The Covington Georgia office is the most unprofessional people I have ever met. They lie lie and lie and I wouldnt let them take care of mdogs. They held my case up for 8 months and kept lieing about my ca. I hope you lose all of your cases that you have for us Veterans. May you fold because you i served our country and needed your help and you let me down, and got better treatment from other countries than. You didnt give me. Do not let this agency have your case. Thats all I can say. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT. They are a mess.

The only way this place could improve is to close down. His hatful, rude, unprofessional, and deceitful staff is going to be the ruination of his business.They refuse to let anyone speak with him. It is constantly, I will have him call you to no avail. I would never recommend this incompetent agency. Buyer beware!

Said billed weekly, no bill arrived until month end with a less than nice customer service of you want me to pay weekly ok, send me itemized bill weekly. Was to have someone ok with companion animals today one showed up late and wouldnt come in due to my dogs. Does the schedule not read the clients profile. Always sent new person never same except 2x had to teach new person 3x week. 1 person thought it was ok to just read book had to ask them the first week not to send her back. Not meet expectations.

The home care professionals that come out are perfectly fine. No complaints there! I do,however, think there is a problem with the scheduling process. In January I called to cancel an order for 7 days of care while my husband and I were to be in Iceland because our trip got cancelled due to my father in law’s illness and hospitalization. I was told they didn’t have anything on the books for me. That was startling, but was the first time for anything like this. Now this week I requested 3 days of home care for Friday-Sunday. On Thursday night I called to confirm and was told they had Friday and Saturday covered and would continue trying for Sunday coverage through the weekend. That was not acceptable! I can’t leave loose ends like that with a housebound, limited mobility person and was surprised at that suggestion.We cancelled our trip.

Joneese and Virginia are wonderful and some of the best caregivers I have ever used from this company, this company has come through in a pinch for me and are always dependable. I will always use them to help me with my mother.

Years ago my fathers failing health became too much for my mother alone. My parents called Right at Home and Brandy Eldred was sent. She became a member of our family. She was there eventually almost everyday almost every waking hour. They loved her like a daughter. My father has passed and Brandy is now helping my Mom through a difficult time. I know that if Brandy is there that my mother is getting the best of care and something just as precious, love.I have never called Right at Home. I have never paid a bill or scheduled an appointment. I dont know Brandys supervisors name. My parents and insurance handle that. I only know Brandy. If Right at Home has others like Brandy Eldred working for them then they are blessed too.Sincerely,Michael Owens

Right at Home allowed my parents to be right at home for nearly 76 years. They did not fancy moving away from their wonderful Newton County neighborhood and the beautiful part of Georgia which was near where they both were raised. Sadly, my dad passed away and my mother was without 24 hour care. We called Right at Home and they immediately started the process of covering the time when family couldnt be with her. We were so apprehensive but our worries soon turned to gratitude as EVERY person who took care of Mom treated her with dignity, sympathy, and professional skill.I wish I could name and thank each person who helped us, night and day, as they will forever be remembered in our prayers. Enormous gratitude to all who took my frantic phone calls at all hours and days and came through punctually with just the person we needed. It truly takes a village and Right at Home was the perfect group for us.

We are very pleased with the services that Right at Home provides to seniors in our community. Highly Recommended.

The staff name Shikira has such a nasty attitude and very unprofessional. There is never a reason to be rude to people cause you never know what people are going through. People like her do not need to be involved with the client or family. No contact at all whether its via phone or in person. Its unfortunate that I have nothing good to say about any of the staff members ( Articka, Brittany or Shikira). Will not recommend this company to my worse enemy. They get mad because they didnt send nobody out and didnt call to let you know that they did not have no anyone scheduled cause they dont have the staff to cover the clients they are suppose to be serving.

I am pleased to say that I have recently utilized the home care services provided by Right at Home, of Covington, Ga. To provide Home care services for my mother. I consider myself fortunate to have selected an organization that goes by its Motto We Make It simple. After contacting the main office in Covington there was an immediate response to my request for information regarding services that were available. In fact, within hours I had a represenative at my home reviewing the specific needs of our family and assisting me in developing a care plan that was specifically designed to the needs of our Mother.The staff at Right At Home have provided quality certified nursing assistants who are courteous and sensitive to the needs of the entire family. They are prompt and arrive on time and perform all of the required duties in a professional manner.This organization is easy to access, easy to talk to and truly sensitive to the needs of those who are not quite sure exactly what needs to be done to provide care for their loved ones.I would highly recommed this organization Right At Home Covington Ga. when considering a care provider.
