Ive been a consistent customer for over 15 years because of the excellent service, wide selection, and very competitive pricing. Theres no pressure, and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions about the different choices. At my last visit, I was going back and forth on two options when the owner let me know that the preferred color was available in the preferred style frame. When I received the glasses today, it was a perfect fit.Promises of when glasses will be ready have always been kept for me, and, the owner truly went above and beyond when I broke my glasses back when I was in college. The glasses were thankfully covered by a warranty (for FREE, no extra charge!) and they put a rush on it! I highly recommend Perfect Vision.

Very disappointing. Walked in and was greeted nicely as I explained I was there to look at the frames. Mind you, I was the only customer in the building. The woman said she would be right with me. She never came to help me and every time I went to ask a question of her she wasnt there. I picked out the frames I was considering and finish shopping and waited and waited. Then a gentleman, who looked like he may have been the owner, came in. He never acknowledged me and proceeded past me to talk with the his employee. I still waited, but as they engaged in more of a conversation, which I could hear clearly, I gave up and left
