Customer care and service with a smile and professionalism to the max!Fast and streamlined and they could even see me in my car at a drive in garage to keep me away from other sick people. Cameron was confident, well educated and thoughtful and all nurses were great. Best thing was that I could go at the time that I was rather severely sick and my regular doctor could not get me in for a week.

I am appalled at the service or better said lack of service I received today! I was asked to wear a mask. I kindly told the lady that I would not like to wear one. I told her the reason why I choose not to put one on. She said look lady I dont care about your opinion and you dont have the right to say anything.I decided to put it on so that my son could be seen but they decided to still remove me from the premises because I used my freedom of speech in a kind way. Their may as well be called Communists r us urgent care of Craig Colorado. For all of you parents out there that care about being treated with dignity and your childrens health, dont ever go to this clinic. They dont care about you or your health. They only care about their policies. They also mistreated my friend when she visited.

Despite being doctors they think everything must be Covid and refuse to see you without submitting to an expensive, time wasting, and painful covid test.Dont go in there with asthma, they think its covid.

These people need to go back to school. They dont know how to read an x-ray.

Was visiting Steamboat to ski and my son was experiencing what appeared to be altitude sickness. Just to be safe, we brought him to Memorial Regional Health Rapid Care. Despite my son being otherwise healthy, not having any outward signs of a cold or flu, having clear lungs, and not having a temperature, they kept insisting on a flu test. After an hour of badgering, we finally relented on the flu test, which normally run about $10. Almost fell off my chair a month later when I got a bill for $186 for the flu test. Total ripoff. Dont let them do any unnecessary tests if you visit. They are just out to get your money.

I have been sick for over 2 weeks. I went into the Rapid Care and I was totally impressed. Considering the extremely busy flu season I was in and out in no time. Everyone that i spoke to was very friendly and professional. Dr Melton is awesome!!!! He gave prescriptions to get rid of my sinus infection. THANK YOU ALL!!!

I was disappointed in the service provided. It took us 3 hours in the clinic and the information provided was not helpful. The nurses were very kind and added positive to the environment.

I was very disappointed to know that I was at the rapid care clinic and waited for an hour straight and then once it was our turn a girl with an emergent problem she went to the clinic instead of the emergency room and we got skipped so she could be seen I could understand she had an emergency but she could’ve gone to the er the rapid care clinic will not see me again
