Dr. Castellanos has the best bedside manners Ive ever had in a Dr. The whole practice is so thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place! I have been going here for over 10 years, and would never dream of going anywhere else. Dr. Castellanos and his team are the best. They really make you feel at home, and they’re on top of their game. I walk in with an ailment, and walk out with answers and solutions. Very knowledgeable team! My experience at Castellanos Family Practice was amazing. The staff was helpful in arranging an appointment for me. They were friendly and I was able to schedule an appointment soon. The wait time to speak with the doctor was short. The doctor was very professional, he took the time to answer my questions and was very thorough about my medical needs. I was extremely satisfied with the doctors care. My family and I will definitely keep coming here.

I went into Castellanos Family Practice for a routine check up and was humbled by the professional service that I received. Normally doctors do not take their time to address your health needs,however, I noticed that my doctor took his time and was involved in my health check-up.Its so relieving to finally find a doctor that you can trust and that to find a place where you actually feel like your health matters.I was even recommended to their Urgent Care facility as I get periodic ear blocks. Its nice to have an all-in-one practice that you can trust.Definitely would recommend this health facility to family and friends

Castellanos family practice is very professional environment. The office is also clean with a friendly staff who greets you as soon as you walk in. They also will answer any of your questions. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen so that is a huge plus.

I have been a patient at Dr.Castellanos for over 15 years.The office staff is always very friendly and I am always able to get an appointment when needed.My kids all have transferred as adults from their pediatrician to Dr.Castellanos now that they are adults.The physicians assistants have been great walking them through the importance of healthy eating etc.My daughter loves her PA and feels very comfortable talking to her.It is nice to still have a doctors office who knows you and treats you like a person rather than a number.Thanks Ruth for going out of your way today to get my paper work faxed to Centerlake!

If you are in search for a physician, Castellanos Family Practice is the perfect choice. The staff is great and greets you with smiles as soon as you walk in. They make sure you are taken care of right away. The manger Dario greeted me and made sure I was taken care of in a timely matter. When I was done, I was greeted again. The staff makes your experience positive and I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

This doctor’s office is very professional and the staff is very friendly. Every time I come in, I am greeted and if I have any questions they are always willing to help. It’s also great that I never have to wait long to be seen. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Stay away is all I can say. Very rude and unprofessional staff. They tried to charge me for an missed appointment that was never confirmed, they never got my insurance information and on top of that the administrator even admitted the girl setting the appointments should have never booked the appointment in the first place but yet kept arguing that I should pay anyways. It took about 15 minutes of him arguing with me for him to say Im not going to charge you, now lets just go our separate ways wow! Top notch people they have working here. Look somewhere else if youre looking for a helpful friendly staff.

Being from out-of-town, we booked an appointment here after this practice was recommended by the local urgent care since we didn’t have a PCP. On the morning of the appointment (today), we were called and basically told that the practice would not be able to fill all of my wife’s medications (which our previous PCP has done for years, especially for medications used to treat chronic conditions). Then they had the audacity to state that they didn’t want a bad yelp review because the prescriptions would not be filled—all this was said and done without EVER seeing the doctor. Needless to say, be very weary of scheduling new appointments with this practice. I suppose yelp reviews mean more than actual patients—thanks for allowing me to share our wonderful experience as a warning to others in this lovely “google” review.

This is the one and only Doctors office I have ever felt comfortable going to. Lissette is awesome! Appointments are always on time, and parking is always available.

I just had a change of isurance and I lost my doctor of 20 years. I was refered to Dr. Castellanos by my niece Danielle B. I went for my first visit and I was very impressed with the time and attention that Dr. Castellanos gave to Me. All the staff was friendly and professional!! I think I have found my Dr. for the next 20 years!!.I want to thank the entire Castellanos staff for making Me feel welcome and I look forward to many years of top notch service!! I was given the upmost professional and friendly customer service by their amazing staff. A great medical staff that was highly knowledgeable about their profession. I was also impressed by their clean and neat nearly organized office. Overall I would definitely return here for all future medical needs.

What a great clinic !!!!. The doctor and the nurses went out of their way to help my relative get better medical treatment. I am glad we transferred to him.

I had a great experience here, from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out . The front office staff and the back office staff were all so nice and welcoming . I saw Lisette , the PA . She was very thorough and answered all my questions . I will definitely be returning .

I love this dr office. I’ve never had a primary care doctor so for the past few times when I’ve needed medical attention I came here. I’ve had I think three different drs see me here and all of them have been amazing. The dr I’ve been seeing most recently is Lizette and she is great! I will be making her my primary care doctor. She always listens and spends a lot of time with you, never seems to rush and always gives her best advice. I have never had better service. Also, the ladies at the front desk are so nice! Every time I call or come in they are always willing to help. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews because this is the best doctors office I’ve been too. It’s also nice because dr castellanos has an urgent care that takes my insurance!!! Thank you guys so much! So glad I found drs and staff that actually care and are willing to help.

Doctors are great, but the manager of the billing department all that he wants is your money and also the lady in charge of the billing department is very unrespectful. I Dont reccomemd you this place.

If you have a bad experience and write a review, Dario will personally call you and threaten to stop seeing your family.

Lies, lies and more lies

I do not recommend this clinic at all. Starting with their staff, the nurses are rude to patients, yelling at you and even hanging up on you. Here the only ones who may be right are them. Dr. Castellanos therefore once even told me that he was doing me a favor by cleaning my ears. If you can better choose another clinic, I do not recommend them here.
