Unreliable and they dont care. If you are getting a COVID test for traveling, find a more reliable place. CVS will not give your results in 1 to 2 days as they say. Sure they will blame in high volume, but if you dont hire enough people for the job, dont say 1 to 2 days; be honest upfront.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made an appointment for 6:10 and they canceled it no call or email! I only found out when i drove to the location. Shame on yall!

I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctor has a great bedside manner. She listened to me and asked questions to make sure she understood what my concerns were. The only drawback is the pharmacists are not knowledgeable about the MISSION act or the VA formulary. She incorrectly said I had to pay a copay for the meds the doctor prescribed. In my case, (NOT EVERYONE) I get a 14-day supply of any of the meds the doctor prescribes at no cost.

DO NOT GO HERE! Customer service is awful, you cant ever talk to anyone, they keep you on hold for an hour and then hang up on you every time. They will then give you an email address so you can reach someone, which is invalid. In store, they just tell you that you have to deal with it and too bad! They refuse to even try to help you. All I have been trying to do is to get my own medical records from them but they will not give them to me!

You’d be better off going to urgent care or the hospital. I came in at 9:20am, it’s12pm and I’m still waiting. The “doctor” on duty doesn’t give any information to how long the wait will be. The kiosk is down inside the store and online so you can’t make an appointment. It’s ridiculous.

I sat and waited to be seen for almost 4 hours. Once I finally got into the office I was told my daughters insurance was not accepted & even if I chose to self pay I could not due to the insurance she has. Not one sign was posted stating that they did not accept it....Not one!! This was a huge inconvenience and a waste of my time. Now the staff was very polite & apologetic and she told me of other offices to try...but who wants to sit in one office almost 4 hours to leave there & go sit in another.

This is the slowest most unproductive place I have ever been in.The people here dont care obviously they are just clock riders.I will never come here or to ant other one and there for I will let as many people as I can know it would be easier to go to the emergency room. If this is service then I would recommend some other place just not theses places!

Buyer beware! I now have to have a new DOT physical done because their scans of my paperwork dont contain the entire page, and looks like they took a picture of it with a flip phone. It took an hour just to get invalid paperwork.

Literally had the worst experience. At this point just shut the whole store down. The lady at the minute clinic took 3 HOURS and we still didnt even see her. We just left. RIDICULOUS SERVICE! Dont waste your time. They dont even deserve one star

Hire people that actually care. This womans attitude is very unprofessional. Also her wig was very long and unkempt. There were small pieces of trash tangled throughout. I really dont know what to say. If I could ask for a refund I would. Left there with nothing but regrets, not one ounce of sound medical advice. Still feverish. Still vomiting. Still aching. $200 dollars later. There are no doctors on site either so if you need real medication youll have to go somewhere else.

Based on the reviews, I was hesitant in going. However, my PCP, Pharmacist, and husband recommended that I go. I am glad I did. I gather the wait times can be long if there is only one doctor staffed. Also, if there are a lot of patients. I arrived 30 minutes before the clinic opened and there were three people ahead of me. My wait time ended up being 40 minutes. There were two doctors on staff as well. It is definitely better than going to the ER. Best practice, follow up with your PCP afterwards. You would if you went to the ER.

Horrific services! Waited for hours only to have others bumped ahead x3 at least. Received alerts and still didn’t get called in room. They need to expand these clinics and get help for these providers. It’s ridiculous to have people set up appointments, wait all hours, and one person is expected to see everyone? They should have a cap on how many can register to be seen per day so you are not having to tell patients they can’t be seen after sitting all day. That way the provider can go take her lunch and know she’s not screwing over people that could have gone elsewhere from the start! I know now these clinics are a mess with how it’s set up.

Do NOT go here. Two times my fiance has gone over the past two years and she was misdiagnosed both times. First she was diagnosed with the flu, found out a couple days later from a real doctor that it was walking pneumonia. She couldve died, thanks doc. This time they told her she had bronchitis and prescribed her an inhaler and cough suppressant. Ofcourse a week later its worse so she goes to her doctor. Sinus infection. She needed antibiotics. Dont go here. Dont trust them.

Got there with a 54 minute wait time on the kiosk. There was a hour an a half left before they closed. The NP interrupted the sign in process and told us we could not be seen and then lied about company policy to rationalize its actions. The lame CVS management even backed her up. I pulled up there policy online to help educate them on there on policy and was threatened with the police. Good job CVS

Awful customer service. I most likely have the flu and I literally waited 5 hours for my appointment and, when I got a text from them telling me to get there in less than 30 minutes, I did just that. I arrived there in time and was told that I wouldnt be seen. How does this make sense? Also, I never received any registration code. Its a very flawed system and I did everything I was instructed to do in terms of registration.

They close at 4:15 on Sundays not 4 :30, I got the at 4:20 and they refused to see my son. So irritating.
