Great staff and environment. Everyone is friendly and they really care. Found this place because of a dental emergency but I am very happy that I did.

The staff is very courteous & professional, never a long wait for appointments & they don’t make you feel rushed so they can get in the next patient. I especially appreciated the time that the hygienist took to show me how to brush my teeth & massage my gums by not just telling me but actually doing it and making sure I understood during the process. (5 Star) for sure.

Wong Dental took care of me on a weekend emergency visit. They have a wonderful staff, and let you know at every step what they are doing. Dr. Wong is a great dentist, as she had to rebuild over nine teeth after my fall. She is gentle, and makes sure you are comfortable before proceeding with each step! I have been to many dentist in my life and I must say the staff is amazing great customer service always makes you feel welcome . Dr Wong ! The best always taking the time to explain and make sure you leave with a smile !

Unsafe:Dental clinic does not check temperature or ask CDC recommended questions of patients as they enter the waiting room. They only check temperature and ask questions concerning symptoms when they are led to the back room. Patient are also required to wait in the waiting room with no options offered to receive care. This situation is also not expressively communicated to patients. The waiting room does not have demarcation and the chairs are not set up for social distancing.All of this creates a situation where patients are coerced into increasing their risk of transmission to receive care. To receive care for their pain and suffering, they have to wait in an area on their property that are not screened for risk, without notice to this increased risk.On an even greater level, this kind of practice is for the benefit of staff only and does not take into regard the concept of public good or public safety.When confronted with this safety concern, clinic manager Jennifer dismissed complaint and disregarded safety concerns. Jennifer then hangs up on this patient. On call back to inquire license information to file a formal complaint, staff refuses to provide license information as required by state licensing body.

I highly recommend Wong Dental. After nine months of dealing with an ill fitting crown that had been adjusted about four or five times, I decided to give Dr. Wong a visit. After much work due to my bite being off, I now have a crown that fits just right! I am so grateful for Dr Wong, Terry, Jennifer and the rest of the staff. Everyone is so patient and friendly; they make you feel very comfortable.

The staff and Dr. Wong are really friendly but to be honest for the work that they do I feel like its overpriced. Im not a confrontational person and I like to give second chances but to be honest my overall experience with the work they did with my Cap wasnt good. I came to them because I had a loose cap in the front and they charged me over $1000 to get it done. As a result, my tooth cap keeps getting loose and coming off, and tbh I honestly think they did a poor job on the base of the inside and made it too short and didnt really do much about it. For that I believe is the reason why it keeps getting loose and Im pretty sure they know but didnt really do much about it. I shouldnt have to pay for this and tbh I should probably get a refund. I had my left cap done somewhere else and I havent had an issue with it and its been more than 3 years. The one they did has gotten loose for about 3-4x within a year and the last one they did in February this year is loose again today. I honestly feel frustrated. To top it off too, Ive been really careful not to bite on anything hard and I chew on the side just in case in gets loose again and it still did it. Also, expect to be there for about 2-3 hours. They recommended I get an implant if it gets loose again and theyre probably going to charge me thousands of dollars for it and I honestly cant afford it. Ill probably just go somewhere else.

I highly recommend Dr Wong’s office, their Drs and staff and so friendly and know how to answer any questions you may have. My family will definitely will be continuing to come to this office for many years to come.

Time again for my dental appointment. Since the COVID pandemic,I have stayed away from medical / dental clinics due to concerns of the virus. Almost all of these clinics were closed during the months of April and half of May. Im always for supporting small businesses specially during these times. Now theyre open! Im glad this office is doing the necessary steps for the safety of both the patients and their team. They checked my temperature and asked me the customary COVID screening questions that most healthcare facilities ask these days. Their waiting area chairs are taped with blue tapes to mark off for social distancing.Something I noticed was that the staff in the front were doing their best to control the flow of patients checking in and out. Thats great! There is a sign outside that the office is implementing direct to room protocol. The front door is locked and so I had to call the office number first to let them know I have arrived for my appointment. I hear other dental offices are doing the same thing. I guess this is the new normal.One thing I always like about this place was the friendly staff and doctor. I know some of the staff here from a while back. Dr. Wong is always nice. They have a couple of new assistants. All of them are nice and professional. Keep up the great work! Would continue to refer them to my family and friends!

Ive been to others dentist where they are not honest and try to sell me services that I didnt need, but here I can say that they were honest with me and didnt try to up sell at all. Everyone is so uplifting and in such a great mood front office is always greeting patient’s and making you feel welcomed they also show compassion towards patients, I couldn’t find a dental office that was able to see me on the same day and i was in so much molar pain i came across wong dental and they were able to accommodate me that same day. Recently moved to the area and switched to this dental practice. Dr. Lin is very courteous as are all her staff. The place always looks clean and organized. They explained my coverage clearly and worked with me to cover my costs. My previous dental practice could learn a thing or two from this place.

Dr. Wong is extremely kind and patient. She makes sure that you are 100% comfortable and is extremely talented at what she does. She knows how to make you feel less pain when it comes to giving shots for numbing. Dr. Wong has been my favorite dentist and I would 10/10 recommend her to all of my friends and family!

I made an appointment at the last minute and Dr Wong was able to make room for me. She is always smiling and she handles with care. She explains what she is doing in detail and that makes me comfortable. I will be visiting again for wisdom tooth removal.

I choose this dental office after seeing all the great reviews. My son also had a dental emergency (cracked tooth) and they were able to get us in quickly on a Saturday. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not positive. Office staff is friendly. However I paid 1,386 for his crown/root canal with insurance. Since it was important to fix the tooth, we did it (the end result seems fine). It took several days of returning to fit the crown (each time my son was there for hours). No explanation given as to why it took so many visits at hours long. Seems like a lot of patients and the dentist goes back and forth so maybe that why it took so long.Then he received complete check up and I was presented with a treatment plan for about 5,000 with insurance. No alternatives discussed. Lots of upgrades listed in the treatment plan. One of the upgrades, I am told by 3 other dentists is either not needed or not charged for; It is gluma. When I asked if absolutely needed, I was told it is not required and then it was taken off of the treatment plan. After going through line by line, I was able to ask questions and received a new treatment plan for about 2,000 (this is with the work needed- without extras). My husband asked to see the dentist at some point, however the dentist was too busy.Separate encounter: Received a call on a weekend from someone in the office stating that we had an appointment that we were cancelling - but I didnt have an appointment that I was cancelling and she said that they able to get me in on the next day (which was right before the end of year holidays and we couldnt come in). I told her we couldnt, but I was ready to make an appointment for some of the work identified (the cavities/fills). She said someone would call me back because they were closing until after the new year. No one called back to make the appointment. By this time I decided that I needed a 2nd opinion and so I consulted another local dentist who was personally recommended based on their person experience. I decided to pay out of pocket with that dentist who does not take my HMO because I felt uneasy with my experience at this point.If a dentist office is contracted with an HMO and agreed to the rates for services, I do not expect to see so many out of pocket expenses not covered or at least to be offered alternatives at the start. Further, if you are able to satisfy the patients needs within the 2,000 range, that should have been the starting treatment plan (not 5,000). Staff did offer to see what she could do to reduce it, since I was not happy, but it wasnt until I asked questions corresponding with each line item in the treatment plan that it was reduced significantly. Also, in the past I have not had a crown take 3 or 4 visits of 3-4 hours each (with weeks in between to send back to the lab) to fit.I just wanted to add our experience to the reviews.

Amazing staff and Doctor! Their dental hygienist are the best. She was very thorough and gentle with her cleaning. Price was reasonal and I was very happy with my treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. M for several years. The practice is honest, clean and professional. I have had great treatment at all times. I do find that they have turnover in staff, so if you want to see the same tech, you will likely be disappointed. Their new office is a big improvement with clean, new spacious exam rooms and a nice waiting area.

A friend of mine went there today, feb 25th 2020. She just wanted to go in, get xrays, get standard cleaning... nothing special! After taking 24 x-rays and spending 3.5 hrs there! She walked out because they were pushing this long term plan that included deep cleaning, laser gum and irrigation treatment, cavity fills, etc! She walked out with only x-rays done! No cleaning because they wouldnt do just a cleaning because of liability problems... bunch of b.s.!! If someone comes into your business, wanting something specific, do it!! Just dont try and gouge them for more money!! If someone comes in with an emergency broken tooth...get it done without gouging them!! If someone just wants a standard teeth cleaning, do it, without trying to extort more money out of them!!

Called their office out of the blue early Sunday evening, as a new patient w/ an emergency abscessed tooth (due to a botched root canal that broke half the tooth off, by my previous dentist).Dr.Wong took me in 1st thing Monday and performed a very skillful extraction after an excellent job of numbing shots that I hardly felt. She drained a boat-load of pus!I am well on the way to healing, after which I will likely get an implant...Very happy w/ my new dentist!Their office is beautiful - VERY clean and pleasant to be in. A very good support staff also. Keep it up ladies!

Had severe tooth pain that started on Saturday. Fortunately I was able to see the doctor on Sunday. Ended up needing a root canal. The doctor, assistants and staff were helpful, professional and kind. They stayed very late and finished the job. I was very thankful for there help.

Friendly and professional. Fixed my broken front tooth filling which came loose and they fixed it again for free two weeks later. I will continue to frequent Dr. Manaleses office and recommend them to others. I appreciated both times being fitted into their already busy schedule on such short notice. The work they did looks very natural and the color matches perfectly with the rest of my teeth.

I dont usually write a review but I feel that this place deserve a five star. Dr. Wong and her staff are very professional and friendly. I had my regular cleaning done and had my wisdom tooth taken out. They took care of me and always following up with me to see how I am doing afterwards. Unlike other dentist that Ive been to, Dr. Wong is very honest about the procedures that you only need, which I very much appreciate. Each year, my Wife Carmen and I plan a vacation to Las Vegas then to California.Even though we reside in Texas, we both are from California and still consider it our home. I had a tooth ache hoping it will not spoil our vacation. Well on our way to California it did and I was in unbearable throbbing pain. We stopped in the city of Covina where we reserved a hotel room. I went on the web in hope I will find a emergency dental office open on a Sunday afternoon. Well luck was on my side . I called Dr. Lin Wong of Wong Dental. Her receptionist gave me direction to her office which was a mile from our hotel. Dr. Wong did surgery on my tooth which reseeded the pain, applied a temporary filling, prescribed medication for any discomfort, and advised me to see my dentist as soon as I return to Texas which I did. My Dentist finished the Root Canal and now I have a Crown. Words cannot express how thankful I am of Dr. Wong and her professional team. I made a commitment that whenever Carmen and I travel to California, Dr. Wong office is one of our Tour stops :-)If anyone is in need of dental care, I Strongly recommend Dr. Lin Wong and her team.Again, Thank you so much Dr. Wong,Michael & Carmen Henry

Wow!! There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Manalese and his team!! I am a truck driver and on the road for seven weeks at a time, so I dont have time to come back. I called his office and explained my situation. The minute I arrived in town they took me in. I was experiencing the worst toothache ever. All the treatment I needed to get rid of my toothache was done in one day. I even needed a crown. My experience with Dr. Manalese and his staff was amazing and very professional!! Thank you!

I had a severe pain in my gums, called them late Thursday and they were able to get me in next day. On first impression, I thought I was in for a great experience.After filling out the new patient paper work, I was taken into the x-ray room. Which I thought was normal, to make sure nothing was wrong with the teeth, and verify it was a gum issue. Then, they start taking full sets of x-rays and pictures. Even though, I told them I was in severe pain and that I was there to get my gums flushed. Then they have me fully examined by DDS and Hygenist. At this point I can tell they absolutely no compassion. I was there just to take care of the pain that had been there since Wednesday.So, examination is done. Im thinking at last they are going to finally take care of the issue that I was there for. I was wrong. Instead apparently they have made this huge long term plan for me, which would have been great had I been there for this. They send me into the financial office. I wait for roughly 20-30 minutes until the financial person comes in. I have been here almost an hour and a half now- my issue still not treated. The lady starts going over this huge plan, and turn a simple flushing issue into the long term plan and for the days visits want to turn my visit into their own agenda. After almost two hours, and realizing i was just $$$$ to them, I had enough and walked out.Called another dentist who was closing in 30 minutes, told me not to worry they would stay open past their time to see me. I got there 10 minutes after their planned closing. They saw me, took 1 x-ray to verify the issue. Immediately they flushed my gums and gave me antibiotics. Showing true compassion, treated me as a person, not just a cash cow. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Ive been going there for the past 3 its gonna be 4 months now.Im sick and tired of my bridfe not being ready . Ive notice they keep doing panoramic on patients and patient.ts argue about they just had one done last year. Panoramic are taken 1 in 5 years. The office needs to GET SHUT down. NO ONE should go THERE.and to top it off. The staff looks really high IT NEEDS TO GET SHUT SOEN IN MY OPINION!!

Wait time is extremely long. Office floor is very dirty. Staff is rude and not helpful. Dentist is always referring out and charges for everything. They will not work with you and are not informative at all. Will not be going back here.

Felt really good after my cleaning, everyone was very nice.

Although they are nice and friendly the quality of work you will receive is shotty and poor. I refered a family member here and it was a short vist with the mistake after mistakes they did on her crown. As for me it alway felt like they were grabbing after money, even added a surprise 200 bucks after i already got the work done. And now trying to charge me around 800 per tooth for a filling is robbery. Dont bother with this place if you want to keep your wallet and teeth in tact.

They are double booking now because I think there is only one dentist. They shoot you with novacaine and leave you in the room for an hour or more and by the time they work on you, the novacaine has worn off and need to give you another shot. Waiting too long.

Worst place ever.... I went in for a rout canal woke up next day missing a tooth and then found out they covered my other 2 teeth couse they cut them down for a bridge that I never said was OK to do and now cost 6000 to fix.
