When Dr Prytula came in the examining room her demeanor was professional and she was very pleasant. She and I engaged in some personal chatter and moved on to the exam. Dr. Liane Prytula is phenomenal, professional, patient, bright and pleasant at all times. Exceptional with people with anxiety or other differences.

The team at Acuity Vision have provided me with excellent service since the practice first opened and even before then. Dr. Prytula was an optometrist with a big chain outfit before starting her own practice, and it was while she was working with this other group that she took the time to perform a second refraction exam after the first chain practitioner provided me with an identical prescription to my most recent one, which was worthless. The new script she provided was used for my new glasses, and my vision was incredibly clear for the first time in decades. She’s been my optometrist ever since, and I’m glad she’s now located close to my home. The rest of the staff are equally competent and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the needs of the customer. Thank you Acuity Vision for giving me excellent vision even as my aging eyes are continuing to gradually decline.

Dr. Liane took time to really define my vision needs and explain eye health. I never felt rushed and got an excellent prescription. Then Cathy was so sweet, assisting me in selecting some really cool frames and was super diligent in ensuring the insurance and rebates giving me a great price!

I needed my eye prescription filled so even though I saw a low review I decided to give them a try. I was greeted by several receptionist who were so kind and helped me with finding the perfect eye glasses! I even saw the Dr who seemed pleasant and kind. The atmosphere was upbeat and I recommend you try this service.

I find The staff to be courteous and efficient. LeeAnn Prytula is thorough as well as interested in me as a person. A recent eye injury, on a Friday, Required emergency services. There was no question that I would be seen and treated immediately. I was comforted knowing LeeAnn was available 24/7.
