Doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is super rough on your body and especially your neck. I went two months with a mild throbbing pain, and large loss of mobility sparring and training; I thought I would just have to live with it.My girlfriend convinced me to go see a chiropractor. Initially I was skeptical, but after the first appointment I gained so much more movement. In Jiu-Jitsu we press our heads up against our opponent for extra leverage to pin them. By the third appointment, pain was gone and I had full mobility.Dr. Vitalis is great and friendly, and Megan at the front desk is helpful and just as friendly. I would definitely recommend Covington Chiropractic to anyone who has any chiropractic related issues. Having my neck back has been amazing!
