I havent even gone to see a doctor at this facility yet. I have an appointment within the next week. I need to change my appointment ..and Ive been trying to call them since 10am...i got through once during their lunch break...and they told me to call back after 2pm...it is now 4:15pm and all Ive gotten is a busy signal all day. Ive called over 30 times..literally. No exaggeration. Try calling for yourself...busy signal. I havent heard a busy signal since the late 90s. Not sure what the problem is but Im not going to use this facility for any sort of medical help. This place should be ashamed of their staff or their phone technology. Its 2017...I will go elsewhere. Ive had enough of doctors offices having a revolving door that allows them treat as many patients as possible per day without providing simple services like answering phones. This kind of frustration is why people need to see therapists in the first place.

Great experience Dr Ali very professional second appointment helping my brother. Updating my words my brother was taking a full bag of medicine. Now at his third appointment he only needs two pills. At this time I can see better life for my brother. Thanks to Dr. Ali

I really like the psychiatrist here. Conveniently located close to home if you live in 626. This is a good place for any West Covinian or Covinian to go to if you are looking for some damn good doctors.They never answer their phones though

I saw Dr. Ali, and was totally impressed by his expertise. He gave me life advice, and quikly noticed my meds were not correct. I truly liked the guy.
