Your pharmacy is a joke. Got out of the ER yesterday, sent my meds to you and you still couldnt fill the order let alone in a timely manor. Maybe I should come in and cough all over tell you start treating people right. The lady behind the counter was rude as well

One of the reasons I come to this location before work is because of the staff. Teri has such great associates that always greet me by name and are more than helpful. Thank you, Teri and staff!! Keep up the good work!!

Nice pharmacy but store associates are RUDE and do not help at all! They wont help with finding products they treat you like your a thief. I have been appalled with their rudeness and lack of help and even knowing where products are in the store. Fire all these employees! I dont know what is up with this store, Kent (made me go to the bathroom outside in a porta potty) and their items came up incorrectly on register and Federal Way (the worst store and pharmacy staff of all) but they are not hiring good people.

Their phones have been offline for at least 2 weeks, good luck to anyone trying to contact the pharmacy.

The review from C Pierce couldnt be more wrong. Sharon at this location does a very fine job. She rang up my order quickly and got me signed up for the rite-aid rewards program in the same transaction.

This location is a mess. Especially the pharmacy. They have made numerous mistakes filling my prescriptions and with billing my insurance incorrect amounts. They twice shorted my daughters prescription by over a dozen pills. Thats just plain negligence.The pharmacy techs also need to take a lesson or two on customer service as they are some of the least friendly people Ive ever encountered.Also wanted to address Jon Snow who left a review below. Jon- your ignorance is showing. Stating someones review is wrong just because you feel you had a different experience really invalidates your review to begin with. Also wanted to point out that one of the employees that she discussed in her review has since been let go due to the very same type of complaints written about in that review. So Im guessing her review was pretty accurate after all. Other peoples opinions do not have to mirror yours to be accurate.I also love how after that review was made, a bunch of fake reviews popped up stating how wonderful these 2 employees are. Not too obvious. Lol

Extremely slow on getting medication. Called yesterday said would be ready. Stood in line next day 15 minutes to tell they were out! I would understand one time however when I call and say ready today I go the next day and still not filled. I mean really? So I have to wait a 3rd day. Not acceptable taking business elsewhere. Happens Every time not just once or twice given them way to many times. No more

My parents have used this Rite aid store for years. It has served them very well. If the PHARMACY FAX NUMBER was shown on the Website, it would be super helpful when their physicians need to fax an Rx. Thanks.

The retail side is fine, but the actual pharmacy is a HUGE PROBLEM ! DO NOT get your Rx filled here. They continually shorted my Rxs and billed my insurance full price ....

Good place to get your drugs and your cigarettes and your beer/wine/booze and that weird garden gnome that came in the seasonal department.

Tankard rite aid but not cool when the pharm has 9am open time, yet 4 people waiting for help and its 9:10. That and you can see two pharmacists mulling around behind screen. Perhaps hours should be changed to when we feel like it

There pharmacy is terrible! My family and I have used them for over 10 years and they keep going down hill. Nothing is ever ready on time, they tell you they have what your doctor ordered in stock but when you go to pick it up they cant explain why the computer says they had it but its not on their shelves.

Great location with easy access and plenty of parking. Very tidy store with helpful staff and great inventory.

I sent a prescription Saturday morning and when I went Monday afternoon I was told that I had to wait an hour for the medication. Thats what I call bad customer service.

Awful location. Extremely rude employees. We were going to purchase several Cover Girl lipsticks. Signs said that Cover Girl Cosmetics were on sale Buy One Get One 50% off. Sign also said it included all Nails and Face cosmetics. Lipstick rang up full price so I told her sign said all Face Cover Girl products are supposed to be on sale. She said that doesnt include lips. I stated that lips are indeed on the face. She replies with no, they are separate. She calls manager Sharon over who was equally rude who also told me that they dont consider lips part of the face collection....sigh.. ok lady....Im not going to argue whether or not the lips are part of the face, especially since Wal-Mart is across the street and they sell the lipsticks cheaper anyway. But what I WILL do is transfer all 12 of my families prescriptions totaling $2,580 a month to Walgreens! Good job on saving a few bucks on the lipstick sales, look how much it cost you in the end. Oh, and let go of Sharon and Roni. They have no business dealing with the public.

The people that work there are very helpful when I needed help in finding what I was looking for.

I really enjoy this particular Rite aide they have very good customer service
