Dr. Keenan is the best General Physician in the world! His experience from his working lifetime as a doctor is invaluable for his patients! Something that cant be taught to younger physicians. Whenever he retires, which he so very much deserves to do so, I will miss him tremendously!

Very friendly professional office. Never have waited long and the doctor is amazing. Our doctor has moved his office a few miles further than the last one in Coventry. We are still getting used to it, but we do have just as good service as usual, just different feel of the office visit! Dr. Keenan is very nice and thorough in normal way, during my usual three months (diabetic) visits.

Office staff is wonderful and Dr. Keenan is fabulous, as always. Would not go anywhere else!Billing department is a whole different story. Being self pay, I always pay in full at time of check out and get balance billed every single time. When I call, no one in the billing department knows what is going on. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I am convinced they do this on purpose to make people so frustrated that they just quit fighting and pay the additional bill to make it go away. This way Hartford Healthcare makes a little bit more money on all of these exacerbated customers.

Excellant doctor, advised a small known test called calcium test to check for plaque,found significant blockage in LAD, absolutely had no symptoms, just had stent done by Dr. Raymond Mckay in Hartford who also was excellant, whole procedure was very smooth . Keenan could have saved my life as I was an avid exercisor and could have blown myself up!! Make sure you ask for this test as it is fast and non invasive!!
