This clowns name discribes him perfectly! I was falsley accused by the Florence Police of a crime I didnt commit. I consulted with Mr. Dickman in detail, maintained my innocence, and informed him I would consider a plea agreement only if it didnt involve a jail sentence. If not I would only be willing to take the case to trial rather than plead guilty to a crime I didnt commit. I also informed him I would be more than willing to pay the additional fees to represent me at trial. He said he thought I had a good shot so I paid the retainer. After 3 months of handling the case and several court dates Mr. Dickman changed his position and said he only felt I had a 10 percent chance of winning at trial. During this time he sent me several unprofessional emails and phone calls where he screamed, used profanity, and attempted to pressure me into admitting guilt for a crime I didnt commit. I finally fired Mr. Dickman and hired an attorney from another county that got the case dismissed. This guy is worse than a used car salesman that bait and switches you after he takes your money. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration before you get had by Dickman!
