Im suffering with some serious neck and shoulder pain and booked a massage here to try to help. I was very specific when I got there to say that I was there to address the targeted areas. That didnt happen. I got a good massage as far as relaxing massages go, but thats not what I wanted. Could have been a communication issue or perhaps I booked the wrong service. I think Ill try the chiropractor side next time. Will update the review after that.

Very professional.Teresa gives a very great therapeutic massage. Shes very intune with the needs of the body. Shes very respectful in pressure applied for ultimate healing. Shes very focused without unnecessary conversation. I highly recommend this location and specifically Teresa.

Tried on several different attempts to book an appointment. The phone just rings and then tells you to leave a message. You’d think in the year of 2021 they’d have a LIVE RECEPTIONIST which is what EVERY other place of business has... guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Digna will work issues out of muscles you didnt even know you had. She is highly knowledgeable and wants to help you resolve pain issues for the long term rather than just helping you relax for an hour. Shes great!

Top notch. Laurie keeps me running. Her experience in sports massage is awesome. As a runner, I need deep tissue work occasionally. I recommend them to anyone.

Thanks to Dr. Pellington, I dont live with a bad back. He is patient and very kind, he really cares for his patients. I have NEVER waited past my appointment time for him. Ever. That is rare today. Cant say enough good. I recommend to anyone.

Ive been coming to Life Dance for over a year and I dont understand what the other reviewers are talking about. Laurie is intuitive, calm, and responsive to my needs from session to session. Ive even got my husband (at 67, he does a lot of strenuous work outside and needs help!) to start going every two weeks and looking forward to it.

Dr Pellington is a great chiropractor and Andrea is an awesome masseuse. Ive been coming here for years.

I just walked put from a prenatal massage and Laurie is AMAZING! I am going into my 7th month of my first pregnancy and my hips, tailbone, and lower back (mainly hips and tailbone) have been hurting incredibly bad. I felt instant relief and she explained those areas and made me so relaxed! I definitely recommend her and Lide Dance! I will be back ASAP!

Great experience with Dr. Pellington! I came in with severe lower back pain from a previous L4/L5 herniation. My pain level was 8-9 and with in two weeks chiro and neuromuscular therapy my pain dropped to a 1-2. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!

Usually a very good experience, but dont ask for Jill! Ive been here a few times and had her twice. The first time she just couldnt do a good job so I avoided her, but this past time my boyfriend and I made the appointment late so I had to have her. Well, heres the story.She made me stretch during the first ~20 minutes of the 30 minute massage appointment, rubbed (no applied techniques) her hands (no lotion) and arms on my back which, after a car accident, only made this area sore, hurt and red. When I repeatedly said how much it hurt or how she applied too much and too little pressure in areas, she insulted me and told me that it was my fault she wasnt able to do a good job, Well I just dont understand what you want me to do honey. Do you want to fix the problem or alliviate it?I was frustrated this entire appointment. Waiting for the actual appointment to start, she said it was over, and 20 minutes over. If chosen between fixing my soreness or allieviating it, my answer is anything that feels good!!!! Because thats what I came there for. I didnt know massage was this complicated, I only wanted a $35 massage on my lower back, which hasnt been a problem for other thearpists so why now.This appointment only hurt my back further and I feel like it will last throughout the week. Its as if I was at a cosmetology school being a test massage subject for newbies, without pay, including insults and rudeness. Horrible...and she was very rude afterwards explaining how all of this was my fault. I gave this review two stars because I recieved a full refund, and a cup of ice cold water to soothe my tears and insults as Jill rudely gave her last words on the matter directly into my ear. Also, other massage therapists arent the same as Jill so I cant discredit their hard work.Just avoid getting Jill, and as a last resort this place is okay.
