I have been an Affordable Denture client for over twenty years and remember before the pandemic how Covington Affordable Dentures worked tirelessly to provide high quality dentistry and dentures for many years. These dental healthcare professionals some of whom have been at this same location and have always handled me with care. This particular location has been serving the whole state of Georgia and surrounding state single-handedly until recently and I wanted to give them their due props.I really appreciate these dedicated people and hope they get this message.

I highly recommend Affordable Dentures. The quality of their work is great and is definitely value added.The only negative is they do not take insurance. They will give me the documents for me to submit to my insurance and I have to pay them up front.

That Dentists and his assistant was awesome this was the best two treatment I have ever received going to the dentist it was a great experience even though I was having 4 Teeth pulled thanks for the great experience

My Dad has had his dentures for a few months and his teeth are noticeably too big ,They hurt his mouth and now yall say he has to wait til April to get new ones. My Dad has Parkinsons so he has enough trouble and it pains me to see his teeth messed up so bad. I truly hope this gets fixed sooner than April. He hates to complain but it makes me so frustrated. I would love something done. Asap

I need dental work presurgery. I made the appt in advance, visited my primary care physician and cardiologist to get approved for the extractions. I stopped any medications which could affect the procedure. The clearance form listed surgeon and because it was not on their form, the Doctor refused care. I tried many times to contact their office; they do not answer the phone or return calls. Im out time, money, and major surgery will have to be postponed. Very unprofessional.

Great dentist and staff however the FREE X RAY not so much they charge 100.00 even though there pamphlet says no charge for consult and xray really need to be a little more clear on this. AS WELL as there definition of How long it all really takes to get to the permanent denture the tech explained it and it made sense. I really dont think paying in advance for something that takes a year is the best but time will tell.

Its been a process but the results have been great. My smile had gone from my worst feature to my best!

I loved the spacing, temp.(oral), the wait time was good to see someone. Dr. Inge and his Assistant were very professional. Finally I was very please with my results. I needed a lower dental plate. My appointment was at 9:00 am..By 2: pm I had my dentures. I am very pleased with the quality of service I received. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I got more excuses for them not being able to make teeth to fit me. Crazy excuses that included:I dont know how dentures workI didnt really want dentures, did I?I have a small mouthI will not go back or recommend the Covington location.

Interesting how the majority of the glowing 5 star reviewers have only written one review ever. IMO the majority of those reviews are fake. I’ll give credit where credit is due. The good - techs and dentists here know what they’re doing because the services offered are limited and that’s all they do. The really bad - if you’re looking for a place that offers actual appointments don’t ever go here! Even before covid the average wait time for anything was 4-8 hours. All “appointments” are scheduled at the same time for all patients and you must wait a lonnnnnng time to be seen. Plan now to take an entire day off from work. Doesn’t matter if you’re there for a consult, extraction, impressions, implant, fitting, adjustment, reline, etc you will sit there for HOURS. Having been the caregiver for a patient I can say without a doubt this practice can’t get more UNprofessional when it comes to scheduling. The price is what draws patients in, but if you count the money lost from YOUR pocket due to entire work days missed for so called appointments you’ll wish you’d gone elsewhere. Save up your sick leave or plan on a week without pay. Last but not least - emergency care for sores/infection. There is none. Good luck getting an appointment in under a week so you can get in line for a day if you start bleeding or have other issues which interfere with your daily life. The concept behind Affordable Dentures is good but this practice ruins it.

Appointment times are stacked spent over 3 hours waiting. Product is ok but customers and schedules dont seem to matter.

Took a while to get in with COVID protocols in place but they messed up first set of wax teeth and I had to come back for try in. The upper dentures fit fine but after a week I had to go back and get my lower dentures adjusted. No arguments on problems— they worked with me and fixed the dentures and now they seem to fit fine and are comfortable to wear. Overall a good job and I would recommend them be aware that their policy is let them know of any problems with your dentures within 100 days

Dr Inge and Dr Harvey are the absolute best dentists I have ever had, hands down. The bedside manner, their honesty, professionalism and overall passion for their craft is amazing. They both really take the time to explain and make you feel comfortable without making you feel like you are just a number, or a burden. I am grateful that I found this office. I have had nothing but one issue after another all my life and I finally said enough. The spiraling cost of dental work is astounding and being on a fixed income, can’t afford additional insurance plus pay the balance. Affordable Dentures people are professional, caring, and just do an outstanding job all around. The prices are very reasonable and below competitive. I am very pleased with the care and attention to detail as I transition to being a denture wearer. Life without dental pain is amazing. Will follow up when I receive my final set. My partial denture broke in half. My brother set an 8:20am appt for me to have an exact replacement made by AFFORDABLE DENTURES. My brother picked me up at 6:45am. We arrived at the Conyers office at 7:45am. After8:30 when clipboard action began, at least one male stepped ahead of Me in line (meaning he signed up first and was called ahead of and finished ahead of Me).The clipboard lady was fine. Mandy was fine ~ she even squeezed me in sooner for the return appt to pick up my new partial. Dr. Inge was fine.By ten:30am when they called me in for my 8:20am appointment, I was certainly full of anticipation. A panorama xray was done which proved I have zero abcesse, zero infections.However, Dr. Moulie was insulting ~ said the partial Ive had for ten years was MALPRACTIVE!! Moulie said they canNOT let me pay cash for a denture until I allow them to extract two teeth.ABSOLUTELY not! I asked several different times, several different ways to buy a partial dental appliance. Moulie continuously refused my request unless I submitted to her one-opinion operation.My brother had invested six hours of his Friday to invest his $600. to bless Me with this urgently needed medical help.I am ABSOLUTELY not pleased!!

The entire staff is top notch. Always a smiling face and knowledgeable answers to my questions. Dr Inge has been very professional and friendly from the start of my toothless journey to my implants. All problems I have had were handled swiftly and professionally, including making sure I understood what was happening with each step.Fast forward a couple years to September 2020...Recently a very good friend of mine used AD through a local grant. It was about six months ago and she is still praising Dr Inge and staff at how ALL staff made her feel like she was in safe hands with them. I went myself yesterday for a minor repair and again received the same quality of care. From the lady using COVID-19 guidelines to check me in to the tech and nurses to checkout all were top notch professionalism and genuine caring for the patient. Again, thank you for your service to our community.

I am updating my review. If I could give 0 stars I would. The first time I was there they made my appointment for 9am. They did not call me back until 11:30.I was willing to give them the benefit one time.But when I came back, they said to come between 10&11. I showed up at 9:30 HOPING they learned how to tell time and maybe would get me in half way on time.NO JOY!!!1:00 comes around and they finally called me in.And they werent aligned right.So now my appt is between 10&11 again. I will be there at 9. If they manage to get me in by 11 and IF my dentures are correct this time, I will change my review.

My only complaint is the wait time. It took unbelievably long to get my relative fitted for dentures. I understand that COVID protocols have to be met but it would be better to schedule appropriately. We drove an hour to get to a 8:40 AM appt. We were not called in until 11:00. Then we had to wait another hour to leave. Overall, the staff is friendly, office is clean, and prices are reasonable. Please work harder on scheduling the appointments while keeping patients time as a priority. There are elderly patients getting dropped off for an appointment. Many elderly were waiting outdoors in the heat and alone.

I recently purchased a temporary upper denture a week ago. They fit perfectly I am well pleased.I will purchase the lower ones next week. Thanks for your excellent service.1000/0 satisfied.

Fast ,friendly service

You try and call for an appointment. Wont take phones off answering service until noon. Utterly ridiculous. Closed all last for holiday. No problem. But your patients should come first upon returning.

Purchased the package for the lower denture. The would not pull 2 bottom teeth and sent me to a oral surgeon who charged $650 to extract taking less than 2 minutes. That was a Wednesday and I had the teeth from AD and put them in. I tried until Friday wearing but they were rubbing my gums raw and AD are closed on the weekends. I called this Monday, good thing I did not just go in, and they will be closed all week with no notice. Called the 800 number and they say call another office but they would charge me to attempt adjustments. What good is a premium package if they are closed and you still have to pay again for adjustments? Guess I will eat lightly and wait a week. If you want to save money and no hassle, go to a regular dentist that is close by. Havent heard of them just closing down when they feel like it. The spit bowl beside the chair was dirty and corroded too. I guess from so many extractions. It should be replaced. Cant say the practice is cleanly.

Horrible place. Dirty, nasty building. My dentures never got and although I got a 5 or 7 year warranty, they sat in my cupboard ever since. They have disgusted me from ever wanting to get dentures again. I went there day after day and waited ALL day each time for one little thing they had to do. It is ridiculous.

Personnel are pleasant and professional. The only suggestion I have is that they should give you more details on what to expect before you arrive for your appointment. Example-if you will staying for any extended time so you can prepare ahead of time.

The staff was nice but Im irritated at the fact I waited 5 hours and 45 min to do x-rays to be told Im sorry we cant help you. They should really do x-rays soon as u get there and let you know if they can do the work you are there for. I wasted an entire day when I could have gone to work.

Had an 8:20 appointment and was seen promptly. The service was great. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars, the chairs in the examination rooms needs proper cleaning from the many users shoe scuffs. The floors needs to be clinically cleaned daily and hand sanitizer should be placed in the waiting room. The blinds and windows, in the examination room, needs to be properly dusted. I think with the price charged for each service this is more than doable.Frances Fletcher.

Good/service & speed, dentures, you get what you pay for! It works and does the job but you want to make sure everything is well, look and functionality otherwise go back and ask for adjustment, it should be free. I’m thinking of going back for non perfect functionality of my partial when I eat

I went in to get some gold teeth in my mouth on my dentures. And the lady told me to come back at 2 that afternoon to pick him up. An hour later I was called and told me it would a week before I could come get my dentures or come pick them up then the following week.

I went to Affordable Dentures in Covington Ga and the people were really nice to me. The wait time was normal but not too long considering everything was same day. I had a full bottom plate made, and when I returned a few hours later to be fitted, I couldnt believe they fit perfectly in place with no extra adjustments and no pain to my mouth. When I tell you they are good, they are the best team of workers Ive ever dealt with my teeth.

They needed to upgrade their treatment chairs. They did a good job on my implant 2 years ago. I came back for another 2 teeth implant this time , I was a little confused because this time I want the dentist who is the owner of this practice do it for me ( I’m thinking he is more experienced than the one who did my implant last time since he has been practicing for longer time than the other Dr )and the 2 teeth I’m about to do the implant is more complicated and I.just wonder what if the Dr who performed my implant last time have moved to another state or no longer practicing, so I have to travel to his new office or go somewhere else ! But he refused to do it for me and advised me to go back to the same Dr who performed my last implant. As a patient, I think I have the rights to choose and request for the Dr who I like to perform my implant right since I’m going to pay for it $5000 or more. And absolutely Not free. Thanks. And the staffs at the front desk are very nice and they are doing what they supposed to do with their job.

I could not have had a better experience than my last visit at Affordable Dentures and Implants. Everyone was so professional and courteous. To name a few: 1). They allowed me to call a friend and have her send me via fax the 10% discount coupon since I left mine on the printer at my home. 2). They made my assistance with a walking cane (hip problems) helpful by lowering the chair and raising it during the up and down process. 3). The doctor (Dr. Harvey) made care and concern personal by asking me where I was from and learning that he knew my small hometown (Cordele, GA) and learned that his college roommate was also from Cordele. 4). I was called in shortly after arriving and released after the repair was done and told what time to come back for the final fitting and adjustment. This gave me an opportunity to get lunch and do a little shopping rather than sit around in the lobby for 2 -1/2 hours. Thank you!

Over charged...gums a ragged mess.temporary dentures are like putting a bunch of needles in your mouth I could go on about the experience but will let a lawyer handle the problem...if u go there take pictures of signs in rooms.....quote one price charged another

I went to A.D.&I. Back in December, this was the first time in about 10 years I think. I wanted to get my upper plate reclined. They told me that they were to old so I had to get a new upper plate. I then asked if they could go a head and fit me with the bottom part. I had some teeth that had been removed. They did. Went I came back to get them they didn’t fit so they had to try todo them again. They remade my teeth over about three times. I have been going back and forward to them over 12 times. I just went back this last Friday and when I though that you hey had gotten it right I letter. I put some free dentIn my mouth and the bottom come out . I turned around and went back again. I gas to sit and wait again. I over heard so many people talking about the service and lack of that they had be getting. Some of them had been asking for refunds. I had asked for one the 3th time I had came back and was told that they don’t give refunds. The some of the staff are not nice. I have listened to them talk about patients and laughing about them. Some of the ladies at the desk are nasty. I will be going back on the 10 again to see if they can get it right. If not I will be getting in touch with my attorney.

I have used Affordable Dentures for over 7 years. Dr Inge is a good Dr and really tries to assist you with whatever the problem. I really appreciate him and his staff. Ill continue to work with them in the future and do recommend them to family and friends.

I paid $1100 for upper and lower partials that broke in 2 weeks. When I went back to get them repaired the dental assistant informed me that they would continue to break because I didn’t have enough space between my upper jawline and bottom teeth. However knowing that they still took my money, and sold me partials that they knew wouldn’t last. I don’t understand how a knowledgeable dentist and staff would not offer me advice instead of taking my hard earned money to fit me with partials that are broken now and I will have to continue to pay to get them fixed. I had to miss work 2 days when they could have just been straight up after they’d taken the impression they knew I wasn’t a good candidate for partials yet still took my money

I had 10 teeth removed yesterday from here. The staff was very friendly and tried to keep me calm through the process. My appointment was at 8:40 and they took me back around 9am to get the molds made. They made me aware that they were short staffed and they would call me back around 10am when they were ready to do the extractions. Around 10:45 I went back and they removed the teeth. The procedures went as expected. Afterwards they asked me to come back between 2 and 3 to pick up my partial dentures.My only complaint would be that I showed back up at 2pm, but was not called until 5pm. They said they were waiting on them to come out of the lab and there was nothing they could do. Having 10 teeth pulled and sitting there for over 3 hours was very uncomfortable.However, once I got to the back the dentist did everything she could to make sure I was happy with my dentures. And I was very pleased with them. My teeth looked horrible prior to this, and my new partials make me happier and comfortable smiling and showing my teeth.I went to a dentist prior to coming here and was given a quote double(out of pocket) what I paid here. Overall it is an all day process- but you get them same day and it is saving you so much money.

My experience havent been the best I have been back three times and I still bit my gum when I eat and cant talk very well with them going back one more time may have to get a refund dont know yet the service is good just the denture thanks

The Front desk staff here could be more polite but all in all the assistant and dentist who helped me were good although it seemed like the assistant knew more than the dentist. She made me feel at ease and I didnt sense I was being judged and it seemed as though she cared. Maybe she should switch positions with the dentist I saw. I havent had the dentures made yet so I cannot comment on that. But overall a good experience.

I had an appointment to have my Dentures adjusted on 6/3/20. Because of covid 19 we had to stay outside and be called on the cell phone when my turn was up. I arrived at 10:45 to register for my 11:00 appointment. I got frustrated and left at 3:30pm. I was never called.

I went for the free consultation and the doctor was very receptive and understanding of my questions and answered them to my satisfaction I was very pleased with the visit and Im looking forward to doing my dental work there also the the dental assistant was very kind and knowledgeable about the procedures

I had a tooth extracted last Friday and they sent me home with no antibiotics its been almost a week and I have an infection. Ive been trying to get ahold of someone since Wednesday and I get no response so I finally went up there this morning and they refused to see me! Very aggervated at this point I will not be coming here again. This has never happened to me before in the past after a tooth removal! Beware

This time it was great. Last time sucked. Receptionist was rude and insensitive. I would go as far as saying she was intentionally mean to me. My wife and I had 845am and 900am appointments. I got here at 850am. I told her that we had spent all night in the hospital and my wife was not going to make her appointment so I needed to cancel it. She proceeded to tell me that my wifes appointment was at 900am and she had cancelled it. Then she told me that my appointment was at 845am and I was late and that it might take a couple of hours to work me in. Needless to say, I got madder than hell and walked out. WHY??????? WTF?????????????????????

This place is HORRIBLE. I mean HOORRIIBBLLEE. The sign in sheet is just cosmetic. Appointments arent honored and my wait time exceeded 5 hours. No communication from the desk on how long and to make matters worst ... you go through the same routine at 2 PM if you wasnt finished that morning. Ill go elsewhere from now on.

My Experience was Excellent on 06/20/2014 in Cartersville, Ga. I was seen at my scheduled time, the office had my previous records from 2011. Everyone was friendly. They now have two Doctors in the office and the one I saw was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She allowed me to ask any question and provided all the answers. I was not rushed, or pressured at all and the Doctor gave me a complete examination. I received my dentures and was informed that I had six (6) free adjustments with my package if needed. I travel a lot Preaching in the Ministry, and sometimes I misplaced my Dentures, this is my third set from Affordable Dentures and as you can see I feel very comfortable going back anytime.
