldn’t make it work. If you have a good attitude then it’s a good experience I grew to like the staff and Scott. They do a good job at med management and suboxone maintenance but they are not an IOP program. So therapy and groups are not a big focus. In my opinion AR is best suited for individuals who are stable on the medication and looking to maintain sobriety. If the program isn’t right for you then find one more suited for your needs. After I stopped coming Scott reached out to check on me and make sure I was okay. He is vested in his patients well being and does care.

Very Good Resource for those struggling with Addiction. Caring, Compassionate, Helpful staff who try their hardest to help those who truly want & need help living a life free from drugs & the hardships that addiction brings. They save lives on a daily basis by being here, and doing what they do. You cant put a price tag on that!

Rudest staff I have ever felt with. I’m not sure they even know what to do with patients. Very disappointing.

This is the management of Assisted Recovery. My name is Scot, I am the Director of this organization and reading reviews like these represents the individual who had given up on themselves. Our Doctors are all Psychiatists and addiction specialists. We unlike every doctor you have ever seen are available 7 days a week if ever needed. There was never a patient by this name as you would guess, but irregardless, we commit ourselves to each patient by caring about each individual. You cant pay someone enough to care about your well being. That separates us from everyone.. We hope if you need us you will call.

Please I beg anyone who is looking for quality healthcare and to be respected dont go in this office. The Director, Scott yells at patients, you get 2 seconds to speak to the doctor and they will kick you out on your bum, sick and all if Scott is having a bad day. If you cry he will tell you to get out and come back another time. They have even gone so far as to threaten to call DCYF on me. There are so many doctors out there...

Im Kyle and Ive been at assisted recovery for going on 3 months now. I just read a review that was above Scotts and all I can say or respond to that Poor review of Assisted Recovery is that this is a place of business and is also here to help people that have some sort of a foundation under them or to maybe help create one for you. Ive been an addict for 14 years and I can tell you going to this place has been a huge help because its all about Consistency. If you need rehab you need rehab but you cant go to a place like this fresh off the streets and expect it to change your whole life. Im not trying to judge at all its not my place but I will say that there are a lot of patients at this place and they cant exactly spend an hour at a time on each patient thats just not realistic considering the type of business this is. This is not my physicians office. I searched and searched and my girlfriend also searched and searched and finally she found assistedrecovery for me and it is been a weight lifted off of my shoulders ever sense. Anyone who has a complaint about this place should probably check their own problems at the door before they walk in because this place has done wonders for many many people and thats pretty obvious so I highly recommend Assisted Recovery.
