I went to Hairmasters not too long ago and asked the Juana for a blunt cut on my ends and curtain bangs. I thought it was a simple request, but she laughed at me, saying she had never done it before. She proceeded to ask her coworker for advice, going back and forth on the style, practically yelling across the salon with other customers inside. It was unnecessary.I finally told her to just give me a blunt cut, evening out my ends with no layers. She did it, then attempted to give me curtain bangs without a clue to what she was doing, which resulted in uneven bangs that she kept saying looked fine.She shouldnt have attempted anything if she didnt know how to do it. I also didnt appreciate the fact she kept laughing at my style choice; that she didnt know what she was doing despite her experience, and left with an uneven haircut. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and YOUR HAIR.

They do a great job and at a reasonable price

This place will not last for very long if they do not shape up. Horrible customer experience on so many levels. I walked into an empty shop (no customers with 2 stylists hanging around) and was asked if I had an appointment. When I said No the hairdresser snapped that it would be a 45 minute wait. I left and tried to schedule an appointment online... no luck. No option to do so. One week later I called 20 minutes past the time posted that they open and the phone rang and rang with no voice mail greeting to leave a message or make an appointment. I jumped in the car and drove over to find them closed, 45 minutes after they posted they would be open. I read on the door to be aware of the $3.65 surcharge for a cleaning fee. These people just cannot seem to get it together. Dont bother.

Selena cut my hair today. She was very polite and understanding. I had a lot of hair I needed cut off and she did an amazing job! She followed all the covid cleaning procedures and did her best for me. I highly recommend her.♡

Ive learned to ONLY trust Juanita for a precision cut. Its worth the time to wait for an appointment with her. I have very fine, straight hair with six different colors and I wont let anyone else touch it.

Asked if any of the staff could cut my sons hair. A man approached me speaking to me. I was nervous going in. Never brought my son to get a haircut before. Our first time together he is 3. The man was rude saying he couldnt hear me saying it in the ugliest way possible with an ugly dirty look on his face. I said never mind im leaving youre being too rude. He said good, bye. Never returning there again. Dont know why a family member even suggests this place for haircuts. Staff need better training in customer service.

My son has had his hair cut here every other week for the last 6 years and no matter which stylist he ends up with we are never disappointed!

Made an appt for a shampoo, cut, and style, I showed the stylist that all that was needed was about an inch or two trimmed from the bottom and then beach curls. Did not shampoo or style and cut about six inches off. He was rude when we walked in, during our service, and when we left. Terrence was definitely a miss!

Good place for kids cuts

Staff is awesome, friendly and serious about what they do. They always try to go the extra mile to make sure each guest is satisfied with the service recieved. They take walkins up until the time they close. While never making the guest fell like they are burdening them or taking up their time. Overall great service, great price, great stylists.

Hacked and butchered my poor hair. All I wanted was a simple trim. Yet she took it upon herself to add terrible, un-blended layers and texture... I have chunks missing from my hair! Now I have no clue how to even style this mess on my head... I hope my hair grows back fast this time because I look like a homeless poodle that was attacked by a group of rabid raccoons.To make the experience even worse, she tangled my hair in the brush at least 4 times, bonked my head with the hairdryer about 6 and slapped with in the face with her big, metal charm bracelet about 10 times.

I made an appointment for one of the master stylists insted I got a different person then asked and insted of a pixie cut I got a haircut that was butchered and looked like a caesar cut for men. -_-
