I can’t say enough good things about Visiting Angels in Covington. The care that my mother received was EXCELLENT. The staff was very caring and kind, she could not have received better care than she received from Visiting Angels.

I needed home care for my mum and needed it quickly. Jermaine and the wonderful Covington staff responded right away. They came and met my mum. Did a full assessment of her/our needs and had someone start immediately. Kristine is wonderful. I cant thank Visiting Angels Covington enough for being our light and help when we needed it the most.

I absolutely loved this agency and its owner Jermaine Walker and staff! Very early in my career, I was fortunate enough to become a part of this dedicated and passionate team of professionals. I still take great pride in having been a Visiting Angel and wish all my work experience had been as wonderful as it was while working there. The owner truly cares about his clients, their safety, their unique situations and the well-being of all of his staff, his clients and their families. As a CNA, I have worked for several home health agencies over the years but my time with this agency remains unparalleled. They strive to put their clients first. This is to be applauded! Great job! Visiting Angels out of Covington provided care for my mom and grandmother for over a year. Mr. Walker and his team were always available to us when we had questions or issues. He always worked with us as far scheduling, staffing, etc. His team of caregivers were extremely kind and caring. They allowed us to keep them in their home as long as we could possibly manage it. Thank you Mr. Walker!
