Dr.Abbasi is absolutely wonderful,been going now for a few years,always shows care and concern for me as a patient. Very understanding, always listens to issues thats going on when I go to see him very thorough,the nurses too. love his bedside manners

Hey everyone, hope all is well with you all. I am a man with a lot of health problem and hurt all the time. I just had chang insurance and they did away with my PCP. So I was looking for a new one so I could have my meds transfered over to my new mail-in pharmacy because they were ready to mail. Thats when I found Dr. Abbasi in my insurance book. I would like to take a minute to share my experience with Dr. Abbasi. It was my very first visit at the clinic. Dr. Abbasi was very unprofessional and very rude. He didnt give me the time to go over my health problems nor my meds. I was having a heard time understanding him as he began cursing and raising his voice, I know all the other patience had to have heard him. Very unprofessional. He also refused to transfer my meds over to the mail-in pharmacy and refused to give me a referral for Hearing Associates so I could get my hearing aids made as well as refusing to give me a referral to a pain clinic for my pain. Instead, he suggested that I go to his friend for pain. I thought to myself, If your friend is anything like you, Ill pass. I believe the man maybe writing himself prescriptions. If not, maybe he needs to start, or go see a psychiatrist. I pray and hope all that see him as well as new patience dont have to experience what I head to experience. And I ask that anyone that believe in God, please pray for Dr. Abbasi. Thank you and may God Bless. (Reply to Doctors latest reply) To who it my concern: the Doctors office need to quit try to cover the Doctors mistake, I had never ask the doctor for any such meds to be written, I simply ask for a referral to go to a pain clinic for pain management. And such post should be removed. That just show how unprofessional they are. Must be looking for a lawsuit for posting untruthful info. If not removed. Ill take a lie detector test any day for my posting. God knows that Im telling the truth.

I had the best experience ever! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit and it was awesome. I saw first the nurse, Morgan. She was so helpful and answering any questions that I had. Also, she was very friendly. Then I saw Amanda Butler, RN. Who also was very helpful. Checking me thoroughly. Very good bed side manners. Seemed generally concerned with my health. Did blood work and referred me to a doctor that could do more test on me. Then Morgan took the time to find the doctor that took my insurance. I would refer everyone to alliance family care. Because I believe that they really do care.

I will never go back to this office again. l recommend that anyone that is looking for a Doctor/PCM DO NOT, l repeat DO NOT, go there for any health issues you may have. Find you a provider that actually cares. I had a CT scan from a referral from them over two weeks ago, and I waited a whole week and nobody called about my results and didn’t give me a follow up appointment. I called the office numerous times, each time l was told a nurse would give me a call back and over a week later, a nurse still didn’t call. I had to literally go to the office and beg for assistance and ask for my results. It’s really a shame and very UNPROFESSIONAL when speaking with the staff. I explained my fustration and the staff act as if they don’t want to do their job, they don’t care, and it’s my fault that they don’t know what their job is. This medical facility is a disgrace to the medical field and customer care. This is only one situation out of many that has lead to this review. Be professional, do better!!

Please leave a better contact number. We havent been able to contact this physician for weeks now! The number says All circuits are busy, please try back later.

THEY DO NOT CARE !!!! do not go here ... you will not get your prescription sent to your pharmacy until the next week and thats if your lucky the office staff act like they could care less to help you ... when you try to call all you get is voicemail ... and dont ask for the manager she is the worst one ......STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Hes been my primary Dr. For 8 yrs . He has some of the best people working in the office. Jessica is one who is so sweet and its like she knows all info about you and you are checked in before you walk up to her.The phlebotomist there is excellent. And all nurses in the back are very caring. The only issue I have is if I have an early spot with him Im in there for HOURS.

I would for sure recommend Dr.Abbasi to anyone!! He always hears you out and give you the best treatment possible.

Ive visited this office before and have never had a bad experience until now. I scheduled a much needed appointment a few weeks in advance. They said they had an opening for Friday at 4:30. They emailed me twice and called me once to confirm the appointment, so I thought everything was all set. I get a call from their office on the day of my appointment and they tell me that since its been so long since Ive been in for an appointment, Im considered a new patient and they dont have an opening for a new patient at 4:30 so I would need to reschedule. They confirmed with me THREE TIMES in the weeks prior that the appointment was good to go, but call me the DAY OF the appointment to say I need to reschedule? This should have been addressed WEEKS ago, not the day of the appointment. I understand mistakes happen; I dont feel that Im an unreasonable person. But this was highly inconvenient and frankly Im not rescheduling with this office. On a positive note, the lady I spoke to on the phone was professional and never rude, so an extra star for that.

Im new to the area and I was actually excited about finding a new doctor with the hospitality that Im use to. I called in a great mood to communicate Im looking for a new doctor and the first question they asked me in a very stern voice was (WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU HAVE). No personality, no greetings, no welcome... NOTHING!!.. After that Im placed on hold and they never came back.. Wasnt the best experience. Im up to trying anything twice so Ill still check them out and update if anything changes.

Best experience Ive ever had! Been a patient for almost a year, and after each visit I feel absolutely lucky to have found this place. Dr. Abbassi takes the time to listen, educate, and show that he really cares. Jade, his physicians assistant, is always a joy to talk to. Alvia at the front desk seems great too. Love it here and plan to be a patient for many years to come!

Actually my name is Tammy Farmer. I wrote a review a while back and it wouldn’t let me write a new one. I feel that I need to. On Wednesday the 15th, I was having serious issues with pain around my chest and back. My blood pressure was high and I had a headache. I know, you may be saying why didn’t you just go to the hospital. The reason I didn’t is because I didn’t want to go alone. I thought I would go in and see Dr. Butler and she would make sure I was alright. When I called they told me she wasn’t in. So I made an appointment for Friday the 17th. Because that is who I wanted to see. A few hours my blood pressure went up and now I am having a panic attack. I called the office back and I was in tears. Telling the receptionist what was going on. She informed me that I could come as a walk in and have my blood pressure checked. So this is what I did. When I walked in the office it was full of patients. At this point I am wondering, why isn’t Dr. Butler here. I explained to the receptionist what was going on and what the other lady had said for me to do. She said who told you that. She should have told you to go to the hospital. I explained I just wanted to have my blood pressure checked to make sure the one I had at home was correct. She told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. I sat there for almost an hour. My anxiety level was to the max. I know I was a walk in and they were busy. But then again I thought were is Dr. Butler. She should have been there. I finally decided to leave and if I didn’t get any better then I would go to the hospital. To be honest by the time I was sitting there. I could have been to the hospital and already home. I told the receptionist that I was leaving. I would see Dr. Butler Friday. She just said ok and wasn’t or didn’t seem concerned on how I was feeling. I did go see her today and she did run some test on me. She is absolutely the best doctor I have seen. Believe me when I say, I have seen my shares of doctors. It took me awhile to find Dr. Butler, but I would not go see anyone else. She is the most kindest and caring doctor I have ever seen. When Tiffany drew my blood, she said your going to feel a pinch. I didn’t know when she drew my blood. Or when she was done. She was awesome! If it wasn’t for Dr. Butler being in the office. I would not be going there. I finally found my doctor. Someone who cares and I know she will take care of me. Dr. Butler and Tiffany, you guys are the best!I really hope that someone reads this that is in charge. Again my name is Tammy Farmer..

He is a wonderful Dr. with good bedside manner. He listenes to you and is very helpful. My family has been using him for many years and will continue to for many more.

After a few years working with Dr Abbasi I can not praise him enough. he is a wonderful doctor and the office staff is friendly. He really cares about not only your physical health but he will take time with you to actually talk about your feelings and HE LISTENS to your concerns about medicines , new treatments and so forth.. he makes sure your questions are answered and he educates you in how to maintain a better way of life through good health(he just doesnt put you on meds and walk out to try to see if a new medication will help) he works with you to reach health goals and maintain them long term. I am so happy that I have found a doctor who cares more about my health more than moving people through an office like an assembly line.

Very good doctors Who listens to their patients the assistant physician is very knowledgeable and she also listens to her patience and considers how they are feeling she gives that Personal Touch that is needed when dealing with people so happy that she is now working in this office dr. Maritza is a great doctor shes one of the few that really cares about her patients well-being.

I have been a patient of Dr. Abbasi for 15 years, and I will continue to go to him until the end of time. He is very caring and understanding. He has been very thourough and forthright during my examinatio and treatment process. I trust him with my healthbecause I know that he has by best interest.Let me tell if you dont already know, never stay with a doctor that doesnt have your best interest. This is your health and your life. Dont put it any Doctors hand that you dont think that has your best interest, or just seems coldtoward you. Just to note he has great P.A.SSometimes there may be a little wait, but its worth it. In conclusion, Best doctor ever
