I had the best experience at Connect Hearing! I am new to hearing aids and they were very patient and informative throughout my visit. Wonderful beside manner and a great sense of humor.

Ms. Sandi and her helpful receptionist/scheduler are amazing! Friendly, helpful, didnt try to sell up sell me. Efficient and effective audio testing, hearing aid fitting, and followup. They worked flawlessly with my health insurer! My hearing aid is exactly what I need. I had had two failed situations with other hearing aid places who couldnt work with my health insurer. Just received my New hearing aids from Sandy Bowling. The setup and service was Great. Ashley was very professional before and during my visit. I feel that I have received the best service there is to offer.Sandy went to great length to make sure I received the best units and all my questions and concern were taken care of.

I went to see Sandi and I want to start with the receptionist who was nice, patient and knew exactly what to do for me. When I came through the front door, I felt welcomed. When I made it to the provider, she offered affordable options for me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who need a and hearing help!

Outstanding service from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Ashley and offered a cup of coffee. From there on it was a professional exam by Sandi , I ordered new aids, received them and hearing much better than with the previous more expensive aids.Thank you and by the way my wife has also ordered her first set of hearing aids from them.

Exceptional place! Sandi and Latresha are the best. Sandi is very thorough in her work. She worked with me on my budget. She took the time to explain to me about the product I was purchasing and the product that I need. Latresha is very welcoming and friendly. I love her personality. Even though this place is far from where I live... I will forever frequent this location for my hearing needs.

I had the bestest time with Sandi. She made every effort to make feel okay with my hearing loss and went above and beyond to find the solution I needed.. great place even greater people!
